Donna did an amazing job with my hair. I had grown it out for seven years and it was mostly grey. I showed her a picture of a style and brown hair with caramel ribbons and she got it beautifully perfect! She treated me like we'd been friends for years. Thank you Donna!

It was an AWFUL haircut. I cannot believe my length wasn't even. My bangs as well. Some chunks that needed to be softly blended in with my layers. My hair had to be fixed because of an accident. Too top it off she was gossiping to another employee. Horrible

My hair was to the middle of my back and I took in a picture but it got cut to my chin. It was also dyed with a highlight. I went back one week later to have them fix the cut and 2 weeks later I went back because all my gray hair was back even in my roots. They then proceeded to tell me the dye was just temporary. Why wasn't I told this in the first place? So, I had to have the color and highligh put back on 4 weeks after the first time. This was mid Jan and over 350 bucks later it looks terrible! Gray roots everywhere. I i will never go there again and i will make sure to tell family, friends, associates not to go here. I tried to talk to the owner Marc Anthony about this but he wouldnt give me the time of day!got better coverage with miss Loreiel.

I love this salon! All the stylists are amazing! They are all so friendly and accommodating. I see Donna and she is an absolute superstar! I always get so many compliments and asked who does my hair. It’s hard to do a short cut with platinum blonde. I can’t say enough good about this salon and stylists.

They're good at what they do, but they need to work on doing what the customer has asked them to do or understanding that request fully before starting. I scheduled a "weave" for my wife and she walked out with a full head of color. I was convinced we asked for strips of color amongst her unchanged natural hair color and we chose the color from the color palette accordingly. Contemplating between dark violet, a lighter violet, and cow girl copper, we chose the lighter violet or maybe a mix of the violets. The result, a full head of violet with copper highlights. Purple and orange. We thought one or the other as a compliment and contrast to the natural hair color. If we had chosen color based on a full color change, we would not have gone as dark as we did. The shade was intended to give contrast. The bill was twice as much as initially anticipated and the result was disappointing. What do you do though when we don't understand salon vocabulary. We assumed our lack of understanding was a contributing factor to the mistake so we didn't ask for any sort of correction or compensation, but my wife and I both agreed we thought we communicated something different than what she received. A licensed cosmetologist we know personally claimed we did not get a "bullioge" (no idea how to spell it) as we were told. Lesson learned, be very specific and speak up when you notice the process looking different from what you asked for. If you can do that, they'll do good work.

Fake product? I am a long time Aveda product loyalist. Bought the exfoliator tonic in a large pump bottle which hasn’t been available in a long time. I’ve used this product for at least 5 years. Now I would guess it’s fake as I broke out after using it for 3 days. Should have known it was too good to be true. When I asked 2 staff members how long the large size became available again, their answers were too similar as if they were coached to lie/avoid responding. Most Aveda stylists are super knowledgeable about all products. Should have been a red flag. So above all - sketchy salon selling questionable products.

Great feeling as soon as you walk in. I felt pampered and Mark did a great job with my highlights. He has been one of a few hairstylists to style my hair the way I like it. I’ll be back.

I do not recommend having the owner Mark do any woman’s hair. I asked to have the brassy highlights and some gray hair covered. I told him I did not want my hair any darker than the roots. When Mark asked if I wanted layers in my hair I told him I pull my hair back a lot for work so only use long layers. I hate the cut and color I got instead. I have “80s rocker” short layers by my face and my hair is black brown. He was also rough in brushing my hair and blow dried it very oddly. He also kept talking about his wife who he is divorcing. I now have to wait a long time for the short layers to grow out and will have to pay a better stylist to correct this black color to a light brown in the future. And like other reviewers on here, the color seems to be fading MUCH faster then any other salon I’ve been too. And I use nice shampoo and conditioner by Redkin. Do not have Mark do your hair.

Went 2 times . First time got cut and color. Color was way too light and haircut was shorter than I asked for and it was uneven and jagged. Went back to get haircut fixed lost another inch and was still very uneven. Had another gift card went to someone else got my hair colored only. Iwanted as close to my natural color as possible (dark blonde/light brown) it's super dark and has red/violet tones.

Got the deep tissue massage by Beryl today and it was so wonderful! One of the best I’ve ever had! She massaged out all my knots and was thoughtful and respectful! Loved it!

I go here to get my hair done and Maddie is fantastic. The salon is very clean and relaxing. The salon staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this salon, I enjoy my visits there.

I got a haircut here a couple weeks ago, and enjoyed it so much I felt I needed to share my experience! I got my hair cut by Maddie, she did an amazing job! Not only did she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, but she was so friendly and made me feel right at home! I would absolutely recommend visiting this salon! And if your looking for a great hair cut I would highly suggest asking specifically for Maddie, you won’t be disappointed!!

I saw this Salon had over 10 years experience and I needed a same day appointment. I figured thst if I called early in the day we could squeeze me in for a simple wash/style. Jace(sp?) the scheduler tried to call me back to tell me that "We miscalculated the time we can't fit you in can you come now?" While shew on the phone she gets VERY defensive about how this isn't her fault. I don't care to place blame I just need a solution and hers what "call around and see if you can get in somewhere else." mind you this is at1pm. Anyway the stylest "Maddie(sp?) got on the phone and was able to squeeze me for a later appt. So far the customer service sucks but I'll update my reciew after the service. UPDATE: I Indeed go to the Salon where I waited 15 minutes while the stylist took some photos from her clients new color ? and then the manager Lexi came out and started whispering to the front desk girl. it was so AWKWARD. I recieved the side eye every time she walked by me. NOW maddie(sp?l) the stylist I left a very generous tip for providing great services but honestly I would never attend again. It was extremely awkward to have the manager side eye me the entire time I was there.

I wouldn't recommend this salon. Had an appointment today sat on the chair and was being helped by Maddie. She took a look at my base, which was what I booked for. She tells me she doesn't have time because she has to use bleach and has another client after me. Im sitting at her chair and I'm thinking, I never heard of using bleach to color my hair. Maddie was very dismissive and made me feel like new clients dont matter. What a complete waste of my time, I've never experienced this at a salon, they called my booking a double process. I'm from California and matching the base color is considered a single process, double process would include highlights, which I wasn't getting. Any salon I walked into they get right on top of it and one stylist would be working on two clients at the same time, I was never refused service because they "had another client after me" and had " no time". They made time, and were always on top of it. It was meant to be because I think she would have messed me up, obviously she didn't know what she was talking about. She said she was going to dye my roots the same dark color they were, didn't make sense, I was puzzled. Imagine what she would have done to my hair. Also, the owner Mark was there, looked at me and did not greet me. Its common courtesy to greet new clients at your salon. Just booked another appointment at another salon where they told me the base is a single process. I expressed my frustration with the receptionist Leah, and she felt that they did nothing wrong, just gave me an insincere apology. I also had called another time before to book an appointment with their esthetician, she was not available and told me they would pass her the message and she would call me back, I never received a call back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked a hair service. Very unprofessional establishment. I recommend you look for another salon.

I havent had a bad stylist hmthere in all the years I went but my colorist for the last few years has always nailed it and I absolutely love how I feel after every appointment. When I turned 30 I decided I was a grown up deserved a good full service hair dresser and wished I had done it sooner in life big difference ♡♡

On my first visit to this salon I had done hair color cut and style !! Sad to say I didn’t get the cut style or cut I was looking for , I was happy with the color but and less then a month my color has faded really fast !!! Sorry but never going back !!!
