Marisol is absolutely amazing! She is so detailed and takes her time to give me the best color, cut, style and overall experience. Every time I see her not only do I leave with beautiful color/style but my hair feels healthier throughout. I went to see Erika for the first time and I thought she was incredibly thorough with her approach. She asked me lots of good questions on how I want my hair cut. Even after she would cut my hair she would show me and check in on the length. I have long hair that I am attached too so she really respected that. Love my cut! Healthy and happy hair! Would highly recommend

I saw Viviane for the first time today. I came to her because I had really bad, blocky highlights done and they were growing out, creating a solid line of color in my hair. She first took the time to explain to me exactly what the issue was and then showed me how she would fix it, plus how her fix would ensure that the horrid root line doesn't come back again. In 2 hours she completely transformed my hair. It looks natural, still bright and highlighted, but gone is the root line! She was so thoughtful and at the end we reinspected everything so that she could do even more touch-ups if necessary until I was 100% happy. Would definitely recommend Viviane. Catherine is awesome! Got tape in Bellami extensions done with her. They blend so well, perfect color matching and care instructions. Place is really cute too, they do cuts and color as well there. Highly recommend!

I’ve went to get my hair done here based on the reviews and experience I saw on this place.So I chose to go her to for the first time to get a balayage by Jenny Tanzilli and her assistant Crystal .The place is very welcoming, friendly, and clean.Jenny makes sure to tell you the process for you her and what going to happen.My balayage came out beautiful while still maintaining healthy.I had a wonderful experience at this hair salon and I’ll make sure to come back.

Justin was my stylist. In my 16+ yrs having my hair colored I've never left a bad review - until now. Not only am I now missing most of my hair, but what's left is very thin, damaged, and not even close to the color I requested. I LOST MOST OF MY HAIR My hair was very long. It was dark root / blond tip ombre. I asked for dark roots with silvery blond tips. Session 1: despite telling Justin my hair is tangly she teased my hair at the root before applying color. Whatever bleach she used wasn't lifting my hair, so the bleach was on my hair for at least 1:50 (not including the hrs it took to put on). The color didn't lift much, so it didn't look much different from how it looked prior. My hair was so damaged by several hrs of bleach that it was coming out in wads. Because my hair had been teased at the root two people spent 75+ mins trying to brush it out, both with brushes packed full of lost hair. Session 2: as is the case with stylists they convince you that they "know your hair" so they'll do a better job with your hair next time. So I return to try to get closer to the silvery ombre. Again, bleach is put on my hair and left for over 2 hrs. But this time instead of the ombre I've been working on for 4 yrs she foils my whole head to the root. The result is bright red roots and blond tips. My hair is so damaged that again wads of hair are coming out. Session 3: completely disappointed she offers to try to fix the red at no cost. Instead of adding back in a brown root she adds more bleach and pulls it all the way to my completely damaged roots and leaves it on for another 2 hrs. Obviously my hair can't handle this so it just starts falling out in clumps and she can't even brush it and sends me home with matted, unbrushed hair. I end up having to get 2 hair cuts and pay $165 to 2 new stylists to try to add brown roots back in. My hair is now about shoulder length, what's left is extremely thin, I can't even wear a pony-tail because chunks are broken off 1.5 inches from the root. When it's down it looks like a mullet and the only thing that kind of looks reasonable is if I spend time curling it every day (obviously more damaging) to try to make it look like I have some hair left. THE COLOR I ENDED UP WITH ISN'T WHAT I ASKED FOR I've been getting ombre for 4 yrs and each stylist has used the balayage technique - painting the blond a range of 4-8 inches from the root. For whatever reason she decides to do a full, which is basically old school highlights (I never asked for this). And she brings the bleach all the way to the root. In what world is full highlights to the root ombre? So I ended up with orange roots and burnt off blond tips. THE PROCESS TOOK 20+ HOURS Of my 3 sessions she was between 60 and 90 behind schedule, so I didn't start on time even once. With the amount of time it takes to do a full head of highlights and several hrs of bleach on my hair I was at the salon for over 20 hrs. In my 16 yrs getting my hair done, I've never sat for more than 90 mins to 3 hrs (rare). Each of these sessions took 5-8 hrs. WHY DID I GO BACK TWICE? When a stylist tells you she's been doing hair for 30 yrs, you trust that she knows what she's doing. When I watch her make mistakes and then talk about how they're mistakes and she won't do them again, I expect her to not repeat mistakes. And when I'm headed on 3 trips the next week (one my summer vaca to Europe) and my hair looks and feels the worst it's looked and felt in my 30+ yrs, and I have no other options but to hope she can fix it (for free, last minute) - I cross my fingers and hope. HUGE mistake. WORST BEAUTY SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE Never in my life have I cried over my hair. But while on vacation and now about once a week I cry because my hair is gone. I had long, amazing hair that I took great care of and it's just not there anymore - and what's left is so thin I can barely grab onto it. It will take me years and hundreds of dollars spent on treatments and hair growth supplements to get it back. Some women are beautiful with short hair - I'm not one of them.
