After playing golf and with a tight back I decided to go for a massage to ease the stiffness. It was my first time to visit this place, so I didn’t know what to expect. The booking was quick and on the same day, the location of it was up on level 1. The receptionist was welcoming and lovely! My therapist was Winnie, she was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted with my stiff upper back. I had the 70min new body stretch and massage combo using woodlock oil which I highly recommened for stiff muscles. It included complimentary hot stones and hot towel which was soooo good! The price was also reasonable, and if paying by cash there is a discount. I will definitely be coming here regularly, to sort out my stiff muscles and just to enjoy an amazing massage.

Great experience! They were super friendly, included pain relief oil and a hot stone message, and very reasonable prices. My therapist was conscious of a pre-existing injury and it was nice that I didn’t have to worry.

It’s worst place. They confirmed my appointment and sent wrong address - I found a note on the door of the place - please go to a new address- ok, and there is nothing there too… Nobody answers the phone..

Me and my husband went for massage today but not happy with the service we gor. Massage was not upto the expectations, it was very lame... just casual strokes that us also focused on certain areas....and on top of that they ended it earlier then an hr. When I mentioned this on the front desk the lady on the desk told me that actually it started 5 minutes before our time, which I'm clueless, how??

Everyone was nice. I was asked what was my main area of concern my left side. I had to repeat myself like 4 times my right side has no pain. It was as if the therapist preferred that side. I legit almost left like 3 times but decided I will most likely be charged and I didn’t want to be mean. I have a regular therapist but I am on vacation so I figured why not try it out. Honestly don’t recommend the 90 min massage was not worth it. I still have pain and the area of concern was avoided at all costs….

It seems their new policy is "staff won't work on clients who do not leave an adequate tip" . So guess their tip is MANDATORY, an EXPECTATION, and percent dependant on masseuse! Yikes.

I’m a physical therapist and need treatment and body work in turn. One of the best places I’ve had a massage from at a very reasonable price. The foot scrub was very nice too. Gina was great!

By far, this was the best massage I ever had. Emily hit all the right spots and with great pressure. I had a combo TMJ with deep tissue (85 minutes), and it was very unique to the areas I wanted targeted. I will definitely be back!

Massage Concepts is a great option in Del Mar area. I’ve had success walking in but usually call ahead to make sure my appointment is with my favorite therapist, Emily. She’s amazing and the treatment I’ve had with her is on par with some massages that are almost triple the price. The facility is nice and clean. Pretty no frills but absolutely worth the visit!

Sadly, I had a really mediocre massage. There was barely any pressure and she mostly just rolled her forearms the entire time. The face massage was terrible and I feel like I got more wrinkles from them mashing my cheeks together. 😂 I also had to tip before the massage since they wanted to close the cashier early. Not sure I'd come back.

Emily and Nancy are great. I have back and knee injuries, which we discussed before the massage. They were careful around these areas and listened to my requests. They pay attention to the body and check in frequently for feedback.

Emily is wonderful. I’m new to the area and found Emily on my third visit. She identified all of my problem areas as well as some areas I didn’t even know were tight! She pays attention to the individual and she asks for feedback in case you need more or less pressure. I recommend her highly, especially to those who may have injuries. She will avoid the area or work on it depending on your preference.

Great place to get a massage. Would recommend if you have any tense muscles from a car accident. The massage therapist greatly improved the whiplash pain I was having. Never had a massage before Massage Concepts, but would return here if I ever needed tension relief.

I had a great 90 minute spa massage with Emily. She uses the right pressure, keeps checking in with you on your comfort and has great massage technique. She is very knowledgeable of human anatomy and skilled in how to relieve pain and muscle tension. I will definitely request her again.

I had an amazing massage tonight w/ Amber! It was a 90 min Swedish CBD oil massage. I came in w/ a mild headache on my left side, pain in my neck that ran down to the outside of my hip. I asked Amber to spend some extra time on my left side. As she worked on me, I slowly started to feel my muscles release and relax. I left feeling so good and my headache was gone. I'm very grateful for that experience and I will definitely be back next month and request Amber:)

I just had a 90-minute deep tissue massage here a couple weeks ago by Tina, and oh my gosh, it was 90 minutes of pure heaven! Im a repeat customer and a customer for life! Best massages I've ever had, and I've had many! Thank you!!
