Courtney has been doing a fantastic job on my hair! I get the partial foil and request to have blond highlights with some low lights to make the color pop. She does exactly what I ask for and I am extremely satisfied each time. Her scalp massage is to die for. I feel completely relaxed when she washes my hair. If you want to have red carpet worthy hair, ask for Courtney!

They wasted my time and did nothing, especially Cindy and Sara , They are rude and have no customer service skills.

Jenny the hair technician totally destroyed my hair with her slopy technique of dropping bleach in the entire back of my head. She acted like nothing happens with the 70 % of a large patch broken off. She could care less. When I responded about "never wanted short hair" She answered OH.

I have been going to Marina Park Salon for a very long time. Sara, the owner, is so cordial and welcoming to everyone. The facility is so clean and her entire staff is very professional and talented. The decor is inviting and my stylist, Jenny, has always hit the mark, taking great care to listen to all of my ideas and execute them perfectly.

Since moving to kirkland, finding marina park salon has been a perfect fit. I see Megan and Alannah, they're amazing stylists! My hair came out perfect and their prices are super affordable! I 100% trust them with all my hair decisions and will be coming back to see them soon!

I definitely would not recommend this salon. It's over priced, and they are not customer friendly. After calling the salon to let them know I was running late - no one answered the phone - when I did arrive I was told that someone was coming in twenty minutes and my appointment had been cancelled. The stylist with whom I had an appointment had my cell number, but didn't bother to call to inquire as to my ETA or whether or not I was at the bottom of a multicar accident. To quote a friend who used to be a customer there "She has switched to Miss Clairol and Super Cuts, and receives as many if not more compliments on her hair than she did as a client". Save yourself time, money, and general disappointment and opt for a different salon.
