I've been coming here on and off for years. Lorena does great nails. She was kind to me during my visits and interactions with her, but there was an uncomfortable vibe of racism inside that salon. My last time going there was to get my nails done, I couldn't help but notice the uncomfortable vibe I was getting from the other women inside this salon. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I will discontinue coming here because of that very reason. This was not once, but more than twice, I've encountered this while coming here. I got the feeling that I wasn't welcomed here. I believe that's not right, yes, I am african american and I chose to spend my money here. I wanted my experience to be great, but she lost a client to this.

My 17 yr old daughter stopped here today for a quick pedicure. After 2 hours they were still working on her toes. She asked for a basic pedi with regular polish. The nail tech kept messing up with the regular polish and could not get it to lay right, I’m guessing it was old. My daughter asked if gel would be easier, the owner jumped in and told her yes and it would be faster. Without getting the price my daughter went forward with the gel polish. Two hours and 70 dollars later she left with the worst pedicure I’ve ever seen, not even 6 hours later 2 toes lost polish already. Do not go here. Ever.

A little too hot inside the building. My hair dresser only accepts cash which By chance I did have. Loved the haircut and blowdryed to show how to style. Nice atmosphere.

I went in March 2022. It was hot in side the building not sure if the A/C was broken. Make sure you ask if they take card. Some hairdressers only take cash. However, I loved my haircut and she styled it with a dryer.

I like how they did my hair the first time not so much the second. Don't get pedicures there I personally had an awful experience. The "professional" that did my pedicure cut my nails way too much, the nail polish was very old and I even got an infection in one of the nail she cut wrongly. Never going there again.

Overall it was a good experience, however at the beginning the owner had quoted me a specific price for the hair cut, bleach and hair color and as I was paying, she said she should of charge me $60 more. What the hell was that comment about? She saw my long hair, she touch my hair, she should know what she doing.

This is an amazing salon. Karla always does my nails and she is so nice and I always like the outcome of my nails. Lilda cuts my hair and it always looks good. Would totally recommend this salon if you’re from El Paso or anywhere!

Would give it no stars if I could told us was a thirty minutes wait was there for over an hour and then they took another walk in that came in after us and just completely ignored is the whole time we were there. extremely disrespectful places needs to work on their people skills if going to run a business.
