Don't schedule here if you want a planned massage. I had a couple couples massage planned for my wife and I that I scheduled over a month before the appointment . I called on the day of the appointment to confirm only to find out that my appointment was canceled. I already had paid for our babysitter and had made plans to be there. No offer to help or make it right. She told me to call other message providers to look for another appointment. I'm glad called or I would wasted more of my time and money on a holiday week. What a disappointment.

I’ve had some good massages there. This isn’t about their therapists. However, the customer service is not their strength. I had an apt cancelled on me last minute even after receiving a confirmation text the day before from them. No one ever told me the person I booked with would be on vacation. (This apt had been scheduled for a long time, too. It’s difficult to get booked there) I had to ask three people to have a manager call me. It didn't happen until the third time. She informed me they still send out the confirmation text in case no one ever called to tell the customer about the cancellation. That seems like a flawed and confusing system. She also informed me that I never even had enough credits for two sessions I had booked. I specifically asked if I did when booking as I wanted to use all of my credits before my membership ran out.

Always my favorite Massage Envy location in Albuquerque. There is adequate parking out front and staff members at the front desk are helpful and kind. Thanks Massage Envy for helping me along on my personal health journey. I have the best massage therapist in town!

Everybody's always professional at massage envy period I egalized them in Phoenix and a New Mexico period always great experience period summer sauce, is there a pisbetter than others, but all of them have been professional for the last 4 years that we've been members?

Not worth the money at all, and I am not even sure I could call it a massage. I felt no different from when I walked in, very disappointed.

I had the worst experience at this Massage Envy. I don’t recommend Darrian. She was continuously rude to me and during the massage she complained that her hands were too tired to massage. I had never experienced this before and don’t wish it on anyone! Only employee worth mentioning is Ashley at the front desk. She did a great job trying to make up for my experience.

Staff is vet rude. I was a member for years, upon cancellation I was given incorrect information by a team member when I questioned the information I was transferred to the manager, Amanda. In talking with her, I certainly see how rude behavior is not only tolerated by employees but encouraged. Amanda was hostile from the beginning and when I questioned yet again the specific dates, I was given different information than what her staff gave me. When I told her that was not the information that I was given previously (mind you previously was 1 minute before) instead of apologizing for the incorrect information her staff gave me, she said “well I wasn’t there so” She then became even more hostile when I mentioned this could have all been avoided had her staff given the correct information in the beginning or if she had handled herself differently. I am very disappointed in the behavior, and this staff could benefit from de escalation tactics and some basic customer service skills. . I look forward to hearing from the general manager as I have requested a call back.

The therapists are great here but the front staff sucks. It’s always some type of scam with them. Do not join the membership whatever you do. When you ask for help on your they always “can’t help” or “it’s beyond there control” “I didn’t take the transaction”. I canceled my membership believing I was done with them but guess what next month they charged my account again. I called and they refused to refund it stating they had ten days to process it and whatever payment they had in the meantime was not there fault. Even though the lady on the phone told me the account cancelation had been process the day before I got charged.

Yvette was the first person I talked to at the Holly location. Unfortunately, I didn't have a pleasant experience. She was unkind and I felt rushed off the phone. She would continuously interrupt me when I was speaking. I tried to explain what I meant, but she kept cutting me off. I ended up canceling my appointment because I honestly felt unwelcomed. I understand places are understaffed and people are overworked, but I genuinely think kindness is very important. Please treat others like you would want to be treated.

I was quoted a much lower price when the front desk originally booked my massage. I paid double that. My massage was an hour long and my lady came in 6 minutes late and left the room 7 minutes early. The massage was ok I don’t feel better. Overall I wouldn’t come here.

I was supposed to go in for a massage but the person that i was to meet with was a no show, instead they accommodated me and was given another service with Erin, she was professional and very nice. I will definitely be back to book another appointment with Erin.

Stay away from this branch . The branch on Holly is much better. Manager Lauren is incompetent and charge you surprise fees on top of your monthly membership payment without apology or caring . Will never be a member at this branch again. Gave one star because the massage therapists are good. They end up quoting a lot. (No doubt because of management) so you have to change massage therapists a lot.

They refuse to provide services to health care workers who have been around COVID positive patients even with proper PPE. Completely unacceptable. They are at higher risk of contacting covid from someone who doesn’t know they’ve been exposed, than from a health care worker who utilized proper precautions at all times. I will never give this company any of my money ever again!

I wish I had joined years ago. I'm use to paying $80 to $100 for an hour massage. You can get an hour massage as a member which is only $65 a month (which goes toward a massage so really doesn't cost anythingas far as I'm concerned) then each additional hour long massage ends up being $47!!

Not a member, just inquired about the cost of a membership, never heard back from this place. Glad i read the reviews, i will be looking elsewhere for service
