If you’re looking for something more than a traditional stylist, this is where you want to be. Stephanie EDUCATES her clients to help them achieve salon quality hair at home. She really does care about each and every person who sits in her chair. She takes time to ask questions so she knows EXACTLY what you want / expect from your visit with her. My only regret is I didn’t meet her sooner.

I had a facial treatment today that exceeded my expectations! The quality of the service was outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain various aspects of skincare that I didn’t know. I also appreciated the added bonus of a free toner with my treatment. Highly recommend!

I went in for my bridal hair trial and Steph went above and beyond what I could of asked for. She was so sweet and kind and was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say. I absolutely loved my hair by the time we were done. I definitely will be going back to her in the future for hair ideas I have. She was really amazing highly recommend her

I have never had such a great experience as I did with Steph! First of all she was so thorough and explaining the process of my hair extensions and recommending the right kind of extensions. She was crazy fast in installation and color corrected my extensions perfectly. She cut and razored my hair perfectly to fit the extensions. I even left with product that was included in the price of my treatment! Her salon is so beautiful and clean and she was beyond professional and pleasant when talking and while doing my service! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you for helping my confidence Steph! Can't wait to see you in 6 weeks!!! Highly recommend!!

Steph did an amazing job with touching up my hair and styling it! My natural curls and waves were amplified by her technique and I really enjoyed how easily I could style them. Steph is amazing, she not only gave me the best highlights and cut I could ask for but she also taught me great styling tips. She is a great listener, takes her time with you, and gives honest feedback on what would work for you. I learned a lot on how to manage my curls better. My highlights still look beautiful and lived in more than a month later. I left her salon feeling so relaxed as though I got a spa treatment! She definitely invested a lot into creating the whole experience from the zen ambience to the comfortable seating and most importantly her exceptional skills.

Stephanie is hands down one of the very best hair dressers in Northeast Ohio. She is so knowledgeable about her craft. I learn something every month! My hair is has never looked this healthy. This was my second appointment with Stephanie and she truly is great at what she does! I’ve been going to different stylists for about 8 years and she is the first one in years to actually give me exactly what I asked for. So talented, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Her pricing is reasonable especially for the work she does. I really do recommend her!

Steph was amazing from my hair trial for my wedding to the actual wedding date. She truly takes the time to get to know you and your preferences in your hair. She makes sure to set realistic expectations and provides her service in a quick efficient manner. In the wedding day she was on time and with great joy. I was having a horrible day and she stepped up and made it all better. I would recommend her to anyone , she is awesome !!! 💙

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! I feel extremely picky about how I like my hair, per any female lol. She took the time to make sure she got it right the first time with a 45 min consultation before she began. And it turned out amazing! I haven’t been happy with my hair in a long time and I left with the biggest smile on my face. She actually listened to me and understood! And then nailed it! She’s extremely knowledgeable and my hair not only got a high impact blond session but I left with the healthiest feeling hair too! I’m so grateful and can’t wait to go back!

Finally got a haircut that i like. Stephanie listens to what you want and makes you feel comfortable in the chair. I would recommend her especially if you have blonde hair 😊

First haircut was amazing. Second haircut was a disaster. She hardly cut any off and the style was way off. A complete different experience from the first haircut. I do not recommend her at all. Not consistent with haircut and styling.

I initially purchased a Groupon keratin treatment.. when I went in she told me this treatment would not last no longer than a couple weeks.. so manipulated me to purchase the 300 service she had.. said it would last for 5-9 months .. Didn’t last for a week! When I contacted her regarding this issue she ignored me and blocked my messages! I do Not recommend her!! What a waste of money!!

Every time I come in, I have questions for her about products, styling, etc. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is someone I trust to give the best advice on what to use and what to stay away from. Styles by Steph is located just off the highway in North Olmsted. Location setup is real nice. Surrounded by other professional like business minded woman. Have been seeing her since before she ventured to new horizons for her business. Tell ya what guys she's only gotten better. You feel different and new everytime she works with you. You at least have to try and not take my word for it because the experience is probably better than me blabbing on an on. Love, DT

Stephanie is the best. Professional and friendly makes for a great time. She is more than a stylist, but she becomes your friend. I found her a few years ago and I won’t leave her. She fixed the mistakes of other stylists and that speaks volumes to me. Great time to sit with.
