I was a walk in for a massage on Fri 13 Sep 2024 at 11:55 AM after a long day of traveling the day before. I informed the lady that welcomed me I wanted a 60 min massage. She ask if I can do a 30 min, I said no, I can come back for a 60 min if she needed me to. After she agreed for the 60 min, right away she insisted I pay $70 up front. I informed her, usually I or people pay after they receive services. She responded "you pay upfront and tip later". I was assigned Lulu as my massage lady who came in to my room at 1202 PM. I informed her my back, shoulder and legs were hurting and needed attention. She didn't speak much English which wasn't a problem. Lulu left the room three times, last one was to attend to a customers who came in for a massage. After she ask me to turn over, she offered me couple extra services using hand gestures. I quickly reply no thank you my wife takes care of me. She used her phone to translate the amount is $120, and ask me how much I want to pay. I said no thanks I'm not interested. Less thank 10 min later she ended my massage at 12:40PM. I informed her my massage should be not be over until 1:00PM. She replied they have camera and I entered at 11:55AM. I told her my massage started after 12:00 PM therefore it should not be over until 1:00 PM. Apparently, Lulu was ready to move on to her next customer since I didn't want any extra services. Upon leaving, I informed her again that my massage was not supposed to be over until 1:00 PM.

Are you KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!! I'm pretty sure "Tipping" means, gratuity, greatfull for a service. "Although receiving tips constitutes a legal act in the United States, customers are not obligated to leave a tip unless a business requires a gratuity under special circumstances. For example, many restaurants automatically add gratuities to checks of parties of a certain size.  Chains such as Olive Garden and Outback Steakhouse allow servers to tack on a gratuity for parties that reach a minimum number of customers." My husband is in search for a massage therapist to go to regularly. I'n his search he just went to amazing massage. Did a 90min massage. He did let her know that it was freezing in the room. So she opened the door🤦 he wouldn't have complained about that, just would go a bit more prepared next time. But when he gave her a $20 tip she INSISTED!!!! he give her $50! I'm sorry, I didn't want this to sound racist but every Asian salon we go to, they're VERY demanding. Tipping is a gratuity, a A gift of our appreciation of your services. I'm pretty sure in this country we don't put demands on people tipping!! It's just shameful! 😤

Linda is a very good massage therapist, she knows how to work all the muscles and kinks within your body. I work in construction so I am putting my body in places that I should not be twisting and turning. But she is the one who knows how to make me feel better. I come see her every couple weeks.

The front desk was fantastic and professional, Young and Beautiful Masseurs who did my massage was very skilled, knew how to target what I needed and very pleasant to be around.I love the whole experience

A new masseuse young beautiful woman by the name Selina, has started this week and gives an awesome massage. She knows the problem areas that we get and has a great grasp on the techniques for helping resolve the lower back issues that that cause problems.
