I have only been to this salon maybe 2 times before. However, Maricel was not there today when I stopped by. I had to wait over 30 minutes for the stylist on duty to return to provide services. When the stylist arrived late, I had not met her before. She was an older lady (unsure of her name) with all white short hair with glasses and she was very unprofessional. She did not want to wash her hands when she arrived to the salon. She wanted to start my hair without handwashing. When asked to hand wash or sanitize her hands she became very rude and said that she was not going to service my hair? I asked her to use heat protectant from the hot irons and she got upset with the simple request. She was distracted and acted like she didn’t want to work at all. There was 1 other customer there and another staff member that witnessed this and they both was shaking there heads in dismay at this stylist very unprofessional attitude as she walked away to the back and said that she was not going to service me. I will never return to this salon after this experience. Please go to another salon that is more professional to their customers. I was able to find another Dominican salon that was much more professional to the customer.

I’ve been coming here since 2018/2019.ia loved all my experiences up until recently. Never had an issue with my hair reverting back to its natural curly state. However, the last time I tried to revert my hair after a blowout my curl pattern only came back at the bottom of my hair and this was back in March. Now it is June and I swear that relaxer was put into my hair because it is super dry, the new growth on my hair is a different texture than my entire hair and middle is straight and the ends are curly. I used to get my hair relaxed up until the time I was 20yrs old and now my hair is so damaged I may have start my natural hair process over again.

Me and my two daughters came in they are very professional and they work on hair growth I’m very picky on who I let style me and my girls hair but I gave them I shot and they killed it I love this spot they just earned 3 new customers. We didn’t have to wait long maybe 2hours for 3 of us!!! Exact amount I would have spent anywhere else.

They are ok however their problem is they are really slow and when she talks she has to keep stopping there is no way I should have been there for 3 hours and was the only one there! Also please next time have heat on it is still February....

I have visited this salon twice as a walk-in client and have been treated well each time. My former stylist did a hack job on my hair and I had uneven layers everywhere and today I walked in and asked for a trim and my stylist took her time and got almost all of the dead ends out of my hair and really evened up my layers. I felt comfortable here even though I do not speak Spanish and will be back.

This was the first time taking my 8 year daughter who has 4c hair. Which is hard to manage for me especially her edges. The experience was great. The ladies definitely know what they are doing. They were very patient with her and has her hair the softest it has ever been. I am so happy with the results. What ever products they use are great as well. I did a same day appointment and they welcomed us in. I give this place more than 5 stars.

Bianca is the best hair stylist she takes her time. She doesn't overcharge. Most importantly you don't have to wait all day when you have an appointment.

Got my hair done hair they done great. When I came in they got me started. The heat was a too hot but other than that great.I got a blow out the hairdresser did a great job.

Love Maricel and the staff at this salon.They have made my hair so healthy and long. Look at the before and after pictures. They do all kind of services. Highlights, color, botox, relaxes and great blow outs that last. They are also affordable and friendly. I also bring my daughter to get her blow out and trim.
