After a bad experience at a salon, I reached out to Glenn at Mane Canvas and told him my situation. He was so kind and very receptive to hearing my story and my desires for my hair. He booked me as soon as we could and he corrected my hair exactly how I wanted. I am SO happy with my hair and SO thankful to have found someone who CARES & LISTENS! Will be a return client for sure. Highly recommend.

December 2024 Visited Glenn again today. He does a great job taking care of his customers. He is located in the Alon center area (see picture). I hope you decide to give him a try and as satisfied with the outcome of your hair treatment or cut as I am. ≈================= You can't go wrong with Glenn. I went in for my standard 10 - 12 week haircut. I contacted Glenn for an appointment, made one in one of the available tines, and was sent a calendar invite and text reminder. I showed up, reconfirmed my cut, and Glenn went to town. Glenn is very particular, and I looked like a million dollars when I left. As history, I first used Glenn around the February-March time frame this year after seeking out a new stylist. He did a great job, and I don't have an easy cut, and so, I have been returning. This is my 5th time, and I will continue to use Glenn in the foreseeable future. I hope you give him a try, and your experience is as good as mine.

My little boy and I went to Glenn to both get our haircuts. Glenn is SO kind and makes you feel comfortable. It was my son’s first big haircut and I was so nervous. I showed a picture to Glenn and explained how we wanted it. He nailed it and the cut came out perfect. I got a cut and face frame and I LOVE it. We will absolutely be back!

I found Glenn through TikTok at exactly the right time! I had been looking for a new hair journey and knew I needed someone that would be able to take my very dark box hair color and bring it back to life again! What he was able to accomplish in one sole visit would’ve taken others multiple visits to accomplish!! He is the real deal folks. He made the whole day event not even seem like it! Very professional, productive, and positive! His space is absolutely inviting and warm! Definitely 10/10 experience! I will be returning! Thank you Glenn!!

I needed a haircut, and Glenn was able to squeeze me into his schedule! I am a new client and LOVED the way he left my hair. I came in for a trim and left with the best hair blow-out!!! loved it so much I scheduled him to do my hair before my engagement photos coming up :) I explained my situation of having to do morning photos with my photographer, and he immediately said he would be willing to do an early appt in order for me to feel glam for the photos! To put it simply, I highly recommends Glenn at Mane Canvas Hair Studio San Antonio. He finished my perm very fast when compared to every other place I have been, gave me different options, and ensured my comfort. He guided me through what was happening with my perm during the appointment, and sent me product suggestions afterwards. He honored his quote and was not pushy with suggestions. His cooperation and communication through messages gave me time to find out what I actually wanted for my hair.  Even if I were to make last minute changes; I am very confident he would adjust to have my hair-needs met. I very much recommend, and I am likely to return again for this, and other services.

10/10 experience from beginning to end! Glenn will definitely be the only person touching my hair moving forward! Not only did he learn the history of my hair before even agreeing to touch it , he took on the challenge to do what others most likely would've said no to, knowing my hair was not in the best condition. That did not discourage him. Things weren't looking too good , my hair was not cooperating & my expectations of the outcome weren't too great but he remained confident literally put his game face on and went to work refusing to accept anything less than perfect. In the midst of all that , he educated me on products tools basic day to day information on how to take care of my hair which was above and beyond to me . Glenn truly cares about his clients , he has a passion for what he does and it shows 100% . The end result was breathtaking , it was more than I could even imagine & I have been in complete AW. Definitely recommend, best experience I've ever encountered ✨️🙏

I travel a lot for work and needed a haircut while in San Antonio. I found this stylist on TikTok and loved his work, so I booked an appointment. The online booking process was super easy, and his salon is absolutely charming. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel so comfortable, like we’d known each other for years. He put so much care and attention into my haircut—it’s hands down the best I’ve had! I genuinely appreciated the time he took to get everything perfect. 10 out of 10 experience! I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Texas so I can book with him again!

This was my first time getting my hair done since 2021 and I was soo nervous. Glenn explained everything, gave me advise on hair care, and made me feel comfortable. I visited Glenn about a 1.5 months for a hair coloring and haircut session, and I am still thrilled with the results. From the thorough consultation to the flawless execution of both coloring and cutting, Glenn showcased exceptional skill and professionalism. I always warn stylist about how much hair I have before the day of my appointment, Glenn took his time to make sure the color was exactly what I wanted and I greatly appreciate not being rushed, which is what usually happens at most other salons. I am so in love with my hair. Living in San Antonio and my hair was a mess due to stylist doing a horrible job. Glenn repaired my hair in every way. From color, texture and style. I request a specific color. OH BOY DE DELIVERED!!! With no damage to my hair. He is very thorough and very meticulous while doing his job. Enjoyed every bit of it and most of all my result.
