I reached out at the last minute due to my previous stylist canceling at the last minute and Mammy was able to fit me in and she’s definitely found a new client. I appreciate your warm nature and the precise nature in which she and her assistants styled my braids.

I recently visited Mammy African Hair Braiding for my locs, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I entered, She took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great suggestions. She used a combination of techniques that made my locs look so healthy and vibrant. The salon had a warm and welcoming Atmosphere , and The Owner Mammy was Very professional and friendly. I left the salon feeling completely transformed and confident. Let me tell anyone that reads this review, run don't walk to experience the best braider you will ever encounter!! She's not only great at what she does, she shares her wonderful wisdom and insights on things beyond hair. She's not your average African hair braider, trust and believe me. I received knotless braids and there is no tension or pain!! No lies!! I am in love with my hair!! She is the truth!! I do not want to end this review without shouting out Ms Marta(my apologies if I spelled it wrong), she works with Mammy and is a delight as well. What a wonderful experience. Mammy (Mami) is very professional and very passionate about her craft. She was genuinely sweet, understanding and attentive to my concerns. Although I didn’t get a service from her she was responsive upon first contact and willing to book me at a moments notice. She is a 10 in my book.
