I had a deep scalp cleanse here and was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The cleansing process and the head massage were really relaxing, blissful even. The whole vibe was mellow and warm from the moment I entered. My treatment was very effective for my scalp and I will definitely be returning.

Kayla was very accommodating as we had called last minute for two scalp massages. Her and Gabby provided EXCELLENT service and they were very professional. They exceeded our expectations and the next time we visit Las Vegas, this place is a must!

So the only reason I am not giving 5 stars really has to do with the company policy, not my experience with the person doing my service, she was great. My service provider was graceful in her movements, spoke softly and treated me with care. My sister wanted to treat me for my birthday to the best service they have, the $169.00 which is very expensive for washing your hair and scalp massage but it was a nice treat I was looking forward to. Because it was my birthday, I was getting my nails done prior to this appointment and that ran late. I called Marma to inform them that I was going to be 15 mins late to my appointment and could they still take me or should I reschedule. They told me on the phone that because I was already booked they would still charge me for my service because they booked that timeslot, and they had someone coming right after me so they didn't have time to adjust my appointment time. I understand that part is my fault, being late and missing my timeslot, but I said ok, well can I change my service to be the one hour service so I don't waste money, again, the answer was unfortunately no, because I blocked that time on their schedule. A little annoyed, I rushed in to complete my service. I was greeted very nicely by the front desk and my service provider who said in order to make up for the time we would be skipping the scalp scanner in the beginning. I expressed that was what I was looking forward to most, seeing the before and after, so she said ok we can still do it and cut off a little of the ending of the service which was massage. Now the service, it was fantastic, and very relaxing even though there are no private rooms and you are separated by curtains, it still felt luxurious and calming, but every time i heard someone else's conversation I wanted to ask them to whisper because I paid a lot of money to be here I want this whole thing to be relaxing, I never get time away to be on my own so I wanted this to be worth it. Now, when we finished I looked at the clock and it was 5:17pm, I was confused because my originally scheduled appointment was until 5:30pm and they made such a big deal about the time I already blocked on their schedule. I didn't want to bother my service provider who was so kind the whole time so I waited to ask the girl at the front desk why my time was cut short. She explained that it was like an 80 minute service because I was late, but no, it wasn't. I arrived at 4:15, so it was a one hour service. I am still irritated about this one week later. I mean, why couldn't I get 15 mins of the 30 min massage taken off, why cut off my whole massage? Even though you scheduled someone right after me, why does that give them the right to cut into my booked 1:30 min service? I still don't get it.

As an anniversary treat, went with my boyfriend to Marma. We had a great experience! Between my boyfriend almost snoring to me having Kayla making doze off and getting the chills, this treat was something that I would do again.

I want to give this place more stars. This was an amazing experience, I did the scalp+mind renewal treatment and it was totally worth it. Jay was amazing, and so thoughtful. He answered my questions and I have new hair products to try out. :)

Unbelievable...from the service to the staff this place is truly amazing and we really enjoyed our treatments here. If you have not experienced a head spa you will not be disappointed. This is now my gonto service rather than a body massage while on vacation. We can't wait to come back to see you girls for our next relaxtion session!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The experience was beautiful from start to finish. I felt the value was well worth the money spent. The products felt luxurious, smelled amazing, and were very stimulating. 10/10 will be revisiting.

Absolutely loved my experience! My friend and I treated ourselves to a treatment and it was phenomenal! So very relaxing and enjoyable! Diane was very sweet and caring with her touch. She is quite informed about our scalp and what it needs. I recommend anyone who’s wanting to pamper themselves to make an appointment now!

High quality service! Great head spa! My body knows the way the head spa does, took a great nap during the session and felt rejuvenated after. Also, I learned some new things about my scalp and how to take care of it myself. They discuss with you what hair products good for your head so that you can maintain by yourself. Pre and post scalp camera shows great results! Can’t wait to come back again!

My husband and I had a great experience here. We flew in for the weekend and felt it was the perfect start to trip. The space is relaxing and feels private. We liked the location as well e were able to stay in the area for lunch after.

My mother and I have been experiencing a lot of head, shoulder, and back pain for a while. While our occupations are sure to contribute (she's a lead nurse and I'm a chef), we have gone to get massages and even physical therapy... the pain has not subsided. We came to Marma hopeful to finally get some relief... We found it. Between Diane and Melanie, my mom and myself finally found relief in their expert hands. We were treated with kindness and dignity, something even massage spas I went to around Las Vegas were lacking. My mom and I were given time to choose the treatment that would best suit our pains/needs. We got an hour shampooing and scalp massage that targeted knots on our shoulders, neck, and head. Our tension was finally addressed and Diane explained how it was affecting our sleep, causing headaches, and causing muscles in our shoulders to overcompensate and remain tense. Apart from finding relief from our pain, our scalps and hair felt fantastic even days after our Marma experience. My mom hugged Diane in gratitude, and I finally had a restful night sleep and was headache free. Marma taught my mom and I both the importance of finding the RIGHT massage that targets our pain. Cookie cutter massages and physical therapy couldn't find the heart of my mom and mine's pain... but Marma did. Thank you again Diane and Melanie for helping us find relief and a new kind of self care. We certainly will be back!

I visited Marma head spa few days ago and chose the hair repair therapy. The ambience was fantastic, calming and very welcoming. I was shown in detail and explained what we'd be doing and what's everything for by the very informative specialist. We proceeded to do multiple steps of the treatment including a very relaxing head wash and massage as well as high quality unique products that helped rejuvenate my hair. In the end I was offered a beverage and more amenities as we assessed the treatment together and I was shocked by how much difference I saw immediately. Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a fantastic and relaxing experience by professionals!

My experience at Marma Head Spa with Kalena was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere exuded tranquility and relaxation. Kalena's expertise and gentle approach immediately put me at ease. The head massage was incredibly soothing; I could feel tension melting away with every stroke. The ambiance, coupled with Kalena's skillful technique, created a truly rejuvenating experience. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely relaxed. My hair remained soft an sleek for almost 10 days, that is including my at home washes AFTER the experience l, which I can only give credit to the amazing scalp and hair treatmenti was given. I would highly recommend Marma Head Spa and Kalena to anyone seeking a therapeutic and calming spa experience. It's definitely worth experiencing firsthand!

Omg This is it my new favorite spot and spa treatment. I’m from California and nothing can compare to marma head spa. Hands down this spot is legit. I just happened to be in town for a business meeting being that it summer and hot weather I had a massive headache. I looked up a few spot and booked an appt. here The staff was very professional and treated me with top priority and met and exceeded my expectations and standards. The spa was very clean and the shampoo the aroma from it was not over bearing. My technician name that serviced me that very day is Melanie. What I most enjoyed about my treatment was the way she washed my hair. Definitely no nails scratching to irritate my scalp all finger point scalp massage treatment just what I needed. The environment the hospitality was 10/10. I shall be back again soon. Thanks again Mel!
