I have several massage memberships, and I travel all over the country for work, so I’ve seen my share of massage therapist. John is one of the absolute best! Added bonus to his great massage skills was I felt like I had a therapy session- much needed and so unexpected. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ll edit this one after a response. I couldn’t find an email address to voice my concern. Great massage but my skin feels like it’s been molested by a slug. I am soooo slimey from whatever lotion/oil was used. It’s quite uncomfortable and I wish I could run home and shower but I can’t.

Terrible Terrible do not go!!!!!! Went for a HydraFacial today and was left an email saying they do not have the ingredients to the machine. Then was charged the total. Called and no pickup for hour so had to use alternate phone to get ahold. Will be disputing since I have all the legal documentation of voicemail and not pick up. Mackenzie is their front desk and told me no manager works there currently. Highly recommend another place. 12 year member no longer.

I had 30 minutes with Luda and she basically only did the right side of my back. Her movements were very repetitive, and not in the good way. The lady at the front only suggested I not book with her in the future, not a 30 minute make up session or anything, when I accepted only 30 minutes for a 1 hour credit because I was 20 minutes late. I won’t be back to this location.

My wife and I have been going here for the past year or so, and I'm slow to write reviews because it's important for me to see how consistent the service is before making a judgement. First, it's important to find a therapist that fits you. My wife, Liana and I both tried a few different therapists before we found the right fit. It doesn't mean they are better or worse than others, it's a personal thing. After trying a few therapists, my wife found Leonardo, "Leo" and she is very happy. My wife is very sensitive to different pressures because she's been through alot of physical trauma due to a nearly fatal car accident, and Leo just seems to be in tune with what she needs. He also is very open to feedback and adjusts immediately if my wife gives him feedback and doesn't take it personally at all. I first found Cindy and she is amazing. She is able to do deep work which is great for me and she has great technique and is super smooth with pressure. She books up way out in advance though so you have to plan ahead. I found Sunshine (her nickname) who is newer to this location but has been doing massage for a very long time. She is a ray of light, always upbeat, creating an enjoyable atmosphere while maintaining the utmost professionalism. She is incredibly gifted and able to do the deep work that I need with great control. My wife and I have been members of massage envy for about 12 years and Leo, Cindy, and Sunshine are 3 of the best we've ever had. And the manager, Jordan, is also amazing. She is very personable, professional, and helpful whenever we need anything. So if you're considering a membership or this location, just remember it may take some time to find the right fit. Be patient and keep trying different therapists until you find yours. You'll know when it's right. :)

I booked a massage with Angel and it was really great! I already feel less tense and I’m an athlete. The check in was easy, they were on time, I booked my first session online easily, and it was an easy straightforward check out. I already booked a facial to check out as well. The manager was really helpful and happy to answer all my questions about membership. I booked a microderm infusion facial with Carmen and added on high frequency treatment and my skin is immediately clearer and visibly more hydrated and healthy.

The massage from Hayley was great, however I had a gift card for $125 which they kept, and they also charged my debit card for $125 plus and additional charge for the tip. I called to let them know and they said they don’t see a gift card on file and the manager will have to call me back within the next week or so. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and will never go back again. It’s unfortunate because the massage was very good and I would have went back otherwise. I believe the employee who checked me out kept my gift card and then charged me the $125 when I gave her my debit card to pay for the tip.

Worst massage envy in central texas. Put me in room next to boot camp with tons of empty rooms. Forced to use a tippe app that charges 10% fee with no warning, Sent openings list with wrong info so you book a massage and it's a facial. Front desk is defensive, acts like they don't know anything and wont admit fault.. pathetic.

