I have already contacted your company to update my payment information, but the representative was unable to provide a clear explanation. The SPM location has been my go-to spot for years! The front desk staff and massage therapists are always AMAZING! However, at some point during COVID, the owners decided to outsource all scheduling services to other countries. Unfortunately, this change has significantly limited the assistance they can provide, and they refuse to transfer calls directly to the location. You can even hear roosters in the background during calls. The scheduling situation alone has led me to stop using this location, as well as the Kyle location, which has the same owners. It's truly a shame because, as I mentioned, the on-site staff are incredible. If the owners made the wise decision to bring their phone services back to the location, I would happily return as a customer.

I first started and it was ok. I signed a contract and had no plans of cancelling. The floors were a bit dirty as if a vacuum has never been ran there. I had a favorite therapist that was easily available during the times I could use my credits. Once she quit, it has become impossible to secure a deep tissue massage after work. The text notifications didn't help since they were during work hours or I can't react to them fast enough. Once I changed my card, I didn't bother updating since I found a much better massage therapist that doesn't lock me in a contract and actually keeps the room clean. Massage therapy called me to pay and reminded me I was under contract and owe them money. I told them the agreement goes both ways and reminded them they owed me massage therapy that's impossible to book. It's sad that they have such terrible service that they rely on locking you in a contract for money instead having confidence in better service. Edit sep 5 2024: They called me yesterday and to my surprise, they were very cool about cancelling my contract and voiding my current 3 credits. I thought that this was a different turn of direction without hassle. Woke up this morning to them somehow charging my new card number without me giving them the info. Not only did they lie to me on the phone about cancelling, THEY COMMITTED FRAUD!!! So now I am going to have to make a fraud claim with my bank. I'm even now forced to close my bank account. What a nightmare!

I supported this location with a membership for many years, including allowing them to bill me monthly during COVID when they weren’t even open. I eventually cancelled my membership due to issues with scheduling and having the location cancel on me several times last minute due to staffing shortages. They did tell me at the time that my existing credits would never expire due to the issues I had, which I greatly appreciated. I booked a massage online which showed my balance due would be $0 (using the credits). Then I received a call this morning and was told that they were under new management and they wouldn’t honor the ‘never expires’ credit commitment, even though she acknowledged seeing that note on my profile, it being listed that way in the app and it allowing me to use the credits online to book the massage. Terrible service and not a place I will support again in the future.

Where do I even start? The first problem is I’ve had a membership for 2 years and have so many credits still because I cannot get an appointment anywhere…ever. I’d love to cancel my membership but if I do I lose all the credits I’ve built up(imagine that) Secondly, I got a last minute appointment Saturday and come the morning of I wasn’t feeling right so took a Covid test..BAM! Positive… I called to let them know and they cancelled without issue(so I thought) I realized a couple days ago I had a charge on my account and they charged me for a 90 minute massage. I called 4 times now only getting the run around until earlier when I was told “I need to send a doctors note in for proof” why in the world would I do that?! You’re not my employer and if you have any inclination of the medical field you don’t go INTO a clinic anymore to test for Covid. You do a telemed visit or take a home test. Unless you’re deathly ill I guess? They called in plaxovid for me…I let her know I could send a picture of the box. I thought I was doing the right thing by cancelling but I guess I should have shown up and not said anything? Putting the staff at risk?! Trust me I would have LOVED that massage.

Jonathan is one of the most unprofessional massage therapists I’ve ever had. You pay for an hour massage and end up with barely 40 minutes because he shows up 15 minutes late and doesn’t go beyond the end time. He’s inappropriate and won’t stop talking during what should be a relaxing time. If he wasn’t making inappropriate comments, he would makes comments about my health and how I’m not doing this or not doing that and need to do more of this and more of that. Such a little man with such a big ego. I’d give him zero stars if I could. Even the front desk staff knew he was this way and warned me to not book with him in the future. Fire this guy, massage envy!

Received a six month membership for Christmas good for one massage per month. Called to set an appointment only to be told that they couldn’t get me in until late February, thereby defeating the purpose of the membership. They then refused to extend the membership and told me to let the massages roll over so that I could get a whole bunch in a row, as if there was no therapeutic reason for the membership in the first place. They also did not want to issue a refund, as the membership was expensive, and have only initiated the process after a long phone call. I do not recommend them unless you want to duplicate the experience of going to the DMV. FOLLOW UP: Three weeks later and my refund still has not been processed. The manager, Kay, lied to me about initiating my refund and now associates are telling me the membership is non-refundable. Avoid this business if you value honesty/competence.

Was told I had the credits to do an hr and a half. Went to check out and was told I didn't and would owe $43. Get ready to insert my card and the reader said $75. Front desk is not as friendly as my home location which didn't really bother me until when I had an issue. I tried this one because it was closer but will start going back up north to the one on Mopac.

I don't like leaving reviews that include names because the recommended person becomes popular and the wait to see them gets longer and longer and blah, blah, blah. However, Carlos is the best masseur I've ever been to. I like to really feel my massage and be squished and compressed and he gives me exactly what I ask for. My lower back is craptastic, always has been. He uses his entire body to alleviate the pain and pressure. I almost can't get up from the table when he's done, but the next morning I feel like I could enter the Strong Man competition. He's also a super friendly and all around good guy. Too bad I can't just take him home to do my bidding. Lol. Definitely recommend him 100%

In April 2020 I tried to cancel my membership for two reasons 1. Relocation to Rockwall, TX and the closest location is 35 miles from my home. 2. I felt it was wrong to charge a monthly fee during the COVID 19 shutdown. I called again today and was told they would have a manager call me in the next couple of days. *Three months of paying for a service I'm not able to use.

My wife had a bad experience yesterday with a new masseuse. Very troubling when they don't follow the guest's instructions and continue doing as they please! Spoke to manager and expressed my concern. To have her still sore this morning from a massage is unacceptable!

Really disappointed. I called to schedule a massage with credits my friend had given me as a gift and I guess they expired in November? They wouldn’t make any exceptions only to try to get me to purchase a membership. You’d think they’d accommodate under the circumstances of covid and that it’s only been two months since the expiration but I guess not. Way to satisfy clientele. 👎🏼
