Made an appointment for 11:30 for my grandmother. Showed up a few minutes before the appointment. The owner Marisol who’s supposed to cut my grandmas hair told my grandma in Spanish “oh let me get this guy in first, he’ll be quick.” After 20 minutes, she brings my grandma back. Not only did she bring us back late but she rushed the other man’s appointment because of her inability to manage time. My grandma requested to have her eyebrows waxed as well, which wasn’t part of the appointment . Marisol told her to come back in 20 minutes as her next appointment had arrived. Mind you, we were on time and she disrespected our time by brining us back in 20 minutes AFTER THE APPOINTMENT. I agreed to bring my grandma back in 20 minutes for my grandmas sake. I brought her back. 15 minutes after dropping my grandma back off, I walk in and my grandma is still sitting in a chair untouched while the stylist is too busy chit chatting with co workers and taking her sweet time doing the other customers hair. Another customer walked in late to her appointment and the owner was giving her a hard time about showing up on time and that they were talking bad about the customer because the nail tech had to go home. The AUDACITY of Marisol when she just did the same exact thing to my grandma. The point of an appointment is because people have plans and things to do. The complete disregard and disrespect to others’ time and unprofessionalism from Marisol and her salon is RIDICULOUS!!! spreading the word so others can find a better place. If the owner can’t respect her clients’ time, she obviously doesn’t care for the image of her business.

I was very dissapointed with my haircut one side was longer then the other and the hairdresser cut more then I wanted. Estoy decepcionada por que mi pelo me lo cortaron mas largo de un lado que el otro y me cortaron mas de lo que yo queria.

Professionalism is sad. They will prioritize a phone call over a haircut. They will never pay attention to you and force you to wait if they want you to. Haircuts are also pretty bad. I would not recommend even for a quick haircut.

Really nice staff walked in was greeted. They made me feel welcomed. Got my nails done and Sandra did a really good job will definitely come back! She's very sweet and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Thank you Sandra!!

Was recommended by a friend to do hair bleaching and dyeing, Marisol did it all quickly and professionally and left my hair a beautiful blonde with its natural curls. She especially made sure the damage would be minimal with the bleach, would recommend her to anyone!

I’ve been going to Marisol’s for many years. She has a lot of experience and does a great job with men’s/boy’s hair. I can’t speak for women’s hair because it’s just me and my two boys that go to her. Also I’m not sure how the other hairdressers do. Marisol also pierced my grandbaby and my daughters ears and I’m pleased with her work. No appointment needed but she tends to get busy after 5p.
