Gina was the absolute BEST! I have been a member of Massage Envy for 15 years and this was the most impactful massage I have experienced. She heard what i needed and targeted those areas with the right pressure and intention. Gave me great feedback which is very appreciated. I immediately booked my next three appointments. Leslie was amazing she worked my kinks and trigger points out to the point I didn’t even feel like talking after my massage due to me being in such a relaxed state! I can in for a crook in my neck and she worked wonders on me! Will definitely be seeing her again!

How do you come for a massage and Khadijah makes it difficult for you to sign in. I’ve scheduled 3 different sessions at the same location and her attitude was unnecessary, the tone in her voice was unwelcoming. I’ll be going to ‘Mind Influence Massage’ today!!!!

They either need to retrain Khadijah or they need to put her in a position that isn’t customer facing. Her unwillingness to assist in a soothing/relaxing manor will deter customers. I’m very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere where going forward.
