I've been visiting this place almost every month (as my hair grow so fast) for years, even before the pandemic. Super quick and slick looking. I always book before I visit to avoid waiting and once arrived I can go in and out in about 20 min even with shampooing and hair styling from the pro. Highly recommended! Quick note on my pics: I've lost a lot of hairs on my top ever since I've got covid, really a lot as almost a clear circle spot can be seen. It has been so stressful, but he always knows how to cover it well even with my preferred spiky hair style. I wanted to share to all. (even after I came home and washed my hair, my wife was so surprised how it covers well)

I’ve been coming here for years and only trust Maraba Hair Salon with my color. I have been a royal customer since they first opened. My experience here is always pleasant and enjoyable. I always get offered with tea. The atmosphere is very family oriented. During the years, I was taking care of very ill Mom where she was not able to move around. They volunteered to come and style my mom’s hair at free of charge at numerous times. I was so grateful. The salon is quite small compared to some other places but they get their work done always satisfying me. Thank you always and love you for being my hair stylist! ❤️❤️❤️

Kevin Pyo has always made my hair cut look great and my hair had gotten healthier since I started going to Maraba a year ago. The products they use on my hair makes my hair look and feel soft and healthy. Kevin’s wife Elizabeth is always so kind, friendly and gracious. Her shampoo and scalp massage is the best every time. Both are great and I am 💯Satified with their service. I highly recommend them both.

Hair cut took 15 mins. I was charged $40 for a women’s haircut. My hair was not even styled or set after the cut. Not a good experience.

Hey! I haven't really used their service, but the people that work there are some of the best humans I have met. I had a flat tire and I walked into their salon in the middle of the afternoon asking for help. They let me sit in the salon and the owner helped me with my car. I was also not feeling well, I was dizzy and tired, and they let me rest on their couch for over an hour. Definitely, best humans I have met 🥰

I am kind of agree with the previous reviewer about Kevin. It took me 5 minutes to do my haircut, where professionals take at least an hour to make your hair look good. Kevin was very aggressive with his hands and I guess this is the worst haircut i’ve ever had so far Lol. Looks so stupid. anyway zero for this guy, but not a big problem, hair grows quickly.

The owner who is a man, was really unpolite and he cut my hair for only 5 mins and he charged $20. He complained about my hair texture. Man......... And he asked me where I live? what is that for? Why do you want to know where I live? If someone has to do the business well, you have to be nice to clients. That's a basic of business!!! This was the worst experience ever!!! I never go back here!!!

When I walked in, he said he is busy that I need an appointment, he cut my hair which take him 15 mins, but If I didn’t ask him to layer my hair that will even take less time. After my hair was done, he just sat down and played with his phone.

I came in here for a haircut right after work and just chose the first salon that popped up. I didn’t realize it was Korean till I was halfway there which was perfect because I had been trying to get a specific Korean style haircut that I couldn’t get at other places. Needless to say my experience was great. It was a quick haircut and turned out exactly like the picture I showed Kevin. 15/10 I plan to come back in the future.

I feel like Maraba Hair Salon is a hidden jewel. There is little to no wait time on a Saturday afternoon, but Kevin paid more attention to detail than many barbers. He did with scissors what many do with electric razors, and yet my hair was cut more evenly than I had received recently at other locations. I intend to return.

I had the worst haircut to date at this place. Kevin gave me a five-minute haircut and acted like he had to catch a bus in a couple of minutes. I would give him a zero rating if I could. Forget about hygiene or sanitization, they are using the same sheet for everyone, and it doesn't come for cheap too - it costs you $22 for a five-minute hair cut. If you are reading this, please get a haircut at a different place. You will thank me!

I was suppose to have my haircut then my husband liked how Kevin cut my hair so he decided to have his haircut too..This place is underrated.. Reasonable price and skilled hair stylist. We will definitely come back.

I got a digital perm and I absolutely love it! It looks so natural and silky and feels so soft. I like how the soft waves turned out and the grand opening sale price totaled to $100 so come check it out soon! :) I’m definitely coming back again and tellingmy friends to come back. I’m so happy with Kevin’s work and definitely recommend this cute salon to everyone.
