Was charged $67 for a regular manicure and it didn’t even last 12 hours. I had to get my nails done for work so now I’ll have to go get them redone elsewhere which is incredibly frustrating. Very disappointed. The person at the desk told me to not use hot water on my hands for 2 hours after the manicure, so I avoided hot water for 3 full hours and still woke up to see my nails chipping and lifting. The salon was very clean which I appreciated but unfortunately I will not be coming back

This is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The service was horrible. They made me pay they had 4 people doing the same job it was so bad that they kept on switching and I just wanted French tip.

Came across this salon by accident and absolutely love it. It’s different than any other nail salon I’ve been to but in the best way. Music was amazing and really enhanced the atmosphere. Roxana is the best and cares so much about her work and if you are happy. I will definitely be going back. Thanks!!

Recommandé par la dame de l’accueil à mon hôtel, j’ai été ravie de découvrir ce salon et je suis d’accord avec le précédent avis, mes ongles n’ont jamais été aussi propre et aussi bien fait. Après quelques explications sur ce que je voulais sans trop savoir définir la technique souhaitée, l’équipe a tout de suite compris et le résultat est correspond exactement à mes attentes. Merci !!!

I came here to get a manicure and my niece is the one that paid for her and her husband while they were there getting their Manny Petty’s. It took the lady almost a half an hour before she asked me if I wanted any services so I got the services to get a manicure and I needed two tips on one of my hands. I posted the pictures. This is less than five days since this manicure has been done The polish peeled right off my hands. She was so concerned with smoothness of the nail that she didn’t even realize that it wasn’t smooth at all a whole tip of my index finger nail just cracked completely off my thumb nail peeled completely off now for the amount that they charge and the sophisticating of trying to please the individual you guys failed. Norma needed to do more with the hands. She was the tech You as her Manager lady in the black skirt black top with the baby that was there you had real curly hair I remember you don’t know your names but I remember Norma’s y’all failed. This is five days. Please go look at the pictures that I’ve posted on your site For the amount of price you charged and the quality I’m disappointed and I won’t recommend you. My niece‘s husband spent well over $500 on his feet her feet her hands in my hands this shouldn’t have happened

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Unethical Practices – Beware of Price Gouging I wish I could give this "salon" zero stars because that would be more fitting. This place is nothing short of a scam. The dishonesty here is outrageous. They quoted one price at the beginning, only to upcharge significantly at the end of the service. My daughter came in for a simple French manicure and pedicure, expecting to pay a reasonable amount. Instead, they tried to charge her $280, which is completely unjustifiable for such a basic service. When she questioned this inflated price, she asked to see the price list. The staff member went to the desk, dug under a pile of papers, and produced a hidden price list. This alone should raise major red flags about the integrity of this business. We were forced to call the police because of this blatant scam. I strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid this establishment at all costs. If you absolutely must go, make sure to record the manager's price quote on your phone before any service begins. Otherwise, you will be hit with charges five times what the service is worth. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this establishment’s practices. To make matters worse, when the police arrived, they shared that they had been called to the salon just a few days earlier for a similar incident involving an assault due to the same up-charge scam. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you go. This place is completely untrustworthy, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Lastly - what she will do is respond this this review and CLAIM that I never visited her salon - I have the BOTH names, badge numbers and business cards given to me by them so that I could report her. I wish I could upload pictures because I would. Again...Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you go. This place is completely untrustworthy, and I would not recommend it to anyone.!!!

The Nail salon was very pretty, clean, and the service was so good! I was so happy to see they were open till late. They offered me water or tea upon arrival & even offered to work on my manicure & pedicure at the same time to get done faster. They took their time to make sure I was pleased with everything and they were so kind! The price was fair for the kind of service I received. They also show you the price in the beginning so you know what you are paying for. I recommend!

This salon has great vibes! Everyone is super friendly, and it’s open until midnight, which is very convenient. I didn’t have an appointment and called quite late during the day but they were still able to take me without much delay. Roxana did a really great job with my mani/ pedi!! Very happy and will definitely come back for future appointments.

Went for a couples pedicure, late night Saturday, place is stunning, not a commercial setting at all. Lovely and cozy , rates are amazing according to how the place looks and service u get , We really enjoyed every second of the hour we been there . Will definitely coming back here again and again . (FYI this place is in China town where there is multiple salons around so the bad reviews makes a lot of sense to be competitions ... I'm saying it cuz these reviews just doesn't make sense for what I've just experienced there

Not only did they fit me in last minute when I broke a nail before a big event, but everyone was so lovely at this salon. The bio gel took longer than I anticipated (close to two hours) but my nails have literally never looked better. Will absolutely come back.

