Ashley is also so sweet and accommodating with schedule changes. She started my sisterlocs and has been patient with all of the changes my hair went through. I tried her hair moisturizer, it makes my hair very soft and light.

This review is long overdue! I can’t say enough about Ashley. She is one of the kindest, professional and talented stylist I have ever met. She takes pride in her work and everyone she employs shares the same philosophy. I came from a bad experience with another stylist and she listened to all my concerns and reassured me that I was in good hands. Let me tell you she definitely delivered. My hair has never looked better! My mom even says she has growing hands. She is also great with children. My son is extremely tender headed and during most of his appointments he falls asleep. He would have tears in his eyes with our previous stylist. Ashely takes the extra time to make sure he is comfortable at every appointment. No more tears and he leaves with a smile! If you are looking for a loctician give Marie Ash Natural Hair Salon a call. Definitely glad I did!!!!

Enjoli is amazing. She installed my sister locs. I'm so happy with my sister locs and the way they look. She wasn't heavy-handed while doing my hair. She was very informative when explaining how to treat my sister locs. She truly has gifted hands. I'm so happy that I found Marie Ash Hair salon. Everyone was professional and nice.

Before transferring to Marie Ash Natural Hair Salon, I had a nightmare experience with a lazy loctitian who totally messed up my clean, neat grid from the previous install. I was devastated and disappointed before meeting/consulting with my new loctitian, Tiffany, at Marie Ash Hair Salon, but afterward, I felt soooo much better. Tiffany took her time (part by part/row by row) to see how she could fix/clean it all up. Even though I had to untie/take out some locs, she was very supportive and gave me a call to check on me and see how I was doing. :-) Tiffany is knowledgeable and passionate about locs. She cares about her work and believes in the client having a great salon experience. She is very patient and informative and always makes sure I'm in agreement with what she's doing. She even stopped to take pictures along the way to show me my hair/parts during the repair of my grid. If you are thinking about getting locs or need to transfer to a new loctitian, please don't hesitate to call Marie Ash Hair Salon. Tiffany and Marie Ash are a blessing to this community and actually care about and appreciate their clients. Plus, the reties are not painful, and another HUGE plus is that the salon is neat, clean, and aesthetically and spiritually pleasing! 🌸😇🩷

I have been a client of MarieAsh since 2021. They installed my microlocs. I left for a bit and was having someone else maintain my locs, but I’M back!!! Oh how I missed the professionalism and efficiency that MarieAsh provides. My loctician has got to be the fastest loctician in the Charlotte Metro area. It literally only takes her an hour-ish to retighten my entire head. Forgot to mention she’s an amazing educator. I took her sister/microlocs retighten class, and she was very thorough and patient. However, while it only takes her 60 minutes +/-, it takes me an entire day to do my own, and in realized that I don’t have the patience nor the time, so again…I’M BACK! If you’re looking for locticians in the Charlotte area, reach out to MarieAsh! You will not be disappointed!

I have been going to Marie Ash for my Sisterlock maintenance for almost 2 years now. I was referred to her and have been in love every since. She has the knowledge needed to ensure your hair is taken care of, is willing to share that knowledge and does a great job maintaining my locs. I make sure to book my appointments ahead of time to make sure I can stay on her books. I highly recommend Marie Ash and her stylist. The quality of work and professionalism is top notch!

I love Marie Ash!! She has a beautiful spirit and energy which you can also feel in how she cares for your hair. She styled my hair for my sister’s wedding and was prompt, quick, and had my curls fresh for my sis’ big day! She not only cares for your hair, but she cares for the person sitting in the chair.

I started my microloc journey with Ashley in January 2023, and I must say I'm loving it! She is very professional and knowledgeable about the services that she offers. When I've asked her questions regardless, if I was in her salon seat or via text she's never hesitated with providing me an answer. I started my sister locks with Tiffany and she took the time to make sure I was going to be ok with getting my locks bcuz my hair is very fine, at first it took some time getting use to it but now I love my locks I got them in February and my hair is fuller than it has been in years.

My oldest daughter and I both have braidlocs. We often receive compliments on our hair because Ashley insures they are maintained properly. In the few years she has been our Loctician, her professionalism remains consistent— punctual, efficient, as well as providing great at-home care and guidance. And let’s not forget her creativity— My daughter and I both have different patterns, lengths and thickness to our Locs, and even though Ashley did not perform our initial loc installation, she has never NEVER failed to provide beautiful, long lasting and CREATIVE results! We have never left her salon unsatisfied and trust we will continue to always have great experiences in Ashley’s care.
