Extremely overpriced for the work. You can find another place that does artwork for cheaper than this place charges for a full set. I do not recommend.

I recently visited mansion nails and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the quality of the nails were Nice, I was charged significantly more than what I was originally listed on their pricing menu. When I questioned the extra charges, the explanation provided was vague and felt misleading. "It's not really popular to get long nails in Wichita" LIES 😤😤😒😒 I value transparency and fairness when it comes to pricing, and I didn't feel that was upheld during my visit. This left me feeling taken advantage of and frustrated. I understand businesses need to make money, but clear communication and honesty go a long way in building trust with customers. I hope mansion nails can work on improving their pricing practices and customer service, as this experience has made me hesitant to return. (I asked for a design or diamonds on big toe and Johnny placed 2 big diamonds on each big toe!!! Just reminded me when my mom was tired of braiding my hair and so she would give me an extraordinary huge braid just to call it done) I love the nails just not the price I've been all across the COUNTRY and this is by far the most , I've ever spent at a nail shop especially by myself 219.00???and that was with 10$ taken off 🙄🙄 I wish I could say I would be back but I'm better off going to the street vendors for 120 the most!!! 176.00 for my nails 💅 53 for toes -10 for pity. $Discount

Booking an appointment online was easy. I was able to book the night before and get an appointment first thing in the morning. The people were helpful and kind and the quality of their work was great! I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Everyone was super friendly. Kathy did a fine job. She was helpful with picking a good nail polish color because I only wanted a manicure. On entry, I was asked what I wanted and was immediately asked to upgrade. Kind of felt rushed and was crowded and noisy.

I’ve been going to this location for the last 3-4 years.. my absolute favorite place. The staff is amazing and always so kind. Christina and Johnny are incredible artists. I recommend everyone to this location! They are amazing at the “deep French” these are recent photos from that location!

The guy that did my pedicure said he just finished school. One of the other workers had to finish my pedicure. He left cold cloths on My legs and he struggled with communicating with me.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always so welcoming! The pedis always look fantastic and the pedi chair is magical! My second time here sealed my fate! I won’t go anywhere else!

Love getting my nails done here. For my pedicures they have packages at a decent price and my feet felt much better considering I am on my feet a lot and wear boots for work. I get my eyebrows done here and haven’t had any complaints and felt well taken care of.

The salon is decorated nicely, to give it a high end feel. Went on my lunch break for a quick pedicure. Very friendly and great service. I would go back for additional services.

I have not had a bad experience yet! First visit my full set was done by Juan (no clue how to spell her name) she did GREAT! Came back for a fill today and she was out so Christine did my fill and paint for Halloween!!! Love them so much! Thank you!!! (Horrible pics)
