My results didn’t even last a month. I got 34 units of Botox and was still asked to leave a gratuity afterward, nothing against the girls at the reception, they were warm and friendly. I’m not trying to brag, as its not something to be bragging about, but I just moved here from California, and this isn’t my first time at a medspa, gratuity is not standard practice. Still, I didn’t want to seem cheap after already spending a good amount, so I left a tip. Looking back, I wish I hadn’t, considering how poor the results were. All of my past injectors have been extremely conservative with the units they were willing to give me because I don’t need much, I certainly never needed 34. This injector was clearly inexperienced. She also tried upselling me on other treatments, but I caught on fast and knew I wouldn’t be returning. I did go to my follow-up, and while she graciously gave me a couple more units, it wasn’t enough to change my mind. Definitely not going back.

Maras Med Spa is amazing! I was so stressed about my thinning hair and receding hairline, and nothing helped until I tried their PRP & PRF treatments. Mara was kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The results are incredible my hair went from thin and dull (black hair) to full and shiny (red hair). I’m so thankful for Mara and her team it’s been life-changing!

Mara's Med Spa continues to be a staple for all my skin care needs! The spa is beautiful and inviting, but what sets them apart from other med spas in town is that they have the cream of the crop service providers. Special credit goes to Monica who has been providing laser hair removal for me. Monica is incredibly knowledgeable and takes extra time to address all my questions to deliver impeccable service. During the treatment, she is attentive and thorough, ensuring my comfort from beginning to end. I am so thrilled with my progress so far thanks to Monica's precision and attention to detail!

I thoroughly enjoy visiting Mara’s with my wife, since everyone is so friendly and nice. That being said, I decided to have the Botox treatment performed by Raquel for my TMJ symptoms. Needless to say, my suffering has come to an end thanks to the excellent treatment. I always thought of Botox as a beauty procedure but was amazed at the results. I am going on five (5) months now headache and jaw pain free. IT WORKS take my word. Thank you, Raquel!!🙏

I’ve been on a quest for the perfect esthetician, and let me tell you, I've finally found my match in Monica at Mara's! Not only is her expertise top-notch, but her personality is absolutely delightful. She makes me feel gorgeous, and the results of my treatments are even better. I'm especially pleased with the outcome of my IPL Photofacial and Tribella treatments. If you're looking for a wizard with lasers, look no further!

As a first-timer getting a facial treatment, I was browsing around and came across Mara's Med Spa. I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. My skin honestly feels hydrated now, and thats coming from someone who hasn't paid much attention to skincare. Amazing! Literally she was the BEST at massaging and really knows her stuff! She helped me identify all different pain points and the root cause, etc and even gave me at home exercises to practice to help relieve tension and stress. Also the front desk people are amazing and so genuine. Will definitely be coming back 💗💗. Thank you guys!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly! Massage was great - the stones were not too hot and the massage felt like it lasted a great deal. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking to get some pain points relieved and a great time!

I am an Indian with fair body complexion. I took 14 sessions for full body laser hair removal. After spending more than a year and half with the process, I am just left with burnt black lips and more hair on my body and face. Not sure what went wrong. My sessions booked for 2 hours, only used to last 45-55 minutes for whole body.. not sure if that’s normal either.

Searching for service related to beauty and upkeep is a very expensive mistake if you use the wrong provider and establishment. This is why I am taking my time to say THANK YOU to RAQUEL at Mara Med Spa who did such a phenomenal job with me. This was in preparation for my birthday trip with family and friends. I searched through google, reading reviews for weeks before choosing Mara med spa and they did not disappoint. It is located in Uptown Dallas so you already know the location is posh. That was my first green flag. Upon arrival the staff is so well put together, friendly and professional. The establishment is super clean and pretty. I immediately felt the luxury and peace of mind that I would get good service. Raquel took her time truly to explain what I asked for and what could be even better for me without making it seem as though she was pushing me into something I did not want. The decision to as fully mine which I made with better education from Raquel and I felt like a partnership and that she cared. She took her time to analyze and execute! I couldn’t stop admiring the great work she did and got lots of compliments. Thanks Raquel! Now I know where and who to come to for my beauty upkeep needs!
