Brooke is incredible! She listens to everything I ask her for and delivers every single time. I’m very impressed with her work, she takes her time and always makes sure that I’m getting exactly what I asked for. And also talks me out of things that could destroy my hair by explaining the science behind it. She is educated and talented. Highly recommend her, I’ve been seeing her for years and will continue to as long as I’m able. Also great conversation and personality from her at all time. 10/10 every single time.

I'm so thankful for Vivian and glad I finally found my forever hair stylist here in Seattle! I'm usually rushed through the process after sitting down at other hair salons, but Vivian took the time to listen to my what I wanted to do, educated me throughout the entire process and was fun to spend time with. I love that I could be upfront and honest about what I didn't like or liked and she worked so hard to get me to where I wanted to be. My hair is very very stubborn and I wanted to lighten it before my wedding day. The first session didn't get me to where I wanted my hair to be - not her fault, just my hair issues, and let me come back for a follow up to lighten it more. She even offered to come in on her day off and gave me an amazing deal for it. After the second session it looks AMAZING, her technique is incredible and attention to detail second to none. You also won't feel like you need to talk the whole time, but if you do, the conversation is so fun and relaxed. Thank you Vivian! I already can't wait to come back and spend time with you!

If I could 0 stars I would! Worst salon experience ever will never return not recommend it! I went there 1 week ago and make sure Groupon deal okay with what I wanted(I showed a picture!). The lady said it is okay! I bought a Groupon deal in front of her and redeemed it! Today I went to the salon and the hair stylist's( Brooke) behavior was terrible. She asked me to pay extra $600 bucks for balayage! I do not recommend that place!

Love my new hair color. Vivian did an amazing job on my balayage. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and executed perfectly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to build trust immediately. The salon space was open and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This review has been long coming. I tried to avoid writing a negative review but the tears that come from my eyes every time I shower are making me do this. I did a session in Feb with Brooke and wanted to go ashy grey. During our consultation she said that it would very much doable and I was really excited because it was a color I had been long wanting to get. She also mentioned that it was a high maintenance color and I would have to come in at-least quarterly to revive it which also made complete sense. I do not know what she had in mind but she completely ruined my hair. Firstly she did something polar opposite than what I wanted. And I wasn’t happy which I think she understood as well. She asked me to come in a second time and she would fix it. But basically she added more color which washed away in the next wash. But she used some weird kind of bleach which fried my hair. I had mid length and regular hair. But ever since that hair color and cut with Brooke my hair is falling out in clumps. Every time I shower my hair falls out in the masses and my scalp is visible in every hairstyle. To make things worse all that bleach has made my hair super dry and frizzy and it just doesn’t stop breaking. I have used all the hair oils and treatments but nothing helps. Nothing personal against Brooke she was a sweetheart but never going back for a treatment at the salon or to her. Vivian Kim is amazing. Very well-versed with curly hair and the curly girl/curly guy method. I needed a refresh on my layers and a trim. Hairs are looking and feeling great! 10/10 recommend.

After 4 years of letting my hair grow out naturally, I realized it was time to have a self care moment and clean up my shaggy overgrown post-pregnancy hair. I have many friends and family members who have seen Natalie for years and they always come out looking amazing and feeling great. The hype is real! She took my faded, outgrown auburn/brown color and transformed it into a perfectly blended golden miracle. She is so kind and so talented!! Cannot recommend her enough.

Here are the facts, you decide yourself. 1- 2 years ago (2017), I got the Groupon for getting a haircut from them in December, they only 1 availability during the week for Groupon purchases and the next possible day they can give me is in April during the week around 11 am. I called Groupon to get a reimbursement. Groupon said they cannot do that. If you read the other reviews you'll see that other people had experienced the same thing. 2- Last year, I wanted to get some partial highlight and I got a Groupon from them. They set an appointment a month forward with Mary. The day of the appointment, a Tuesday, they said Mary won't do the partials. But they have a new stylist Taylor whom started 2 weeks ago and they can set an appointment with her, which was also pushed 2 weeks ahead. Taylor did my hair but she was asking everyone around in every step of the way. My highlights were in patches. There is similar review to this as well. 3- Over a month ago, I made an appointment for partial highlights. They told me Taylor is available, and it is 145$ for partials. They also wanted to have a consultation session before the appointment. Taylor checked my chin length hair and said, we'll do it. She re-priced to 185$: if they lighten my hair too much they can cover it and that is why there is another 40$ fee to tone my hair. They have a list of prices on their table, which says partial 75$. I asked if we can do less lightening so that the price is 145$, I am not trying to go blonde from brunette and there is no color in my hair. She said no, 185$ is the price. They put notes and we agreed on the appointment. Today, the day of the appointment, Saturday, Taylor send me a text massage cancelling the appointment because I asked questions about the price. She did not contact me earlier, she contacted me a few hours before the appointment intentionally. Another thing, when we were making this appointment in January, they were saying Taylor had been there for a couple of years. I pointed out that I got partials from her at that salon less than a year ago and she was 2 weeks in at the salon. I would say if you make an appointment, and decide to not to go with it, just don't cancel. Maybe they will get to taste their own medicine.

Justin is awesome! Great attention to detail for my haircut, conditioning and style on my long hair, he truly loves what he does. 10/10 would recommend Justin. They try to upsell products at the end, but that’s to be expected.

Place is clean and everyone was professional. Haircut was not good. I asked for a stylist that was comfortable doing a men's haircut (generally shorter cut that uses clippers). I provided a few older pictures of myself with the haircut I was looking for - additionally I gave general lengths that previous stylists have used. The haircut took over an hour and my stylist did not seem very comfortable doing a men's haircut. My hair ended up being uneven on the sides and was not what I asked for - it took so long that I just wanted to leave after giving feedback a few times and not seeing any adjustments. I would not recommend getting a men's cut here.

Natalie is my girl!!! Very professional, detail oriented and just all around incredibly talented. Perfect blonde hair every time. I leave the salon feeling beautiful. The receptionists are very kind and helpful as well. Bathrooms are always super clean and stocked.

The shop looks great, the service was fantastic. Unfortunately, I did not get the hair color I asked for. I had a picture of what I wanted and it had nothing in common with what I got. I got the hairstyle I wanted. The hair color was pretty, just not the one I wanted.

It's a disgusting experience i got here on 10/20/2018. I booked appointment here for keratin treatment, but the lady recommended me to get a Brazilian smoothing treatment and i got this from groupon for $222 with haircut. She did a hair cut first and I very clearly mentioned that i don't want to cut the length of my hair, because i planned for a trip and want have long hair with my wedding dress. See the picture posted that's how my hair cut ended up after brazilian smoothing everything done. That lady don't even know how to cut the length equal in both the side. I paid the bill and gave her a nice tip, then i went back and want to look my hair final time in the mirror by myself then i literally want to cry very very loud after seeing this uneven disgusting haircut. To make hair even both the sides they made it even shorter. I literally want these people to pay penalty for our losses.
