What a great 60 minute upper body massage! Cindy was skilled and pleasant. She was able to identify areas that needed attention and aptly focused her skills there. I hope to gift my daughter some of my extra monthly sessions and have Cindy work her magic! The salon was welcoming and the waiting area was comfortable with tea and water available. Lory at Massage Envy Westlake is absolutely amazing! She is a compassionate and informed massage therapist. She listens to what you need and truly delivers. I’m not one to usually fall asleep in massages, but she makes it impossible to not drift into true nirvana. I highly recommend!

This place will do anything to get a membership (ie. LIE about what you can and can’t do) and then tell you you can’t cancel without a medical note. Absolutely absurd. No surprise they have a 3 star rating as a business. BE WARNED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! MANAGER IS NEVER AT LOCATION. UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT EVEN SIMPLY RETURN A CALL. I don’t know what world they live in, but tracking down a manager for massage envy should not be time consuming or a mission. Sketchy franchise. Sketchy business

If I could give a ZERO I would. I've spent the better part of THREE YEARS trying to transfer our memberships to a different location after moving. There was always an excuse. First we were told it needed to be initiated by the new location. Then we were told Westlake had to do it. The managers never returned phone calls...until they needed an updated credit card. They they called and sent text messages! We did not want to provide a credit card over the phone and the ONLY solution per management was for us to travel back to Westlake and update our card. Absurd. Currently they canceled my husbands account with 37 credits remaining. No notice. No communication. We were last told the account was in suspense. They refused to allow me to communicate on his account to assist with the transfer or payment details. Our accounts were joint! Additionally, we were actively receiving services at the location closer to our home. They were blocked from taking and updating our card in office while we were there. BOTH locations are owned by the SAME franchise!!! After complaining to the corporate franchise that owns this awful location, I was told they needed me to talk to the manager at the Westlake where I've been having the issue. Westlake has so generously offered for me to come back there in person and sign up my husband with a new account and they want to give him 5 of his credits back. What a joke! This is an absolutely awful company. They have zero processes that make it simple for customers to resolve issues. It's a vortex of one clueless manager to another. They are currently refusing to provide their legal contact. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Don’t do it! Having a membership didn’t help with stress to my life, it added stress to my life! If you’re looking for stress relief and good customer service, this is not the location to go to. The circle c location also falls short in these areas. It truly is worth paying extra for an independent massage therapist…

Do not go here. Very poor customer service. They do not offer any compensation for their cancellation and mistake. Also, the owner/manager did not at all seem genuinely apologetic. How disappointing.

My facialist was very nice, but I did not like the service she provided. I was only given a ten minute facial massage with very little pressure, and she did not ask if I wanted a head, shoulder/arm, nor foot massage.

Overpriced. Def quiet and peaceful, but you lose time at the beginning and end of every massage on top of the price. I’ve gotten a better massage at the nail salon in Barton Creek Mall. I had my car stall on the way there, they still want to charge me 50% of a 90 minute massage. Which, their protocols for the therapist there, waste so much massage time on top of the lost time at the beginning and end. So unless you come to lay around while someone folds and unfolds sheets…

Dren-Charlene is amazing! Great for prenatal, firm pressure and a back miracle worker! I’ve been to several locations in the area and Dren-Charlene has been the best!

I tried three times to book a massage at this location and each time on the day of the scheduled massage they called to cancel my appointment. I’m not sure if this is a reliable staffing issue or what, but left me very disappointed and I will not be booking at this location in the future.

My therapist Karen is awesome, but the management here is awful. I had a medical emergency one morning and had to reschedule, and they are going to charge me 50% of my appointment. Unreal. I've been a customer for years, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone consider another company to get massages from. Horrible customer service. You'll never get a dime from me ever again.

Visiting Austin from out of state. At the recommendation of a friend, saw Valerie at Westlake. She was Excellent! Really gave a great massage and worked areas that i requested she pay attention to! Thanks Valerie for making my visit more enjoyable!

Don't go unless you have extra time. Appointment was at 4:30 for one hr massage for my wife and I. Took me at 4:30, made my wife wait 30 minutes. Then, I get out at 5:30 and my wife does not get out until 6. So we each had to wait 30 minutes. We will not be back.

they were very helpful and flexible with membership sign-up. my family member had a large number of hours on her account, and Jessica at the front desk worked out a plan that was perfect for our situation. one of the friendliest and most helpful businesses in Austin!

I like the place and will continue to go back, but had an issue with the security of my credit card. I believe they have handled the problem, but I'd still be diligent not to leave your credit card, and if an employee takes it down from the check-in counter I'd ask for it back. After leaving mine there, several fraudulent transactions were made across Austin and online for over $500 total and counting. It sounds like the culprit has been arrested, but I'd recommend to still exercise caution with your credit card at this location.

LaQuanda is a back-saver :) After a few less-than-impressive experiences with massage and reception staff, I made it a point to frequent a different ME location further north. However, yesterday, I found myself in SERIOUS need of massage work on my lower back. It had been killing me; the pain was unbearable. I called the Westlake Massage Envy and inquired about their availability. They had a slot open, and asked a bit about what my focus needs would be fore the visit. This alone impressed me, as a year ago I'd have been lucky to get the staff to take down my name, let alone details about what I may need therapeutically-speaking. When I arrived, they suggested adding a deep-heating treatment. I was in SO much pain that, despite hesitations, I agreed -- willing to try anything. My masseuse suggested that the treatment would help maximize the work she'd be able to do on my back; she asked for me to identify the intensity and location of the pain. From the moment the massage started I knew that this was going to be a very beneficial and therapeutic experience. LaQuanda was easily the best masseuse I've had at any ME location. I've been a member for close to 10 years - and not once have I had a masseuse so skilled in the muscle grouping; direct pressure was effective and applied in a caring manner. I immediately made an appointment for my husband to come in (and I even suggested the additional treatment!). So, in closing: The location has won back my regular patronage. LaQuanda: Seriously the best therapist ever. This is the place to go when you really need results. Today, I'm back at work and my back feels better than it has in months...
