Love the teachers, classes, and vibe of this studio. I've been going several times per week, have taken most of the classes and while I prefer the heated, higher-intensity classes, every class has been great. Bonus features: the floor of the studio is padded, the sound system is outstanding, music is always on-point, and the coffee shop in the lobby is super good, so people congregate there which adds to the strong community feeling.

Kathryn’s facials are just to die for. I’ve been seeing Kathryn consistently, and I see a massive change in my skin’s texture. I asked for more info on my skin type and she even helped me find the right products to encourage clear, happy skin. She’s so gentle and always holds space for me to decompress. Thank you Kathryn, you know I’ll be back. ❤️

There's massage and then there's massage at MANTRA WELLNESS! You walk in and first of all, it literally SMELLS relaxing, if that's even a thing...and yes it is!! Then, the sweetest, friendliest desk staff person greets you with a smile and often by name immediately. While you wait, you can get tea or water in REUSABLE cups (a huge plus in my book), browse the shelves of yummy self care items from local vendors, or just sit and breathe it all in. Then one of their many talented massage therapists comes to get you and settle you in for the MAGIC! I'll be so bold as to say, you cannot get an average massage at Mantra Wellness. The only options are amazing and sublime! Worth every penny!! I've been a member for a long time now and I'm still feeling special and pampered every time. The skin care estheticians are also amazing so BOOK SOMETHING ASAP!

I’ve been a member at Mantra Wellness for quite some time, and during my visits, I’ve seen a lot of changes—staff coming and going, small updates here and there—all of which are normal and part of any growing business. Recently, I was considering ending my membership, but then I had the chance to book a session with Tierra. Let me just say: she is phenomenal. Tierra is, hands down, the best masseuse I’ve ever had. Her skill, attention to detail, and ability to create a deeply relaxing experience are unmatched. Honestly, I want to keep her all to myself, but she’s a gem worth sharing.

The minute I came in and gave this place a try, I fell in love. I have been coming here getting closer to a year now and I won't go anywhere else for a massage. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the place is super calm and peaceful. I always leave feeling fuzzy and relaxed. I started out seeing Heather for massage, who is wonderful, but unfortunately we had some scheduling conflicts. I moved over to Tierra for massage and she is fantastical. She has helped me SO MUCH with my aching hips and irritated shoulder. I feel so relaxed, literally like melted butter when I leave. I signed up for a 90 minute massage membership and it is so worth it! I often add cupping and full body cbd oil, which is really great for anyone that is sore or has achy joints like I do. Tierra not only does massage, but helps me stretch and open up my hips so they are not so stiff. I have also enjoyed a very wonderful facial by Averie, so I guarantee every therapist and esthetician here is really great!

I truly enjoyed my entire experience at Mantra Wellness recently. As soon I walked in their spa, I was instantly greeted with relaxing scents of oils and easy listening music. The front staff were incredibly friendly and showed great hospitality. The entire process was seamless, smooth and efficient. I would like to brag about Alicia, the most wonderful massage therapist ever. She has such a sweet personality and addressed my concerns of problem areas on my body. The massage was pure perfection! I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed after my massage. I would highly recommend them for your needs wellness needs.

Incredible massage by Eden! Just wow. I have been getting regular massages from Eden for quite some time, and she is the best there is. I started getting weekly massages for pain, and then this just became part of my healing and self-care ritual. I've had massages from therapists all around Austin and beyond and Eden is truly one of the best. Mantra is a fantastic space too. You feel calm and at ease the moment you walk through the door. The person at the front desk gives such a warm welcome, and it's just what you want when you are coming in to unwind. Thanks for making this such a great space to get an incredible massage.

Yesterday‘s 90 minute massage with Freddie was the best massage of my life— and at 55 I’ve had a bunch :-) I’m laughing as I’m typing this because it sounds dramatic, but it is so true: the literal massage was phenomenal and something also shifted in me around my stress. When I got home last night, I had a feeling of peace and calm I hadn’t felt in a while. I’m already part of your street team #SelfNominated And I will be sending everyone Freddie’s way as well. Mantra Wellness is hands down the best place to get a massage in Austin! You can’t go wrong in choosing a massage therapist. Each one is very skilled to meet your specific needs. Plus, Mantra also has a beautifully warm, inviting, and calming space!
