This was my 3rd time there. I love this place. Everyone I have met has been super friendly and informative. This last time I was worked on by Abbey who introduced me to Ashiatsu massage. It was great. I will probably have it again for my next booking. Also, they are a tip free place. So you know what you are paying before your session. 10/10 would recommend.

I am always reminded at Mantis about how much technique matters. Abbey is magic and knows just what to do to work out all the kinks while keeping things chill and relaxing. It doesn’t have to be intense to be effective.

I decided to treat myself to a monthly massage appointment and I am so glad I found Mantis and. Great massage therapist. I like that there are appointment times that are very early and pretty late in the day to meet everyone’s schedule. I also liked reading about each therapist before selecting the one that worked best for me. I highly recommend!

I got a massage from Hannah and it was so good. They spent time massaging all the parts of my back that I wanted and seemed really knowledgeable about all the muscles and what to do to relieve stiffness. My back and chest which are usually really tight felt so much better after the massage.

The whole experience was wonderful! Audrey is amazing! She took time to ask me lots of questions which she then used to customize a 60 minute massage that was therapeutic and sooo relaxing. I'll definitely be back to see Audrey!

This was a Christmas gift from me to my little brother. It was his first time ever to get a massage and he was a football player in high school with multiple injuries. So when he left Abbey he said his body was in shock he died he never felt better 🤣. She put him to sleep i didnt see him for the rest of the day she really had him walking 🚶‍♂️ different in a good way. I cant wait for my massage next week. People work to play. I think he is going to work for massages now. 🤭

I'd give it 10 stars if I could! I love Mantis. It is such an inviting environment, and the people are amazing. I have had several massages here, and all the therapists are amazing, however, my last massage with Audrey was the absolute best massage I have ever had. She was so attentive to detail and kind. I cannot recommend Mantis enough.

Every person I’ve had a massage with at Mantis has been wonderful. I’ve always had a great experience. That being said, Amanda, who I have seen a few times now, has been exceptional. She was very attentive to my shoulder issues and has explained the correlation between some of my muscles and my pain. I was attracted to Mantis because of their no frills, female owned and operated operation; but they are much more than that. They are a collective of highly trained professionals who care about their craft and their clients. Thank you Amanda and everyone else at Mantis.

I LOVE coming here. Clean, calming environment, and very welcoming. The deep tissue pressure is phenomenal every time, no matter which massage therapist you have. I’ve seen Sparkles, Sandra, Ally, and one or two others, and they all really dug into my neck and shoulder pain every time - I never walk away disappointed! I get the longer massages (90-120 mins) when I can because my muscles need it. I actually get so relaxed during my massages that I have fallen asleep many times - during a DEEP TISSUE pressure massage! Never would have imagined I’d be able to do that. If I could go here once a week, I would. It’s my happy place!

I went to Mantis Massage yesterday for the first time and had a really wonderful experience. I was greeted warmly by someone to check me in and then saw Sadie for my massage. I'd been having a lot of upper back pain because of work and life, and she gave such an excellent massage with the exact right amount of pressure that I felt better immediately (not to mention, she was so fun to talk to!). I really appreciate such a calming and peaceful experience and being able to find pain relief with a very thoughtful and skilled therapist. I will be back!

I had strained some neck muscles exercising that resulted in a 2 day tension headache. Sandra was amazing and an hour after our session. My headache was finally gone! I love that mantis makes body work accessible both in terms of ease of booking and price.

I started going to Becca when I was pregnant with my now 5 year old because she specializes in prenatal massage. I kept seeing her after my son was born because she is an all-around incredible massage therapist. If you like a deep, transformative massage experience, Becca is the one for you!
