I bought a couple's massage for my husband's birthday and even though we had a huge language barrier upond arrival we managed to get a room. I requested a male and female masseuse but only got 2 males assigned. My husband seemed to enjoy his masseuse and since we were in the same room i didn't mind except I was trouble for a moment. His phone randomly rang on 3 different( Waaaaattttt) occasions while massaging me, extremely unprofessional! Suddenly, I hear 2 pictures ( sound from an iPhone) and a text( outgoing) excuse me!!! I lyft up but don't see anything as he put away the phone and does not understand English and I don't want to ruin my partners bday. Furious!!! My husband is a Black belt and this situation was beyond acceptable!!! Im over it, finish get dressed and want to leave( used lady's room) while the masseuse are asking my husband for tips ($20 each in addition to fee) never coming here again. Buyer beware!!!!

From the moment I got there, til the second I left, they stressed me TF out. We were on time to our appointment and they kept saying that we were running late. My masseuse was really nice and she did a decent job, but was taken aback when I realized they had cut our one hour massage appointment short by 5 minutes. Lastly, on my way up to the register to say thank you & give my tip for the service, the receptionist demanded that I pay $20 minimum tip per masseuse which really rubbed me the wrong way. Probably won’t be returning.

I purchased a couples massage, but on the way to the room, we were informed it would be in separate rooms. While it wasn’t a huge issue, it wasn’t what I originally paid for. The massage itself was excellent, and I had no complaints about that. However, when we were leaving, I was uncomfortable with the fact that they essentially expected a tip and had a specific amount in mind. Very pushy about the tip, made the experience even worse.

Incredible deep tissue hour long massage with hot stones. Just the right amount of painful where I could feel my muscles being worked but not actually to a point of discomfort. Really helped relieve some neck tension.

Me and my wife was looking to try new massage place in LA. So we found this majestic place off Groupon! 1st. off there is a lot of parking! free or paid. $3 on the street for 2hrs or you can find parking inside the plaza. (time square plaza) for FREE. When we came in we were greeted with a smile. there may be a language barrier but they are trying to communicate with translator app on the phone. we where showed to our room that is very clean. they politely ask us to remove our clothes and they stepped out. our therapists our Kevin and Summer. I can tell by the time he started to massage me is they are very knowledgeable. He adjust accordingly to my reflexes and movements. that is skills. by the time we were done with our massage, they finished it with hot stone which felt really good. My wife even said they are skilled and we are coming back. We had a very good experience and I encourage anyone to try this place. ****New Update*** 12/28/2024 This is our 3rd time coming and it is not a good experience. We called to schedule from prior week but when we got there we where told by a young gentlemen that our booking is canceled. So okay we brushed it off. We schedule for 12/28/2024 for couples massage. They got us our room and begin. After massage my wife complain how ever she told the tech to be gentle/soft he still went on rough. Also my tech did not offer me hot stone. I think she is the owner. As we exit the place, they wait for there tip. We handed them $10 each. We did not have a good experience. It felt that there is mandatory tip she was holding a sign board and pointing looking looking at us and they have a sign for minimum $20 tip now. Never coming back here again. I hope the other tech find a new place to work coz they are the best. Giving them 1 star because of only the tech they had before other than that, NO star for this place.

Purchased a 90 minute couples massage on Groupon. Was able to get an appointment for the time I wanted a few days later. My wife and I both agree that this was the best massage we’ve ever had. We had one just two weeks prior that costed more, was 30 minutes shorter and wasn’t as good. At Massage Cove they were thorough, even massaging our face, ears and nose. Will definitely be making this a monthly experience!

Hands down, the best massage I’ve ever had! Kevin, my massage therapist, was absolutely amazing. I opted for the 90-minute combo massage, which included a full-body massage, a foot massage, and hot stones. Kevin’s technique was perfect. With just the right amount of pressure especially on my shoulders and back. The atmosphere at Massage Cove is calming and peaceful, and Kevin’s attention to detail made it even better. If you’re looking for a top-tier massage, I highly recommend booking with Kevin. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly, I really don’t understand how this place has any good reviews. Please do not waste your money here. After a massage, clearly any person tips. After tipping, the lady and man demanded a bigger tip. They refused for us to leave. When telling them we literally gave them all the cash we brought with us, they demanded we use a card and then proceeded to charge us whatever they wanted on the card. They are extremely rude and money hungry. Even a $60 dollar tip was not enough! Demanding more is wild and greedy. We have been to many other massages places and never experienced this. We only tried this place as we love to try new places. NEVER AGAIN! Just shocking how greedy and disrespectful these people are!

I wouldn’t recommend this place—it felt like a complete scam. I paid for a combo massage but only received one part of it, not the full service I paid for. Despite this, I still tipped $10 out of courtesy, only to be told that the minimum tip I had to give was $20. Since when is tipping mandatory, and who decides there should be a minimum? Very disappointing—don’t waste your time.

If you go to this place, first be prepared to hear how the couple next door murmurs without anyone to silence them, and second, bring extra money, the person who gave me the massage stood at the door preventing us from leaving because he demanded. A piece of advice My husband and I had even left our cell phones inside the car to go as light as possible. and this tough guy with that attitude, I really don't know how this place works... After a massage the stress you experience is terrifying

Probably should give less stars, but the message itself was good!(minus his phone going off and them not asking me any questions or asking if I was even comfortable with a man massaging me...) However, I made an appointment online and over phone and when we arrived, they acted like I didn't have an appointment at all so we waited 30min. After the message there is a "MANDATORY" tip so you end up paying a lot more for the massage then they advertise which is 100% false advertising. They definitely try to scam you at the end and say you must tip and start begging which is uncomfortable. They should just add their tip into the massage price so you don't have to experience the nasty haggle. It made me tense up after a massage so it also defeated its purpose. After reading the other bad reviews, I completely understand them.

This place is new to the neighborhood, and wow! I finally found the best massage therapist in Los Angeles! It took 24 years, but Vincent is beyond worthy of working at a five star resort! He is kind, intuitive, strong and professional. Look no further, Massage Cove is the place to go for an amazing massage.

I can’t imagine how they have any good reviews. 1. I requested a male therapist, they ignored that after confirming that I was booked with a male. 2. My therapist was not a real massage therapist. If she was she would have known not to dig her elbow into my ribs and other bones and endangerment sights (areas with nerves and blood vessels). I had to continuously redirect her off of my bones and onto my muscle tissue. 3. My therapist spoke zero English, not even understanding as much as “more pressure, less pressure”. The other therapist in our couples massage had to communicate everything for her. Eliminated the possibility of being able to tell her what I really needed to accomplish with my massage. 4. After this awful waste of a massage the woman at the front desk who also was one of the therapist asked for a tip? Who asks for a tip? We actually should have been seeking a refund. Do not book this place, the only way it can be worst is if they injure you, this woman may end up being your therapist and trust me you will leave very disappointed. 5. I was rushed through the intake. 6. They never asked about health conditions or allergies which can be bad if someone is allergic to an ingredient in their lotion or oil. 7. Hands down worst massage I’ve ever had. Run if you see this Groupon, on Groupon for a reason.

Great Experience!!! Super Clean!! Very thorough!!! Got the couples massage through Groupon!! Excellent value!! My daughter and I were looking for something to do together and came across this place!!! They got us in same day with no fuss!! Super easy sign in!! Extremely cozy rooms and very private experience!! Highly recommend the hot stones and deep tissue massage!!! It hurt, but it was sooo worth it!!! I felt so comfortable and relaxed!! Ten stars!!! Thanks Massage Cove!!! We can’t wait to come back again!!!
