Had a great experience but hair didn't even last 24 hours. Got a blow out yesterday and today it looks like somebody ran a blow dryer through my hair and that's it. very disappointed and a waste of money.

I agree with the person who said the stylist here is rude and impersonal. She hardly ever smiles and sometimes she places the curler too close to my head, but never says sorry or acts even the slightest bit concerned. It's strange. She also takes a very long time to do the most basic styles.

I have been going here for about 2 years and love it. Love my hair love the staff. I have also sent others there that are still.going. I drive a few hours each way and don't regret it.

I’m pretty disappointed. My first time getting my hair done here and I should’ve known to leave when I was the only woman sitting inside this barber/beauty salon. My hair wash experience was nice but then they put me under some dryer for 10 minutes. I figured ok this is different. Then Martha directed me to her chair. This lady is rude I feel- no smiles, no communication and she acts bothered if you stop and ask too many questions. I asked how much hair was she cutting because I wanted a little trim. Honey, she had to cut over 2 inches of my hair but showed me only a half of inch as an example. My hair is much short then when I came in. All Dominican Blow out are supposed to be roller set then blow dry. This lady did a blow dry and flat iron on me. Then charged $70. My hair lacked body; it was just straight and much shorter. Oh let me not forget, while blow drying I smelled burnt hair which maybe why she cut so much because the lady burnt my hair.. I’ll never return

Disappointed. That’s how I felt when I left this salon. I had gone to this salon once before and the experience was great. I decided to come again. I had not booked an appointment but 5 minutes after I had come in. I was called to get washed. The male working there asked me “wash and blow DRY right?” I said yes and we walked over to the sink. That experience was great. He’s really good at washing hair. He went to put me in the dryer. The dryer turned off after 10 minutes but I was sitting in that dryer for over an hour. I was finally moved to get my hair blow dryed after someone had called me. The lady who was doing my hair was ROUGH. The word rough is an understatement. I am not tender headed but that was the most painful experience. She was pulling and tugging at my hair when she was “detangling” it. When she was getting ready to blow DRY my hair she would part it into sections and pull at my hair to brush through till my hair gave in. She would not let my hair go until it went through the brush. She kept pulling and pulling, and guess what, MORE PULLING. Mind you I had come to the salon at around 3:00pm and I left the salon at around 5:45pm. All I came to get was a wash and blow dry! When the lady finally started with the blow dry, I told her make sure you blow dry right? She said yess blow out. I tried to correct her but she was not listening. And after all of that she charged me $60 dollars. I will never come hear ever again.

I had a wonderful experience here, my daughter and I were walk ins and Magda got right up and got both of us taken care of. She took her time and you can tell. It’s been a while since I’ve had a genuine blow out salon experience. No funny burning or perm smell like some of the other “natural” blow out salons. Even my 12 year old daughter mentioned how they didn’t burn her and her hair didn’t have smell. We will be back.

I usually do my own hair but I heard many good things about this salon so I gave it a try. I’m so glad I did. Martha did such and amazing job on my hair! Many compliments already.

I’ve been here many times and Dasha was my stylist. She is no longer there so I started seeing Martha. My first time with her was good but this last time was not a great experience. I called in a made an appointment arrived at 1:30 and left at 4:30 for a blowout. That’s too long for a style that normally takes 60 to 90 mins. Without communication Martha sat me under the dryer for an hour. She didn’t come and check on me or inform me of the process. I got from under the dryer and my natural hair was completely dried into an Afro. She then blow dried my hair and flat ironed it. Too much heat on a natural head of hair. Today my hair is a complete puff ball and frizzy. The last time I went to her she did not do this to my hair. She blowed it out and the blowout lasted for ten days. I was not happy with the fact that she did not communicate with me and she didn’t ask questions. I could have gotten a roller set for this outcome. Paid $65 for a hairstyle that lasted less than 24 hours. I wouldn’t recommend her services. She does not communicate with her clients and only there to make money not care for the health of your hair. Go find a stylist that can communicate with you and knows how to care for your hair.

took me right away as a walk in. My hair was finished in a good amount of time and lasted for 2 weeks (a blowout). Definitely going back.

Lourdes is amazing. It was my first time there coming in from Florida, and she was very friendly, professional and done me and my daughters hair. A blow out and trim! I called in the morning of and she got us in that evening! I def will be back when I’m back in town when I visit my mother in law!!!

Loved the whole relaxer experience. They are well connected on the internet when you call you get to talk to someone. Have online booking. The quality of service and detail is excellent. Very clean facilities. Alittle of a language barrier if you can't speak on Spanish but owner is fluent in English so it's not a show stopper. And the quality of work makes up for this challenge. Good parking and professional setting.
