Facility 3/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Massage 3/5 The facility was very simple and basic and while it was clean, it didn't have the warm feeling and scent that I expect from a massage facility. I arrived 10 minutes early as recommended, but was not greeted for many minutes. Eventually, someone passed me a tablet to answer basic intake questions. I was then introduced to my therapist and taken to the room to change. After a few minutes, the therapist returned to the r9om to begin the massage and by this time, it was at least 10 minutes past my appointment time. The therapist never asked about any of the information I disclosed on the intake; i.e., focus areas, desired pressure, etc. Additionally, music was being played from the therapist's phone, but her notifications were on, so It kept getting interrupted. I could also here the music from thr salon next door. The massage itself was fine, but there was never any checking in to see how the experience was going. It was very basic with not much pressure (even after I asked to increase pressure). The massage ended on time, but this meant that I was shorted at least 10 minutes of what I paid for.

Alejandra Yali is the reason this is my go-to place for massages (that and the owners letting me keep my membership). 💆🏻‍♀️ She is a most amazing massage therapist, I’ve been with her for 5 sessions so far! Based on what you tell her, she knows exactly what to do and how to do it, listening to the client, making recommendations, answering questions, teaching little tidbits, or simply working in quiet if that’s what she senses you prefer. Her deep tissue massages are truly deep tissue. She even impressed the hard-to-please coworker I referred with her skills, strength, and knowledge! Massage Bliss would do well to keep Alejandra as long as they can. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Left a message to schedule a couples massage. Call was promptly returned and easy to set up an appointment. Upon arrival staff were friendly and polite. Suite is very clean and beautifully decorated. My husband and I enjoyed our massage will book again when I'm in the area.

Letty was amazing. I had extreme tension in my shoulders and neck and she really helped me out, making sure not to be too harsh but definitely getting out some of those tough knots. Definitely will be back!

This deep stair massage is the real deal for a great price. The staff is attentive and prompt. The suite is clean and relaxing, and they are friendly the entire way. This is truly a find.

I’ve massaged by Jose twice, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! The services he provides are consistently excellent, and every session leaves me feeling completely rejuvenated.
