I strongly urge Massage Envy to take the time to reevaluate Willie and retrain him for the safety of their clients. I had a massage with Willie where I left wondering if he was even an actual trained masseuse: I requested a massage on the more firm side (I previously had a massage with Chad with the same requests and LOVED it and wish I had waited until our schedules aligned to book again) but instead of using his hands at ALL Willie dug his ELBOWS into my body. He mainly dug his elbows into my neck and shoulders and I have now suffered the consequences where I am seeking out a physical therapist to fix the tightness in my neck that I did NOT have prior to this massage. When it came time to move to my legs and the blankets needed to be adjusted, I felt exposed multiple times. He did not move the blankets with any consideration and instead yanked them out from under me leaving my back side exposed. When the massage moved to my feet there was barely any massaging, the hand movements would stop and he just simply sat there holding my feet. I felt incredibly uncomfortable during the entire massage and did not feel comfortable speaking up--I instead counted down the minutes until it was all over. When I called a few days later to express my concerns, the assistant manager on the phone sounded exasperated and advised to call back when the manager was present which I did 3 more times however she always conveniently "just left for the day." It truly is a shame because I know there are some great masseuses at this location but due to the lack of customer service or urgency to rectify a pretty serious situation I know I will not be back and I'm sure I'm not the only person to have this experience. All the previous negative reviews about Willie are 100% accurate and I strongly advise to stay clear for your own safety.

I’ve benefited from my sessions with Daniel. His abilities to assess the need is very good. He listens to prompts about pressure and his responses are excellent.

I am assuming my therapist Derick was not an experienced therapist. There was no heater in the bed no was there an offer. He never warmed any lotions and/or ointment before slathering it on my skin. The lotion was cold, the room was cold. He had no technique and the facility smelled musty. What a waste of a session.

Michael G is absolutely amazing! It was my first massage "ever" and he made it very special. I am a senior who suffers with arthritis and walk with a cane. Immediately after my massage, I noted less pain in both my knees. Incredible!!! Thank you Michael and Massage Envy. I look forward to our next session.❤️

My massage technician was a 5 plus!!!. The bathroom had toilet paper holder falling off the wall. The receptionist was ill and hacking and coughing and should not have come into work. I nearly left because I did not have a mask. I could hear her through the wall coughing while getting my massage.

Chancellor understands what his clients needs and fully delivers. This relaxing experience was a great way to end the weekend. The receptionist was welcoming, pleasant and after the massage delivered a pressure-free offer of additional services.

I’ve been seeing her for a couple years now. Honestly, she’s the reason I kept going to that location because the customer service declined drastically and staff turn over got very bad. It has gotten much better over the past several months though. She knows her craft extremely well and is a joy and an experience to get pampered from. As long as she is there, I will continue to book services there!
