Dropped in for a 30 minute massage. Was seen by a therapist quite quickly. What was cool was the table could move up and down, not seen that in too many places, so it made it easier for the therapist to apply the right kind of pressure. I also liked her constantly checking if the pressure was ok. She adjusted based on feedback. Overall, pretty decent massage.

The price they showed outside for advertising is totally different from what they have inside. The lady that massage me kept leaving 3 times to be exact. She would gone for over 5 min. So my the hour that I paid for wasn't an hour more like 40 minutes. I gave her a fair tip still and she complained about her tip. I'm surprised this place is still in business. Will not recommend.

My friend told me this place. Its really good!Personally, I really care about safety and cleanliness. I booked couple massage as appointment before I went there. Once we stepped in, the front desk guided us to the room and the hallway looks clean. The room is comfortable with soft music and make us relax a lot. After the massage,we felt our muscles and body refreshed. I will definitely go there again and highly recommended.

Yesterday I felt not good and I want find a place to take a massage. I found this place. The Staff is patient and professional. It is great place to get relax. This environment is really quiet and relax. If you want a good service, recommend it!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this massage spa. The masseuse lacked proper technique, using inconsistent pressure and barely addressing areas like feet and arms. Additionally, she was on her phone during the session, leaving only one distracted hand for the massage.To top it off, she demanded a tip as I left, despite the subpar service. Save your time and money elsewhere; this place is not worth it.

FIRST TIME GOING HERE AND WILL BE MY LAST TIME. DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. MASSAGE HAS NO PRESSURE AT ALL. AFTER THE MASSAGE, THOSE TWO WOMEN ASKED FOR TIPS WHICH IS I FELT AWKWARD, I DONT MIND GIVING THEM TIPS BUT THEYRE LIKE FORCING YOU TO TIP. FIRST ENCOUNTERING THIS. INSTEAD OF GETTING OUT RELAXED, I GOT OUT FEELING HORRIBLE BECAUSE OF THOSE TWO WOMEN. THEYRE NOT GONNA LEAVE YOU UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM TIPS. GAVE THEM 10 BUCKS FOR TIPS CUZ IT WASNT A GOOD MASSAGE AT ALL AND THAT LADY JUST LOOKED AT ME AS IF I OWE THEM A BIG TIP. BETTER TO REPLACE THOSE TWO WOMEN MASSAGER.

Massage started 15 mins late I paid $40 for the 30 mins massage when the lady started she said oh you need an hour massage you pay extra then when leaving she said it was an extra $40 I said I already paid $40 so instead of paying $60 for a 1 hour massage I paid $80 I will never go back. Not professional at all.

Very clean and tidy massage center. I walked in. Checkin process was smooth. I used Venmo. It was $60 for an hour which is standard in most places. My masseur was very communicative. She checked on me several times if I was feeling comfortable. And she focused on my pain points well. It was relaxing. Will definitely recommend to try this massage center..

2/13 at 10:30am, my wife and I visited Massage 360, San Jose for a couples massage. Both of us are not new to the massage industry and have an amount of experience receiving massages to know a good one from a bad one. This massage today was absolutely the worst we have received. After the massage was done and the ladies left us alone to get dressed, we both looked at each other and commented on how bad it was. We could hear the two ladies just outside the door. As we walked out, I gave her a tip and she wasn’t happy with the tip and looked at the other lady and laughed. We have a fair tip (17%) which was way more than they each deserve. It’s almost like they were soliciting me for a better tip, by their reaction. What was really odd for me at the beginning is that they asked us to pay cash. The massage should be $120.00 plus tax. Nothing was wrong up and we didn’t pay tax, and just took the $120.00. This transaction must not have made it to the books. Pretty shading operation and feel like they should be investigated/Audited. Needless to say, we will never go back to a massage 360…we will do a 180. Update: 2/26, now that I read more reviews, I see soliciting tips is a very common theme here, and the management keeps saying they will take care of it. That’s clearly not happening. Poor leadership! Fire those who are not representing your ethics and hire better people. I’ve since found a better place for my weekly massage.

Hmm, I have read that this place is famous for shameless tip requests, but after seeing owner’s response that it would be taken cared of, I decided to give it a try. Well, right after I got dresses and didn’t even get a chance to make it to the register, the lady requested me to give her a tip. I asked her to brake me $20, but she responded that for an hour of massage I owe her the whole $20. While I don’t mind giving that much for the good massage, it was definitely not the case here. It was not only on a very low end of mediocre, but also she gave me a burn with overly hot stones and ignored my humble scream of pain. Probably I should not recommend…

I had a great experience at Massage360 The place: The place was easy to find with ample parking. The reception and other areas were clean and had a relaxing ambience to them. The massage: The massage was very nicely done. My masseuse asked me if the pressure was good enough, and took her time doing the front and back. I was late by about 10 mins because I missed an exit but the masseuse still gave me the full hour although I would've been okay with 50 minutes as well. I highly recommend this place!

Was given massage by an elderly woman in her late 50's. Below average massage as there was no pressure - understandable as she was quite old. She finished 15min early. Was asked for a tip once I came out of the room. Felt awkward for being asked for a tip even before I could gather myself up after the massage. After I finished processing a tip online, the lady asked for more tip. How is this behavior supposed to bring positivity and promote a relaxing atmosphere I really don't know. Wouldn't recommend. To the owner: Take note of whats happening in your business related to pressuring customers for tips. There is a pattern emerging about tips from older reviews. I was there on Sunday Aug 1 between 5-6pm.
