DO NOT…I REPEAT DO NOT spend money with this place!!!! If I could give negative stars, this business would get them! They are unprofessional, unsanitary and will rip you off!!!! They have another business for kids spa parties called “SPA’kle Social Events, which I booked for hundreds of dollars and got ripped off! Tish which is who I had been communicating with prior to the party literally left before the party even starts, sends in a random girl with no introduction (which later turned out to be her daughter) to now host my kids party. This was a complete rip off it was ghetto, cheap, and all the decorations gave dollar store vibes!!!! They had one pizza for 6 girls!!! I didn’t get cupcakes that were promised, Tish thought I should care about a car accident that she had the same day of the party as if she didn’t get paid 2-3 weeks prior! Didn’t give my children everything that was promised in the package, asked us to come later but didn’t make up the time that was taken away from us! The word unsanitary is an understatement for this business….they had the kids do a “spa activity”, eat and did their nails all at the same table with no cleaning in between!!!! Host used the same nail brush (to clean nails before manicure) on 6 different girls!!! Can’t even really call it a manicure because the girls just got a quick swipe with the brush and polish (which not all of the girls were satisfied), no cuticle work or anything else that comes with a “manicure”! Then to top everything off I had to make host put her baby down to host my party!!!! These people really think that it shouldn’t be a problem to hold a baby the entire time that she’s supposed to be interacting with my children and guest and hosting the spa party!!!! I talked to Tish afterwards and she did nothing to rectify the situation, never even apologized, but tried to convince me that no one else has ever had a complained, like that was my problem! If I can’t bring any girls under 6 years of age to be serviced at the party it isn’t in the least bit fair to have a baby there in my hosts way or screaming the entire party that I booked for my girls to have a relaxing time!!!! These people are insane, nasty, unprofessional, Tish can’t take constructive criticism and with all that being said she’ll have a new lawsuit immediately!!!!! AGAIN, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE IDIOTS! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND AN UNNECESSARY HEADACHE!

I absolutely love my experience getting massages here. I’ve had the chance to book a full body massage a couple years ago and recently started to come back this year as a regular. It’s benefited my overall health and wellness journey. The professionalism is top tier and staff has been very accommodating to my busy lifestyle. 10/10 I’ll recommend over and over. It’s worth it.

Would not recommend this business. I have tried twice to use vouchers I purchased previously and had issues both times. They do not seem to want to honor them, now that they have been purchased. I had an evening appointment and the office was closed and locked and the parking lot dark. I waited 10 minutes past my appointment time and left. The massage therapist called me 5 minutes later and said he had run out of gas and his phone was dead. I chose to not return because it made me untrusting of this business and the fact that it was dark did not make me feel comfortable. I sent several messages and called their phone number (which once was an inactive number and another time the number on the voicemail did not match the number I called, again, not instilling confidence), and no one ever got back to me. No attempt to apologize or make it right - nothing. I rescheduled an appt for daytime hours and asked for confirmation the person would show up, and received no response, therefore I canceled it. I guess I am cutting my losses at this point. I had a similar experience a couple of years ago where I had made an appointment weeks in advance and the night before they had "forgotten" about it, but somehow knew to contact me. They were not overly helpful at the time, so I did not follow up again until recently, and am shocked they are still in business given this recent experience and lack of customer service.

They sell a package online, for $99, or more, but have Zero booking availability for 4 or 5 months. They don't answer their phones, or reply to texts, emails, or their web site chats.

I have always enjoyed my massages by Carmen, felt so much better afterwards. I rate her a 5. However, I have been trying to reach this business for days to cancel an upcoming appointment for days. 8 calls total. No one ever answers, mailbox is full..SMS message allowed and I have have left my number 3 times. I got a text reminder the day before my appointment..no reply although there was an url with a place to click "change" or "cancel". The. Another window pops up after I click cancel and it says can't cancel online.On the day of my appointment my therapist called. I told her what happened and asked for Tish's personal number. No answer. I texted and she called back. She tells me if I had texted HER she calls right back and they are massage therapists and can't answer the phone when they are working. She refused to refund the money to my credit card that I paid for a package. In addition to poor customer service, the cleanliness has declined dramatically. The toilet had a black line at the water line the last 2 times I was there. I tend to doubt the place is being sanitized for covid. I will miss my massage therapist. I have notified the BBB and my bank.

I just had the most amazing massage. Jason was very friendly but did not talk and interrupt the atmosphere. His only questions were making sure I was comfortable. Great job. I have already booked my next appointment.

Massage Odyssey advertised a rare promotion. Couples massage and facial for $90. It was a fake advertisement. They had no intention of honoring the booking. There was no way to reach anyone. We couldn't schedule it online because it was unavailable. We emailed the owner, and she could not tell us when we can take advantage of what we paid for. We eventually got a refund, but we wanted to make sure that everyone knows this is one of the establishments that takes advantage of gullibility. They hide behind the fact that it is nearly impossible to reach a human whenever you call. You cannot book any special promotions online. Very bad customer service with booking appointments and management.

Small, but very cute! Perfect for a spa day with the ladies! We had a group of 7 women for a birthday party spa day and it was so much fun! Tish, Jason and Tiffany were all very welcoming and professional!

The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. I was there for a birthday party spa day and they allowed us to bring in our own food, mimosa and games to play while everyone else was getting their facials and massages. There was about 7 of us who all got facials and massages and everything was right on schedule and done in timely manner. I will definitely be coming back!!

Tish, Jason and Tiffany hosted a spa birthday party for me with my friends and it was AMAZING ! We all were very impressed with the massages by Tish and Jason’s massages and Tiffany’s facials were better than any I’ve ever had. Super professional, clean and I loved the products used as well ! This will be a every year event ! Definitely check them out.

Horrible customer service. I don't know how this place stays in business. I was on trip visiting a friend in Cincinnati, and had some down time so I thought a massage would be great. Came across this place and decided to give it a try, huge mistake! They were so rude and unprofessional that I just walked out! I wouldn't give this business a dime.

I had a groupon voucher for a massage on 07/20/2020 but was canceled by text the day of they no longer can take my groupon but offered me a 32.00 special and I need to contact groupon to get refund but groupon won't refund my money. Fyi I was going to tip very well. I was looking forward to massage and I feel they should have contacted me earlier than day of.

I must say I love this place hands down. My therapist Jason is amazing and I’ve booked lots of massages and I try to now go weekly. The place is small and cute but the ambiance is amazing. They know how to get the best out of the time they give you abs is recommended this for anyone.

Tiffany and Jason are amazing! Tonight was my second facial by Tiffany. She makes you feel so comfortable and let's you know everything she is doing and how it is going to help your skin. Jason used just the right amount of pressure and focused on certain spots I asked. He even spent extra time on me which was so sweet. Amazing services and even bought another package!