*Update 7/7/2023* My masseuse was fired during her maternity leave, and I have had several months of issues attempting to find a reasonable replacement at this or any nearby location. My first attempt with someone else, as lovely as she was, could not apply any reasonable amount of pressure. My follow-up with another masseuse was canceled, because this person was also let go. So I went almost 4 months without really utilizing my membership. And when I finally did, construction, neighboring "jazzercise" music, or other neighboring noises made each experience subpar. The loss of my primary masseuse was a huge hit, but the subsequent issues have made this location no longer worth my money. And we just received an email about a price increase in September for members. Fantastic... in the interim months, I had been receiving facials, which have been lovely, but I no longer see the benefit of spending money for this service and will be canceling my membership on my next visit. *Update 12/10/2022* I still greatly appreciate my masseuse and her work. However, the new way of tipping makes me want to go somewhere else. It's only a "$2.21" surcharge to use, but everything, everywhere is finding new ways to charge more, so seeing this after my massage basically ruined my session. "Convenience fee"? I had to go out to my car to get my wallet. This was not more convenient to me. This was an annoyance and an inconvenience. I would rather vocalize my tip amount. *Original post* I'll preface by saying I am not a big fan of massages. Pain for more pain. I was also questioning this company due to mixed reviews, and variable word of mouth experiences mostly saying they felt rushed through the process, or pressured for membership. None of that occurred. I booked from my phone same day, arrived early, checked in from my phone and was invited in. Masks required. They took my temperature, asked a few questions to clarify my online responses, and I was brought back to the room at precisely the expected start time. The masseuse asked a few general questions, pressure, area, and where to focus efforts. Mostly upper, back, and I had been experiencing sciatica for a couple days. She performed magic. Found every knot in my body, and worked them out at near perfect pressure and focus. Her timing on a full body, 90 minute massage was near perfection, even with extra care in problem areas, giving just the right amount of attention to the areas requested. Checkout was quick and painless with the method of payment I had preloaded on their website. They did suggest repeat visits, and the membership, but it wasn't pressured. The one thing I'll avoid in the future is the aroma therapy. I assume it's meant to open the airway, but my sinuses didn't react appropriately, and made breathing less than ideal, especially with a mask on. Didn't impact the experience, but worth noting. Will definitely return and request the same masseuse.

5 stars, thank you! Beautiful facility and wonderful Staff! The added amenities at this location (hot tea, fresh water, calm room, personalized consultations) were a lovely, welcoming touch and very appreciated! Every person I experienced a direct interaction with was helpful, friendly and professional. The therapeutic massage and esthetician training follow up were an important part of this early August wellness journey, as was the time spent reviewing the Massage Envy Business Model, their products, and their Hiring process. Additional kudos to the Front Desk Staff! Thanks! I recommend Massage Envy as a part of ongoing personalized health and wellness management. This particular location is smaller in size than a few other sites; however, it makes up for that with a big A+ for overall experience.

Ainsley is a fantastic therapist! I received a 90 min massage and she listened to where my tension spots were and spent additional time working those areas. Definitely recommend Ainsley!

I once had a five star review for this place. Not anymore. Do not let your credits accumulate because they hold them hostage. You have to keep paying ($25 a month per person) to prevent them from expiring. And then, when you finally decide you don't want to pay sizable monthly fee to not forfeit hundreds of dollars in credit they make it nearly impossible to cancel: - they demand you come into the location and cancel, - if you argue with them long enough, and repeatedly explain you no longer live in the area, they will promise to email you paperwork to cancel. Only they won't. At least they won't until you post a negative review AND the credit card they are still trying to charge won't go through because it's expired. - (this is my favorite) If you were expecting a simple "I cancel my account bla bla" couple sentence form to sign have a seat. You have to sign a new agreement, with new terms they specify, to cancel. You're probably going to want to read that again. And don't forget to search "Massage Envy Lawsuit" to learn just how unsafe you are lying naked in that dark little room with just you and their therapists. Pay close attention to the corporate "we aren't responsible for what therapists do during sessions" response.

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND! I had an appointment with them, the manager Eddie promised to comp my visit due to issues in his teams behalf. They charged me the next day, without my consent, and a month later, I still don’t have a refund. I have to file a police report to get my money back. Go somewhere else!

This place might be great but I'll never know. I made a first-time appointment yesterday and then called back again to reschedule for today, which was confirmedcon the phone with Audrey. When I came in for the rescheduled time, not only did they have no record of today's appointment, but they didn't even have a record of the previous appointment. If they can't keep their records straight, I can't trust them for the next appointment. I'll have to seek my massage joy somewhere else. Their database is not the Envy of other massage establishments, I can tell you that.

This was my second massage with Jacob and he is so friendly, professional, and personable. He can perform all pressures and I walked out feeling rejuvenated. The massage was very relaxing and he makes you feel comfortable about being open about your preferences. He chooses to work on the target areas first if you are choosing a full body massage, which I prefer because other massage therapists in the past choose to perform the full body first and don’t spend enough time on target areas.
