Terrible experience with Martha.so I walk in Saturday night make appointment for my wife hair cut highlights and other stuff.she said okay 11am will be fine terrible experience of trusting her as a owner you should be responsible and professional for hair cut and doing the job not have people feel terrible and bcz she don’t know how to express her feelings.trained your employees bcz women hair ids not like man .they don’t do every month.jesus she will never go back again for the experience she had.thank you Martha and your team for the terrible experience .wont change anything for her but it’s just the experience you provided to new customers that they will never have guts to go back .

I would totally recommend this place. I was impressed with my service today, I went in showed Martha the picture of what I wanted. I was kinda nervous at first to see how I would look from being a light brown hair girl my whole life to blond ish. I saw my hair in the mirror after getting it curled and dry, I freaked out cause i didn’t recognize myself. I will tell you my whole family and friends LOVEDD it when I came home and said this type of color suited me so much. Thank you to Martha after a few hours of being unsure about my hair color I’m now obsessed!!!

If you have any hair that’s of aftican-American texture / (3C-4C) BEWARE. I literally asked thr hair stylist before agreeing to be serviced if she could properly do my hair. It’s very thick. She said yes, she proceeded to wash, blow dry, flat iron and trim my hair. The roots are puffy and the style didnt even last a day. She didnt get my roots at all, the most important part. Anyways, would not recommend for more textured hair. I was so upset i just paid and tipped her and left.

My hair was chopped up on the left side when I walk in. Edna was my hairstylist. She highlight my hair and was able to fix my hair. She is an amazing hairstylist. Very happy with her service.😊

Called to ask if I could come in for a haircut and they said yes, I came in an hour and got my cut. And I was actually helped by the front desk. I didn’t get there to sit, I just walked up to the desk, as this communicated I needed to be helped. I saw a lady arrive and take a seat but it was because she had an appointment. I am happy with my cut as I was able to get what I needed in a quick manner. Will definitely be returning.

This place does not even deserve a Review My son books an appointment with someone but he gets this random guy who cant speak english to cut his hair and he gave him a bowl cut instead and he was on his phone while cutting hair and they dont care Never coming back!

Unorganized, they take walk-ins but no one knows whose turn is next, they take appointments on top of their mess. Every stylist charges different rates and many are "cash only". Equipment is old and every stylist has their own music or TV show playing at the same time, (no joke). Decent haircut but not worth the hassle. Very bad experience

Went in seem unorganized at first, i asked for a trim because i like the length of my hair, my hair was around my lower back. The lady agreed she wasn’t going to cut off a lot and now my hair is at my shoulder, i have uneven layers that i didn’t ask for. I left crying and all the lady said is “it’s hair it will grow back” took me a while to grow my hair that i don’t have anymore. NEVER going back!!!

Where do I begin? I'm naturally a light brunette, I came in with dark almost black hair and asked if they could lift it. I was given a very confident yes. After a first six hour session (two bleaches) she told me to come back next weekend to finish, I figured I'd just trust the process. Next session, I get another bleach and coloring. I am now a strange ginger/strawberry blonde. I had TEN INCHES CUT OFF WITHOUT PERMISSION. I asked for three off and by the time I realized how much she cut it was to late. I have random strands throughout my head that I have found that have been fried off and are now significantly shorter making any hairstyle difficult to do as now they just stick out. I was told there was no breakage throughout the bleaching process. Not even lying, I have cried countless hours over what she's done to my hair I understand this is not an easy process to do (lifting from so dark to so light), but for the confidence I expect better than what I got. Be honest with your client about your skillset please.