Do not go here! Kind staff but very unqualified. I went for a soak off my acrylics. I yold yhe manager what service i needed and she referred me to a nail tech. Nail tech immediately started to drill away. I wasn't sure if this was something they do before they start the soak but something seemed off. I asked the tech to soak off and she said no trust me in very little English. She was drilling my nails to the point that I was in pain. The drill was hot and my nails were burning. Manager had to step in and she drilled more. It's been 2 weeks and I have have developed blood clots under my nails and infection. My fingers tips are very sore to the touch. Even typing this is quite painful. Will probably seek legal advice.

Even with an appointment, I waited almost 30 minutes. Once I was seen, the technician rushed through my nails, and they turned out uneven. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I paid $186 for these gel extensions including tip. The price when I booked was HALF the price and at the end the owner “surprised” me with that number, I asked her to explain it and she tried to shower me with compliments. I am not wealthy, this was a huge chunk of my paycheck, and just because I went in wearing my nice work clothes does not give you the right to rip someone off. Also, I went there two weeks ago for a gel set and one of the nails already popped off two weeks in- that’s why I went back. (Also, the thumb on the right hand of this set is crooked!) I got my nails done to help me feel confident visiting my dad who has leukemia. The lady who runs this place should be ashamed. EDIT: the owner has responded as you can see below. My extensions were the same length as the ones I purchased the first time, which she told me were short. At no point during the appointment did she tell me I was going to be upcharged or charged differently than what I booked. On their website it says the soak off is included, which she clearly admitted to charging me for below. I will be reporting this business. Also, nowhere in my review did I mention my cuticles. And yes, the owner is correct for noting I have eczema. I am in no way blaming this business for me having eczema. The fact that the service took so long is because my nail technician was taking her time, she's clearly new at her job, which I don't fault her for. But as a client I should not be penalized for how slow the tech is. The owner also didn't ask me if I wanted to have the nails filled in, as she mentioned below-- I asked the tech for that, then the owner told me that I had to get a new set. Because I was naive, I believed her.

The best they preparing on the nail and cleaning how they put the color in it, it was perfect. This is my favorite spot right now. Everything here is awesome. and i love they close at midnight .

The staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem interested in providing good service. My nails were uneven, and for the price I paid, I expected way better. Disappointing.

I came for a late night manicure/pedicure a couple nights ago, and had an excellent experience. This salon is clean and comfortable, and the prices seemed very reasonable. The owner is extremely welcoming and has clearly thought through every detail to make the atmosphere perfect from start to finish. Norma was very sweet and did an excellent job on my nails, and even though I was there pretty late, she was thorough and I was not rushed out. These ladies work hard! This is a great little gem of a place, and I would definitely recommend.

I really don’t write bad reviews but this place is waste of money and they honestly destroyed my nails. I’ll never do my nails again because I’m scared to do it my nail bed is so damaged it’s disgusting. This never happened to me before.

I visited NYC from out of state for a wedding I was in and because of time constraints, my nails were in rough shape the day before the rehearsal dinner. My weekend was already packed full with wedding events and helping out the bride, so I was desperate to find a nail salon open on Friday night- even tho its NYC, you'd be surprised that most if not all of them close at 9 or 10p latest. I found this place that said it was open until 12a and so I called and graciously, she accepted the appointment as a new client for 10:30pm that evening. I got there and there was no signage outside but I had looked at google photos before of building- it is right next to a Hungry Panda food place and there was a sidewalk sign when i went. I texted her when I got there and she buzzed me in the door. Then I took elevator to 3rd floor. Then it opened into the salon. Roxana is the owner and she is delightful. I believe it was pure fate that we met that night! Her and her team were gentle with my nails and even tho they were super crusty/dusty, they helped me out so much and had them wedding-ready in by 12:30am. I enjoyed our conversation and she was very intuitive and kind. Would recommend especially for people who work odd hours or need to schedule nails after kids go down to bed at night, etc. I felt very safe in area, it was well-lit and crowded street even late at night. Caught an uber no problem. Thank you again Roxana <3

I was brought here by my mom for an Impromptu self care time. I had an amazing time here, Alexandra and her staff were exceptional. We were pampered and made to feel at home. A great experience and a beautiful set to match! Definitely recommended and should bring a good friend or family member

Showed up an hour before they closed on a whim and it was the best self-care decision I've made in a while. Green tea was offered, they did a lovely job by lovely people. Anabel and Roxanna we're great looking fwd to the next visit.
