Went for a couples of massage as our flight was delayed and we had plenty of time. Overall the staff is super friendly. The facilities on the mend is under upgrades/refurbishment but the massage itself was phenomenal. One of the best massages I have had in an awhile. This is from someone that has had them at luxury hotels at ritz, autograph collection and other Marriott properties.

Had a wonderful and relaxing mani/pedi with massage, paragon treatment and adorable paint job for my Disney Cruise. Adeline was professional, fun to talk to but didn’t talk too much allowing great relaxation. The smell of the products was amazing and I would definitely return for other services!

Sent this via email - twice, and was then blocked by all email addresses for the spa: I am sharing my disappointment regarding our recent visit to the Mandara Spa at the Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista. (Friday October 25th, 6PM) Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards we expected. Despite there being an attendant, the locker room was very unclean, there was hair everywhere, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there was no hot water in the shower, making it difficult to fully enjoy the spa amenities and clean up after our services. Furthermore, my husband was assigned a male massage therapist without prior confirmation of his preference. While we understand that staffing may vary, it would have been more respectful to check with him first. During his massage, the therapist talked continuously, which detracted from the relaxation experience we were hoping for. Overall, we felt that the value of the services did not align with the quality we received. We had looked forward to our time at the spa, it was our first night away from our one-year-old and we were celebrating our anniversary, and we left feeling disappointed.

Had an amazing massage by Ash and Mathew. Would definitely recommend. Issue we had though was it was extremely difficult to make an appointment since couples massages require you to call in and no one ever picked up the phone but definitely 5 stars for all the providers!

I would not recommend nail services here. I called weeks in advance to schedule appointments for my sister and I as she was getting engaged. When we arrived we were told we’d have to change services due to time, even though I scheduled in advance with all the details provided. We were told by the techs they don’t normally do nail art, despite scheduling for it and the menu saying it was available (we were seeking Disney inspired nails, only getting accent nails with art). The nails turned out cute enough by the end so we tried to move on. When I got back to my hotel I noticed this white, streaky film all over my toes that would not come off. After three days one of my gel nails came off. Considering this was the most expensive nail appointment I’ve ever had it was pretty disappointing. The staff were kind and professional, but there must be a lack of communication between schedulers and techs considering I should have been told from the beginning what I wanted wouldn’t be available from this spa. I also would expect basic polish on my toes to not be ruined in a matter of hours and my gel nails to last for more than half a week.

I had an amazing experience with my massage therapist Ash. Her 20 years experience definitely shows. I can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend giving her a try…you won’t regret it. If I get a chance, I will definitely be coming back!

I had a fantastic experience here doing the Balinese massage 90 minutes. Ash is a wonderful technician; she made me feel comfortable and asked if everything was okay pressure-wise and how I felt. She's been doing this for 20 years and it showed. The scents and oils they use are delightful and the spa amenities and venue are very relaxing. There's a steam sauna and showers in the waiting area which I highly recommend using in the 30 minutes before your appointment. This is the perfect way to relax after a long day at Disney. I'll be coming back!

I have been to the Mandara spa twice now, and I have loved my experience there. The spa itself is beautiful and has a very nice area to lounge in, and the massage was excellent! Rachel did my massage and it was 10/10.

I suffer from a lot of back and neck pain so Im no stranger to massages. Tonight I got the best massage of my life! Ali is incredible! She is so strong and kind! I cant wait to go back and have another massage with her! THANK YOU ALI!

My experience was at Walt Disney Swan and dolphin resort. It was wonderful. Enjoyed my full body massage. Much needed and long over due. I will be doing that more often. Thanks to my Therapist. He was great.

My husband and I recently visited Mandara Spa and we had a relaxing and great experience! I had Ash, she was awesome and very accommodating since I’m 24 weeks pregnant. I was a bit skeptical about the massage I would get considering I’m pregnant but it exceeded my expectation! I had so much tension on my neck and lower back so the massage helped out a lot! My husband has Saído and he was great also for a deep tissue massage! We will be back next time!

