Super disappointed with the service I received. I went for a pedicure first they didn’t even ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted they soaked my feet in cold water with nothing added to it just plain water which I could have done myself at home. Didn’t use any sugar scrubs, parffin treatments or hot stones but clearly I was charge for a deluxe pedicure even tho I didn’t not receive one. This will be the last time I ever come here

i have been attending this salon for many years. Nina is the absolute best nail tech this place offers. she is extremely friendly, detail oriented, and always honors her clients wishes. i have recommended her to many family and friends. they all adore her as well and continue booking with her. I Highly recommend you all book with Nina for a high quality nail experience.

I’m extremely sad and upset for allowing myself to be treated this way. I recently received a manicure at this nail salon, where they polished my nails so much that they made my nails super thin and now I’m having pain and discomfort and may nails are breaking. I had to seek medical consult to obtain help. I’m extremely upset!

I have been coming to this salon for years now because Nina always does an amazing job. I’m very picky with cleanliness and attention to detail and this is the only place that meets my standards. In addition, Nina’s pedicures are so good that they have lasted me up to 7 weeks, and I work in hospitality. She knows I always get French with two coats of pink and gives me results I love every time!

I worked with someone named Linda for a long time and gave her chance after chance just because it was close to my house. The salon has messed up my nails numerous times (for example my nails would be uneven multiple times and would refuse to fix it). Multiple times they would speak negatively about you in their language in front of you if you make a simple request regarding their work. I’ve also had my eyebrows burned with no refund or proper apology. Numerous times I’ve been left waiting mid appointment for more than 15 minutes as well, but if you’re late even for a bit they won’t take you even if you’re a loyal customer. This salon has no respect for its customers and will take your money and give you sloppy jobs.

To keep it short. I worked with them once to get a pedicure just for the sake of stress relief but they ended up scratching my foot causing blood to pour out. The crazy part is they apologized once and just continued on like nothing happened?

I'm not sure where to begin and sorry in advance for the lengthy review. I’d usually go to my usual spot but my guy was off and I really needed my nails done so I decided to give them a second chance due to my sister recommending certain nail techs. So I made an appointment for 9:30 and arrived to the parking lot at 9:10 waiting for the salon to open up. Immediately walked in a couple minutes before opening and told them I had made an appointment. The tech for my nails wasn't there yet so they insisted that I do my feet first. At that point I didn't care who did my hands since it's not my usual place, I just wanted to get my feet done with my sisters, one I was with and the other was on the way. We figured we'd get our hands out of the way first while my other sister was coming and she didn't need her hands done. They still insisted on feet first even though it didn't matter who did my hands at that point and mind you it was like 10 minutes after my initial appointment time, going back and forth. The lady who was there was calling the tech I was waiting for. Again, I was there on time, waiting for the person I made an appointment with. I was fine no big deal, I'll take anyone. Final, they said for us to do the pedicure first. An hour goes by, pedicure was fine. Kelly was very nice and did a great job. I sat down and waited for my tech that I've been waiting for since I walked in who was finishing with another client which was no biggie. I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting then she calls me to her table. She said give her a minute. It took about another 20 minutes and during this my sister was just about done with her hands while I have not been seen. It was not busy at all and there were enough employees. When she finally showed up, I just about had it. I told her I'm not going to do my nails today because it's been taking too long. She was dumbfounded. She goes on to blame me for getting a pedicure first and stated that she has been here since opening which was a lie when I walked in before 9:30. My sister chimed in and said that we were waiting for her to come in but everyone insisted on the pedicure first so it wasn't my fault. And the other tech was on the phone with her at 9:30 stating that she will be late. It was not only her placing blame on me but also lack of consideration of my time. Her disappearing that long was to take care of another customer which is fine as long as you let me know and not having me sit there not knowing what was going on. Another sad part was that she was the owner. I'm sorry this is not how to run a business nor treat a new client. I come from a line of customer service and I know the customer is not always right but for you to place blame on the customer for something your associates insisted on and lying about something like being on time when you were not, is not ok in my book. Being late was not the problem, life happens, but don't treat people that way for something you did. I will for sure not be going back. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was very disappointed having my nail polish here. I came with a set of acrylic square shape and only need to paint shellac on. The nail tech lady rushed me out from the preps to the polishing. She made my square nails uneven and polish the shellac very bubbly. I had the lady repainted but this time its not even. This is the worst experience I have my done. Never come back.

I’m not really the type to leave reviews but I’m really disappointed in the time and money that I wasted here. $30 for a gel manicure that didn’t last a week and that’s considering I went back 5 days later for a touch up. My nails started bubbling, cracking and lifting. I always get gel manicures and I’ve never had this happen. I don’t know what type of cheap gel they use here but don’t waste your money here. When I called to let them know one of my nails had lifted the lady seemed upset about it, she told me to come in and didn’t bother to fix the issue correctly she just put another coat of polish on and sent me on my way. I wish I could get a refund this was a complete waste of money.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for a couple years now. I’ve had some weird experiences before but i always gave them another chance because it’s close to my house and they do a pretty good job. Unfortunately their customer service is why I’m leaving this review. I get the SNS dip nails and this is my second time picking a color and getting a completely different color. When I asked if she could fix it she offered to just use regular nail polish and paint over it.. I asked if they could give me a discount for the inconvenience and she charged me $40 instead of $45 (I’m pretty sure I’ve paid $40 every time I’ve gotten it done) and she was not very nice when I called later to ask if there was any other options. Went for warming rose and got bubble gum pink ✌️ Also heard another lady complaining about the same thing. Just a heads up you might not get the color you wanted.

Well if anyone really needs an appointment here I suggest to spell the day you want the appointment for because they put the day they want and when you come to your appointment on the day you ask for you don't have it because they put u on another day. I have wasted my time coming over here for nothing. April 30 2023 I gave a second chance to this place and they messed it up again. Again I call ahead of time made my appointment for 12pm and made sure they heard me 8 times and they said yes. Got here again and they messed my appointment. They had put me to another time when I specifically ask for 12 and they said yes. Unfortunately not a place I can trust anymore.

Went to get some nails removed that I had done for a wedding. I waited my turn approximately 30 minutes which was expected. She removed most of the gel and said I was done. My nails were rough and looked horrible. I asked was she not going to shape them, like a manicure? Told me to come back later, they were getting too busy. I left and went somewhere else since they were "too busy" to finish the job I had requested in the first place. Will not use them again.
