I love ME Circle C! I’ve had a membership for 15+ years and I always get my money’s worth and then some. I was in a car accident in 2000 and have latent back and neck injuries. My MT is highly skilled and uber talented and has helped me through serious pain and multiple movement-limiting injuries. I have many more pain free days than when I first joined and always look forward to my massage therapy appointments. My therapist, Chris is THE BEST (and is usually booked far in advance). Shout out to Von who is also amazing! The staff is friendly and efficient and the facility is clean and comfortable.

The Circle C location in SW Austin is my go-to spot. I've had several therapists there and they're all quite good. Just be clear about what your needs are so they can give you their best service. I appreciate also how ME staff will reach out to you early enough should your therapist have to cancel. If your massage has to be rescheduled, you'll likely receive a complementary enhancement for your next session, which I appreciate.

These people are liars, cheaters, and thief’s after cancelling my membership in July, they charged my anyway in August, I wrote a bad review and they credited me back saying it was a mistake but now charges me again. This is a criminal mob preying on the public, BEWARE they will steal from you for life!!

Update: Got canceled on twice, two weeks in a row. Just choose a different place than massage envy. I just had by far and away the worst massage I’ve ever received from a man named Alex. I’ve had an account at massage envy for over 7 years and cancelled today because of how terrible this experience was and how it was handled by the front desk staff. I booked a deep tissue massage. The massage felt like a 15-year-old boy rubbing sun block on me for 45 mins. I asked if there was a reason he wasn’t massaging my lower back as that was the problem area I asked him to focus on. He didn’t respond. I told he him could use deeper pressure as it felt very Swedish and he responded that “he didn’t know what else to do.” He then asked if I wanted to end the massage. I told him no but to please use deeper pressure and massage my lower back. He didn’t once touch my lower back. He ended the massage 15 minutes before the hour was over and I was half way home before the massage was supposed to have ended. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a massage clinic. Do not come here, choose a different massage clinic and save yourself the money and never book with Alex. Absolute waste of an hour of my life. Good luck getting a response from the manager who’s always conveniently “out of town.”

I would not recommend this location at all due to incompetence of the front desk. I checked in at 1:45p for my 2p appt with Lenora. The person who checked me in apparently didn’t do it correctly and after waiting 10 mins past my apt I go to the front desk so where I asked about an update and apparently they didn’t realize I was sitting in the waiting room. I was shorted 10 mins from my 90 mins due to this. So I paid for my service and tipped and now have a 75 dollar additional charge. I called and spoke with MJ on sat and he advised he would speak to the manager about the 75 dollar charge and he would return my call yesterday. I did not hear anything and now have the 75 dollar charge cleared on my card in addition to my payment and tip. I completed the survey and emailed with someone from the store and they advised me on Tuesday 5/28 that they would refund this charge. I have followed up multiple times without a response from the store.

Booked a 60 mins session at this location. It was my first time to go to Massage Envy. The masseur was very professional, his skills were very good, and I really enjoyed it. But with the 60 mins session, it will have 10 mins for you to undress before the massage, and 10 mins for you to dress yourself after the massage. You only get 40 mins for the massage. I hope they will clarify what includes in the 60 mins.

I arrived at Massage Envy all stressed out and tense from the hard workdays that I've had lately. I told my therapist these things and she fixed me all up by giving me the best massage ever! I walked out of there on cloud 9! Thank you, Massage Envy!

I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews, but I gotta hand it to Massage Envy Circle C - they're great. I've had a Massage Envy membership for several years and have visited several locations, and the consistency of high-quality care is what keeps me going back. There's likely to be an aspect of trial and error when finding a massage therapist at Massage Envy that meets your personal needs, as every massage therapist has their own methods and style. I see this as a good thing to serve a wide variety of clientele. When you find a massage therapist who gets it right, you're golden. Elliott has been my massage therapist at this location for at least a couple of years now, and I'll be honest, I probably would have cancelled my membership a long time ago if not for the incredible experience he provides each time. The only reason I cancelled my membership at all is, as much as I love it, it's kind of a luxury for me in this current economic recession. All of this is to say, if you can afford it, it's absolutely worthwhile.

Massage Envy reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I have had facials, and several massages from different service staff, and was overall happy. I do wish if you have a lot of membership points built up that you could use them as you please and not have restrictions sharing them with others.

Worst facial massage ever. For 60 mins massage not only she(Sarah) took only 30-35 mins but didn’t even bother to do massage at all. No proper extraction, she just applied cleaner and serum. I wish I could get my money back.