The spa was stunningly beautiful. Despite my initial reservations about booking a hotel spa due to previous experiences, I prefer a massage that is effective rather than just luxurious. However, my expectations were completely surpassed by Ash, who provided an exceptional and therapeutic experience. She was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, ensuring that my body received exactly what it needed. If you are unsure about visiting this spa, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Ash immediately. The spa itself is beautiful with 2 relaxation rooms, a steam room (not the hottest in my opinion), and beautiful showers. They had every toiletry you could ever need and the robes they provide you to wear were divine! But did I mention Ash, I wish I lived here- I would be back every week!

I cannot say enough about Ash, as the mom of a toddler, I didn't realize how much I needed a massage until we were done. This was easily one of the best massages I have ever had. I felt so much more relaxed, aches were gone, I felt much more lose and ready to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Thanks Ash, you are top notch!

Very disappointing. Room was ok, but by the time they added all the taxes the price was ridiculous. Then when we checked out there was a charge of $350.07 on our credit card, which we were told would be removed wasn’t. After over a week it was still there and we’ve been trying with the hotel and our credit card company to get it taken care of. The resort wouldn’t help us and told us to do a form online, which we did. Still waiting for results. A nightmare for a 2 day stay. Would think twice before you book there.

Ash is incredible! My daughter is a dancer attending a convention and competition, and she was in significant pain from the training. In just 90 minutes, Ash made a huge impact on her recovery. She can't wait to come back for another massage with Ash tomorrow! Highly recommend her if you are near the swan and Dolphin hotel!!

Gorgeous spa in the Dolphin resort at Disney. An oasis of calm and tranquility , and super accommodating - we were able to get same day bookings for a group of five. Ash, the massage therapist, was amazing. They listened to concerns, was friendly and gave a therapeutic and relaxing massage that left me feeling reinvigorated. Thank you.

Hidden inside a resort that feels both mismatched & generic is the most beautiful spa I’ve ever seen!—deeply peaceful, light, rich in architectural detail & artistic wood carvings. Multiple large co-ed relaxation rooms, one secluded in the center and one sunny and open to a balcony area overlooking the Dolphin fountain, so that guests can choose the light and energy level they prefer. Full day spa amenities including locker & steamer rooms (gendered). Staff was warm, welcoming, funny, and generous, inviting our party to stay as long as we wanted past the end of services. I got a Balinese massage with paraffin from Meesha. She was firm, professional, and very responsive, addressing problem areas and surgery sites with medical precision—although nothing about the experience felt clinical thanks to her gentle teasing & the beauty of the space. Would highly recommend - definitely my favorite of the Disney (/Disney adjacent) spas I’ve been to.

I have stayed at the Swan and Dolphin several times over the years and discovered the Spa for the first time this weekend. The ambiance is fantastic. You are transported to another world of relaxation. When you plan for service, I highly recommend adding at least another hour to enjoy the steam room and other amenities. I got the fire and ice hot stone massage with Ash. It was amazing. Ash is truly a special talent. She was so knowledgeable and talented. She was able to provide critical relaxation and had the background to be able to expertly deal with my prior / upcoming surgeries. She was just a wonderful human being to boot. I highly recommend this place - make sure to request Ash - definitely top 3 massage experiences of all time!

Had a very precise, medical approach to my massage, which was perfect for my aches and poor circulation. Sent my carpal tunnel PACKING!

Mandara Spa is a must especially after a few days at Disney. The spa itself is very zen, clean and the staff is great. I got the much needed deep tissue massage and it was hands down the best deep tissue massage. Ash my masseuse was amazing; taking the time to understand where my tension and pain issues were and making sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. If you’re looking for a great message I’d suggest Ash. If I didn’t live so far I’d be a regular.

Recently had a massage with Ash and it was above and beyond! As a new mom, I was able to share what specific areas were giving me aches and pains and they were addressed so attentively. She made me feel not only relaxed but seriously took away months of built up tension. Amazing experience and can’t recommend Ash enough!

Went in for an hours worth of reflexology after a full day at Magic Kingdom and had Ash. Legitimately the best service I've ever had. Ash was super attentive and great at helping nurse my feet back to health. If you're around the Dolphin and need to relax I highly recommend it!

I had an orange body polish and massage, and it was nice. This spa is somewhat overpriced, as it is not as luxurious as other spas I have been to, nor does it provide as many amenities as other spas I have seen, but still charges the same expensive prices.

It's nice. I only went in for an eye brow wax, though
