I got the eyelashes done with blanca thru groupon. She asked me not to buy the groupon but pay her directly instead. I said ok. When I got there she tried to sell me a 120$ set for fuller volume and mink. I declined. Then she was pretty careless and the tape was tight poking my eyes. I said it was uncomfortable and she just said oh it won't cut you it's not paper. What the hell, I don't care what material it is, if you hurt me, just apologize. Then when it came time to pay she kept asking if that price I said was still current, even though I did her a favor and didn't buy thru groupon, and I said I saw it today and she still insisted on checking. The whole experience was very uncomfortable with her and I will not be going back. She's all about biz and not about her customers. Although I will say the eyelashes look nice. Just 3 pieces fell off when I sat up and barely touched them.

Beware!! I Bought a microblading groupon with Blanca Ramos. She arrived 30 min. late for appointment and did a terrible job on my eyebrows. The microblading session was in a dark little back room and she would not allow my daughter to stay in the room with me. I am not happy with my eyebrows there are weird random strokes that I now have to cover with makeup. Her follow up care was written in Spanish but I do not speak Spanish. She told me to download an app and hold my phone over the words to translate. Very unprofessional. I originally bought the groupon with a follow up session that I will not be using. Blanca also complained to me during that the groupon's were killing her and don't tell anyone to use the groupon. Again very unprofessional.

Friendly staff and great hairdressers. I have been seeing Rita for over 10 yrs she is awesome. Rose is also great . The other hairdressers are also great. They color , cut, do highlights, wash and style your hair and a reasonable price.❤👏

Great & Clean salon! Blanca is a fabulous hair stylist, gives great advice on order for your hair to be exactly as you want, if needed. I was very happy with my colour, cut & style! Highly Recommended

I had a disagreement with a beautician there, and even though she spoke rudely to me, I was told not to return. In other words, Martha covers her own right or wrong. They should practuce the scripture on the windows.

I made appointment after being assured stylist could make my dark brown hair a light “honey” color. I went to salon, and came out with RED hair. After calling the “owner” she said that she could not fix problem for free because stylist need to get paid and everyone there works on “contract” so she had no power to issue refund. While i was there a lady came in and apparently they forgot they had even scheduled her and then asked her to come back later. Service here is extremely poor, and they do NOT know how to do hair- at least not color. BEWARE. They wanted me to pay double to fix hair. Essentially, pay to fix their mistake which is ridiculous. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Lady who did my hair said that I should be “happy” with stop complaining. i didnt ask for red hair though so thats insane.

Yes ladies it's a beautyshop and there's also qualified barbers on hand as well I've been going here for many years and it's a down-home everybody knows everybody feeling. Great environment excellent stylists and barbers too!! What are you waiting for? You need to get that perm that color or that cut. Go today!!!?

**FIRST IMMPRESSIONS ARE VERY IMPORTANT! ** I'm not from San Antonio and wanted to get my hair done today. I went through Groupon and found a great deal! ALICIA at Martha's Hair Studio - For $28.00 you get- Haircut, Shampoo, Deep Conditioner and Style! I called up ALICIA and asked her about availability for today to honor the Groupon deal that I found... Immediately, She had a rude attitude and said, "If you want to use a Groupon discount, I will give you my Groupon discount at $35.99! I asked her why she wouldn't honor the rate on the Coupon? And she said, because I won't! I was shocked at the fact that this lady was so unprofessional and would be argumentative with me over GROUPON. Here's my suggestion: First off, Be nice and respectful to all of your customers! And Second, if you don't like the rates that Groupon has for you...then I suggest you discontinue using the Groupon Services.. I've never heard of a business denying a Groupon discount and saying they have their own "Groupon deal" thats just bad business!
