Don’t go to this location unless you like fraudulent charges and being scammed. I was asked to tip without showing my total. I tipped 20% which was $27, I thought the amount seemed high, when I got home I have an email of my receipt for $80 facial…$16 is 20%. When I called they told me they would refund me, but that $27 was based on the non member price. Umm a regular 60 min facial isn’t $135 for Mon members . I called from a different number and saw online. So basically they are hoping you won’t notice by not showing your total charges. This is the second major incident at the location…never again. I’ve been a member for 15 years and when I emailed corporate they basically said it’s a franchise and not their problem. Ok, well now I’m cancelling my membership, thanks!

Jordan did a great job. He was able to work out the stress in my back with some deep tissue work. I was happy with his ability to do that without it being pressure point painful! Definitely will book him again.

After weeks of moving, I was in need of a good 90 minute massage. Tanya fixed me right up!! She is a fantastic massage therapist. She knew just how to give extra attention to back, shoulders, & feet, where I needed it most. She also did some stretches, which greatly helped my lower back and hip areas. I will be visiting her again!

Beaunita really worked hard on my whole body, including body parts such as the feet that most others barely touch. I especially like that I spent equal periods of time face up as I did face down. Being face down for too long is tough on my sinuses. She knows a wide variety of techniques and it really shows.

I tried to book a facial appointment. The young lady who answered the phone would not answer any of my questions. She said she doesn’t generally work at this location and doesn’t know the staff and who she should book me with when I asked for her manager. She said she was out of the country when I asked for the assistant manager she said that person is not available. They need better training with front desk, people that answer the phone if they want to book appointments very disappointed in front desk customer service

The person was rude. I kept telling her I was in pain from the machine. She then told me she was tired of adjusting the pressure, stopped and told me she would just do the massage. I was in pain but she continued. I stayed silent. Glad to leave!!!

The staff was hanging out in the reception area, their conversations were loud and disruptive to the massage. I didn't receive a deep tissue massage nor was there any stretching. Just a basic rub at the most.

have been receiving facial services from Lauren for several years, even when she wasn’t at this location—I’ve been chasing her around! She is the best! She’s knowledgeable and truly cares about our concerns. She has “beautiful” hands, and her massages by hers are so relaxing and soothing that I always fall asleep during the sessions and wake up with refreshed and glowing skin She is really awesome!!!

Brandon is very attentive and thorough. He listens to my needs and works hard to ensure that I feel amazing after massage. One thing I love about him is that he incorporates breathing and has a very pleasant relaxing voice.

This place was awesome and the customer service and therapists were so nice and detailed as well as experienced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone . Me and my Husband was visiting from Birmingham and was taken back on how Awesome the service as well as the staff was. Thanks Massage Envy
