worst dominican salon Nobody in that place has education, they are unprofessional. very rude, especially Belkis, they only know how to do African hair.

GET THE ESTIMATED COST BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN! And, sadly enough if you are African American and don’t speak Spanish you are doomed! They laugh, they talk about you, talk on their phones, heat is hella hot! etc. I was very disappointed. I wanted to re-love this salon and share my experience. But I was very disappointed. I started going to this salon when I first moved to NC. I would travel over 35 miles one way just to get my hair done. I stopped going for a while then I returned. So…… 1. My hair came out good but I had scabs in my head from the high heat and my scalp was sore for a week! Never ever happened before.. 2. I know I used to pay $115-$150 to get a Keratin treatment. Now, my hair is shoulder length. 3. The only English speaking stylist was the owner and she was very nice. 4. When I went to pay they were speaking Spanish and the young girl says my hair was $225! Mind you no trim no deep condition! She even looked confused by the cost. She goes to the owner and she looks like she’s confused too but basically looks at the money and takes it. 5. I’m asking why and now they act like they don’t understand! 5. I’m walking out and you can hear someone say well what did she get cause that’s a lot. WTF if I wasn’t ready to go and had time to call the cops I probably would have. But I said you know what..,. I’m never coming back ever and not recommending them. The owner knew what was going on. And, fyi I called several surround salons and no one charges that much even with a trim and deep condition! Shame on you!

STOP GOING HERE!!!! TERRIBLE AND RUDE!!! ONLY NICE ONE IS MARIA AND THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK!!! GO TO GIGIS ON ATLANTIC !!!! They take their time! And gonna make sure you get what you need!!

I came to this salon because I needed a quick wash and set for an event and my stylist wasn’t available. BAD MISTAKE. I should’ve done it myself!!!! She didn’t use the heat protectant, two places of my scalp now has scabs and it burns!! Also to mention , she kept stopping to talk to the other lady who was working. Definitely won’t be retuning.

I want to say Becky was my hairstylist so sorry if I typed her name wrong 😣. She did a great job straightening my hair and she took her time and didn’t use a lot of oil products on my hair. Thank you so much and I will be back. ❤️

How they make you detangle your own hair? Not vary professional regardless if you had braids in they are a salon charge extra if they need to.

I want to share what a horrible experience that it was for me and my daughter at this salon. For context I have 14 year old biracial autistic daughter. The way that my child was treated here was absolutely horrific!!!! They called my child names because she was crying due to the amount of pain that this was causing her. Then proceeded to hold my child’s head still so that she wouldn’t move because they were getting frustrated with her. If you want your child to be traumatized please come here!!!! I will never recommend this place for anyone who has a child with special needs.

I loved my blow out! I am all natural, so I adore my coils. I did get heat damage on some parts of my hair sadly, I sholdve know when the blow dryer was burning my scalp. PLEASE if any of you natural ladies want a blow out from this salon, just know your chances of heat damage are high.

Terrible, rude, rushed my hair and was VERY rough. I am baffled by the service being so bad. My hair is straight but it's limp and lifeless and they barely used any heat protector. I'm a nice person. Did not deserve that service

The entire faculty were very helpful...Christina did a complete work over on my dry outdated hair...after intense conditioning the color and cut look amazing....I feel like a new woman...thank you ladies

10/31/20 A 5 star salon! I love the environment and the professioanlism! I highly recommend this salon! The owner is dedicated to service and quality!! 3 months ago After having a hair stylist for over 10 yrs in Florida I didn't have a hair stylist where I felt comfortable until I met Maritza and the rest is history. She is amazing and knows how to work with all types of hair. I recommend this place for you today!!

I really love this hair salon she was very gentle with my hair she does not comb or brush through your hair hard she takes her time massaging through your hair and doin it I am beyond glad I found a hair salon just like the ones in ny I would highly recommend getting your hair done here I will def be back to get my hair done again

I went here LAST summer and the haircut I wanted involved using buzzers and the girl did not have any and assured me she knew how to do the haircut I wanted by the time she was finished my hair looked chopped 🤦‍♀️ I was NOT HAPPY. But I pd anyways!! A yr later two of my friends go for haircuts and come back needing to go to another hairdresser to fix their hair!! And today another friend and her mother went over the weekend to get their hair dyed mind u they have dark hair and wanted to stay dark and left there BLONDE and was still charged 200$ 🙌🤬 her husband fixed her hair & her mothers at home !! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY HAIRCUT OR DYING !! Maybe if u want a good conversation. They might be sweet ladies but I’ll continue going to GREAT CLIPS INSTEAD

I went here yesterday on September 4th 2020. First of all I have went to the other salon. But this Lady and her mom or whoever she has washing my hair were so rude. They act like they can’t understand English. So if you speak English I wouldn’t recommend this location AT ALL. I asked for my hair to be washed and deep conditioned because I had an appointment to get braids. I live an hour away so instead of me driving all the way home being that I was already in Raleigh was crazy so I came here and I had the hardest time with them not giving me a blowout. They burned my hair with the blow dryer trying to make it super straight. I told them several times don’t blow it out straight that’s not what I want. So the owner tried to charge me $45 after ONLY WASHING IT. She said she was charging me for a wash and roller set. She never put one roller in my hair! I had to get the customer in the chair who understand everything I was saying to explain to them what I was saying. The owner and her mom tried to get loud with me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! I don’t recommend! Stay away. They use way tooo much heat.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service the lady was so mean I walked out and didn’t even let her do my hair she didn’t even let me know the card machine wasn’t working and from her attitude she clearly didn’t want to do my hair she was very mean! They don’t even offer olaplex the deep conditioning treatment

The stylist were great but the owner had an attitude with my mom regarding how she wanted her haircut. Also she just picked whatever price for everything which was way over priced for a standard blowout. But it’s ok I won’t be going there again.
