사진 보여드렸을때 사이드뱅이었는데 앞머리를 눈썹만큼 짧게 잘라주시고 전반적으로 단발이 아니라 초코송이처럼 됐네요.. 사장님은 친절하신데 요즘 머리 스타일은 잘 못하시는 것 같아요.

I asked for highlights and I am very pleased with the outcome. I’ve been coming here for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my hair. The hairdresser does not rush the appointment and she takes the time to color and style my hair. She has 30+ years of experience and is extremely talented. I have also gotten perm in the past and she has never failed to impress me. Thank you so much!!

Basically ripped off by the owner and my mom’s hair didn’t turn out!! We are Korean and have been to many Korean salons. The owner first quoted my mom $150 for a haircut, root color and coating, which is like a tinted gloss. We showed her about how much hair to cut off because my mom’s naturally wavy hair will jump up over an inch. She said it was too long if she only cuts an inch. No reason given. Her tone was almost arrogant. Then my mom asked for only root color and coating and she said she would still have to charge $150!!!! So my mom asked for a trim because she didn’t want her to chop off her hair. I didn’t know that when I went back to pay for her hair. My mom’s Mahogany coating turned out black on outer layers. She said this is because my mom had so much hair dye there. I said she should have told us this in the beginning. No reply. I said $150 with a bit high considering she only gave her a trim, but she wouldn’t budge. This is unusual for a small Korean salon where they normally give you a discount if you get multiple services done. Here they overcharge you! My mom left with purple remnants of coating on her face/hairline and all over her scalp. I don’t think it’s supposed to even touch her scalp. Saw good reviews so we wanted to try this place out, but I’m afraid she lost a customer forever. This was part of my Christmas present to my mom. So upset and a waste of $$$! We were extremely kind and friendly to her, even though she was not very friendly to us.

I get my hair cut here regularly and I get exactly the cut I want every time! The owner is extremely skilled. I show a photo of what I want and she always gets the shape perfectly, and it’s pretty quick (usually done in 10-15 min). I highly recommend this salon especially if you have thick Asian hair!

Very pleasant experience at Marshall’s Beauty Salon! She did such an amazing job with my hair and exactly what I wanted. The hospitality was incredible as she made me coffee and treated me with a hair product to use for my hair. Definitely recommend counting on her to accomplish your looks! I will absolutely be returning. :)))

Ive always been very picky about my hair but I havent ever left this salon with dissapointment. She helps you learn how to style your hair at home and how to take care/maintain any adjustments.(such as a perm)

After seeing the reviews called to make appointment and confirm if Kim can work with curly hair Kim said yes come. I went with long curly hair I show pictures videos of what I want which was face framing in front and told her only trim please no short hair. She quick glance at the video and said ok. She cuts my hair I try to make convo she doesn’t with me but with other Korean clients when they come she start talking to them. I can see she is just chopping my hair I told her no layers just framing in front she still layers it I asked to start my first cut from my mouth she says no it won’t look good with curly. I leave 😁because it didn’t look bad. Next day, I straighten my hair and notice it is uneven and choppy from the front. I call and Kim says to come back. I drove over one hour working night shift, exhausted. I arrive 5 mins late but she is with someone else so I wait 10 mins. I show the video to her again I try showing her what I want fixed and how she just says go sit. I sit and I show the video and pictures again. She ignores and starts and begins to chop my hair from front and back. I tell her please no short hair she said no not short. When I see the front it is awful and I tell her this is not face framing she says “WHAT IS FACE FRAMING IDK” I am stunned because I had been showing her and tell her but she did not say for once I do not know. I would have never gotten my hair cut then. She just removes the cape and starts walking to the back I tell her you cut it short she says no not short it is ok. I say fine and leave. I sat in my car and looked awful with that cut. Now I washed my hair and it is all thinned from bottom front is awful it is my SHOULDER LENGTH now 😭. I am so hurt and upset I even called and told her she ruined it why she cut the back I came to fix the front it is all short I can’t go fix somewhere else I have to wait year for another cut she begins to say she did it for free and gives the phone to her friend who she was working on when I had gone for fix her friend says your hair is beautiful I get tears and just hang up I was not rude or anything and my hair is NOT beautiful anymore! She said I harass her by calling her HOW??? You can report me and see what happens because I did nothing or said anything indicating harassment!!! I tried styling it different it all looks so bad 😭. I was not going to add pictures now I have to. *****All the good reviews are from her Korean clients I wish I had caught that. You should have told me you do not know what face framing like I showed you video!!!!! My wedding is in OCTOBER😭😭😭 I wanted healthy hair by the time of my wedding now everyone is upset!!!!

Had a “curly perm” done at a different salon and messed up my hair because they didn’t know what they were doing. Came to see Ms. Kim who gave me a setting perm and a hair cut, and she did an incredible job!!! My hair honestly felt even healthier AFTER she did my perm than it did before the perm. Great products, great cut! So kind, very skilled, has been doing hair for 45 years and it shows. Couldn’t recommend anyone better.

I’ve been going to Marshall Beauty Salon for more than 8years. Never disappointed. The owner knows what she’s doing. Very professional and skillful. I just sit there and let her do my hair. Always pleased. Strongly recommend this salon!!!

You can trust her. She really knows hair. She gives amazing haircuts very fast, recommends great hair products. Her fee is very good considering the level of skill she exhibits. I highly recommend this salon and the owner. My teenage daughter, a tween daughter, and myself came here for the first time in January (a friend with two daughters recommended this salon). Three of us asked for very basic haircuts in January. What impressed us and made us come back for more challenging hair style today- that basic haircuts we got in January got prettier and prettier as time went! It's hard to explain. I did absolutely nothing except blow dry my hair ( no products, no fancy comb) - but my hair would have volume and great look that flattered my very round face for almost 3 months. Today, my daughters and I went back with high hopes. She did not disappoint us. We walked out super pleased with our haircuts. Two of us went much much shorter than before- we love short hairstyles but it's hard to find a good stylist who can pull off flattering short haircut on our very very round faces (fat faces). We are very grateful for her skill. We love our new looks and I have no doubt it'll look even prettier as time goes by. I also appreciate her recommendation on hair products. Her tip for my daughter with curly hair is a game changer ( oil foam).

여기 원장님 솜씨가 좋으신것 같아요~~ 파마 머리가 길어서 어정쩡 해서 머리살짝정리 해 달라고 했는데 , 요렇게 해주셨어요~^^ 너무 맘에 들었어요. 커트비는 $40 이였어요.

I always go here and recieve the most kindness from the staff. My perm always comes put perfect and the products they use don't damage my hair. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get a perm.
