Mark Vang is absolutely the BEST! My daughter was lucky to snag a last-minute appointment with him today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mark is not only the most professional hairstylist I’ve ever encountered, but he’s also genuinely caring and dedicated to his clients. My daughter’s hair has suffered significant damage from previous highlights, and instead of simply doing what she wanted and risking further harm, Mark took the time to thoroughly explain the consequences of additional highlights. He patiently educated her on how it would cause more damage and made it clear that he wouldn’t proceed, even though he could have earned more by doing so. It’s rare to find someone who prioritizes the well-being of their clients over profit, but Mark is that person. His integrity, professionalism, and kindness are unmatched, and he truly cares about the long-term health of his clients’ hair. Mark has earned our trust, and we’ve found our forever hair artist. Thank you, Mark, for taking such great care of my daughter and giving her the advice and guidance she truly needed!

Mark was AMAZING! I was in a panic as I’d be left disappointed with another salon’s work (full head of blonde highlights) and I’m getting married in a week. I found Mark on Google and gave him a call. He managed to fit me in very quickly (which is rare for a 4 hour appointment!). He took his time talking through the process, what he was doing, and why. His attention to detail was impeccable and I’m so happy with how my hair turned out. The salon is really comfortable, clean and has a great vibe. Not only was Mark’s work great, but he’s a genuinely lovely person. My appointment was during a snow storm and he very kindly walked me out and to the car to make sure I was safe. So kind! Thank you Mark, I can’t wait to come back!

Mark is an unbelievable stylist and person. I have blond hair, and Mark has given me the most gorgeous highlights I have ever had! My hair is so shiny and natural looking, with the most beautiful color of highlights,. They are a very natural looking champagne beige - gorgeous !!! My cut is just as gorgeous. I have had so many compliments on my hair! Not only is Mark the consummate professional, he is also such a sweet and honest human being. He has such a warm and caring personality, and great taste in music! His studio is a relaxing and enjoyable place to be. Mark is a true artist in his work, especially with blonde hair. My daughter and I visited Mark's salon and are very happy with the results! He did a great job on our hair while respecting our wishes and helping us determine what we wanted. We both thought we wanted new looks but realized we wanted to keep our long hair but needed a good cut. Our hair looked amazing when we left! My hair had started to turn grey before I visited his salon. When he was done there was no grey left, he did not color my hair! It was restored to beautiful, healthy condition! A completely unexpected bonus for me! Mark is personable and easy to talk to and his studio is very comfortable. He does a wonderful scalp massage too! I highly recommend Mark Vang and look forward to my next visit!

Update: I noticed my roots when I got home and there are a lot of harsh lines away from my scalp that are really obvious especially when I part my hair a certain way. There’s just like a stark line where the blond starts in certain spots. It’s going to be even more noticeable as soon as my hair grows out even a little bit. Kind of upset about that. The main reason I get highlights instead of my whole head is to avoid a drastic line of color when my hair starts to grow. I’m going to have to get my hair done again much sooner than I like, but the rest of the blond is really pretty. Mark was so nice and such a cool guy! He did a fantastic job on my hair. Also the price was super reasonable. Just look at the picture, the hair speaks for itself.

Mr.Vang, is the most incredible man and hairstylist! He did everything I wanted, which was to keep my hair long but add blonde highlights with some long layers that complimented my face shape and he did such an amazing job keeping it natural and it came out looking ten times better than I could have imagined! I love how lifted and lively it looks! He is so intelligent and explained the whole process as we went! Combined with his natural kindness, talent and excellent music taste, this was the best experience and I will definitely be coming back!!

I had my first Brazilian blowout in early August for my son's wedding and it was AMAZING! Highly recommend Mark. Will definitely being getting another one at year end. I love how the frizz is gone from my hair. Mark also took the time to answer my questions.

It’s been the second time I’ve gone to Mark to get a keratin treatment done. I’ve been to other hairdressers but I always return to Mark. He’s the best at what he does, his experience and dedication to his work are unmatched. His work always exceeds my expectations! He’s always willing to work with your schedule and makes you feel cared for. I highly recommend him for any service he provides. He’s quick to respond and bring you in for a consultation. I wasn't a client, but I want to share my appreciation of Mark. I had car trouble in the parking lot outside his business and he kindly checked on me, looked to see if he could help with the issue, brought me a cold water, and invited me inside while I waited for AAA. I spoke with him for a little while. He is a very kind human and I am grateful for his help.

Let me tell you this, Mark is absolutely amazing. He color corrected my red brassy hair with no problems. He's fun and full of energy. Love him. Moving to a big city with no recommendations is hard... thankfully I found him.

Absolutely loved my experience with Mark. I wish I had met him since day one of needing my hair done. I had received the Brazilian Blowout and he did a perfect job, and within a good time frame too. He's so hospitable and made me feel at home. If you need to work while you're there he doesn't mind, and was easy to get in touch with once you leave a voicemail. I highly recommend him if you're ever in the Dallas area!

I’m so very happy with my hair! I haven’t been blonde in 20 years and Mark walked me through everything. He was so great and able to fit me in next day. I had a bad experience with House of Dear Salon in Dallas after being a loyal customer for nearly 5 years. Went to mark and not only did he do a better job but it wasn’t insanely overpriced. Seeing Mark again in 6 weeks. 🤍

Mark is the best! He saved my hair! I wanted to go back to my natural brunette color. He heard what I wanted, did his magic and it turned out better than I imagined! I haven’t been BUT JUST SOME HELP ON SCHEUDLE. They are not open Sundays nor do they answer their phones. Not trying to speak bad just use the website to schedule will be a lot easier but you will have to wait for the appointment. I personally am not trying them due to being so hard to get a hold of. Pretty sure they would be great! 👍🏼 They sound very popular! Hope this helps with thinking of how to book an appointment and how long your willling to wait!

Mark is amazing! I went in not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair, it’s very fine, and I can never seem to do anything with it. Mark talked through some options of what he felt would work best for my hair type and he definitely knew what was best. He also took the time to show me a few different ways to style it and tricks to use which were all much appreciated. The entire experience was great, from his expert knowledge, to his friendliness and amazing music choices, I left feeling great about my hair, and will definitely be back!

Mark is the best hairdresser I have ever had! He really pays attention to detail and is very kind and easy to talk to. He's done a fabulous job with my highlights and haircuts since I moved to Addison a few years ago. He always does an excellent job to help me achieve the look I want, while at the same time giving great guidance as to what he thinks would look best. He also cuts my husband's hair and does a great job with men's haircuts too! We both really enjoy going to see him and couldn't recommend him enough!!
