For the recent negative review given to our business by Ibtihal Omar, when she came into the store she was being very rude even though we were being very professional and respectful for her time but she would not understand the situation and what we were advising that she do. She took the matters into her own hands and decided to do her own eyebrows at the store and because of this, onlookers stared and commented on her appearance. The staff had to then proceed to let her do what she wanted in fear that she’d retaliate against the staff negatively. People fail to realize this is a business and if things take more then the required time or effort then prices should be acknowledged. Thank you for reading this notice.

I’ve been going to Jack at least for 15 years now if not more I’ve followed him from place to place I’ve recommended my father brother in-law and both my nephews to Jack and they’ve been going to him for a number of years now too

Mash Beauty salon is kinda second home for me when I’m in Newyork . No matter which part of the city I’m I always come here to get my skin and hair treatments . Recently I got a lot of tan on my face in Europe and as my skin is extra sensitive I prefer to go to mash beauty salon always . And as usual I’m always happy with the results. Thankyou keep growing . I have been visiting Mash salon for 7 years. She has saved my eyebrows and converted my pencil thin eyebrows to beautiful full, shaped brows. The few times I couldn’t see her , and had to go elsewhere, I always regretted it. Today she did my hair, and I love it! She is truly a gem and a one stop shop for all things beauty.

I always come here to get a blowdry! So good and much more affordable than other hair salons in Brooklyn. Also got a hair treatment once that was only $40 and left my hair feeling so soft and smelling luxurious. Love this salon!

Mash has EXCELLENT hair mask treatments, oil and herbal shampoos. I had trouble with dry damaged hair falling out. The shampoo and oil that mash sold me were clean, pure, no chemicals and highly effective. My sensitive scalp loved them!!! My hair is smooth, shiny and thicker. They were priced fairly and highly effective. Thank you MASH!!!

I couldnt say enough good things about Mash...I have become so comfortable with her that I wouldn't go to anyone else! She's super sweet, friendly, funny, and listens to me every step of the way with what I want, everytime. I have had eyebrow threading a few times, mostly haircuts and colorings and if I am not happy Mash works with me to adjust my hair so that I leave happy. She's so personable and accommodating, it reminds me of being in a foreign country where hospitality to customers is huge..she makes me and everyone feel welcomed each time. Give Mash a try, you won't be disappointed!

I didn’t really like how my hair turned out I told them to cut it longer but they cut it really short and it looks really bad! And her behavior is really rude and aggressive. Don’t come in this salon 🙄

I get my chin layered here and the experience is incredible! The laser was so good, I completely couldn't tell for months that I even had hair and my chin hair is something that likes to grow fast

I have been going to this salon for years. It is a true gem of Kensington. Fantastic results on eyebrow threading, wash & blowouts, and haircuts. The team is personable, professional, and experienced. They go above and beyond for their customers. There is clearly a reason that this salon is the go-to for the majority of the area’s residents.

I was very worried about my unwanted hair growth so I had my upper lip and chin laser done with great results. Worst service ever she ruined my eyebrows and then kept saying how she’s professional and she knows what she’s doing and told me to wait two weeks I don’t have two weeks. My birthday is literally next week and then made me pay for it. Horrible!!!!!!!!!

Mash employees are all very sweet and kind. I always get my eyebrows done and they’re amazing at it. Definitely go to them as they have so many great services! Highly recommend as they’re also very affordable.
