As far as Massage Envy locations go this one is FANTASTIC. I like to see Bert for massage but the real gem here (and I truly wish I could keep her a secret lol) Is Allison! Her facials are amazing I always leave with a healthy glow and absolutely no irritation which is a testament to how attentive and skillful she is to work with my sensitive skin.

I will definitely be back. Update to my prior review: this location is the best I have been to in the franchise, including in other states. Nicole is amazing, the best masseuse I have ever encountered, she is so knowledgeable about the body as well. Highly recommend this location!

Maisie gave a massage that was amazing truly a different experience than I’ve ever had highly recommendable. It feels almost more like a healing experience. Just make sure you save some bookings for me I will definitely be returning

Avoid Central Austin Massage Envy! I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Massage Envy in Central Austin. They insisted on switching my home location without my consent, which caused my account to freeze. I specifically asked them not to make this change, but they did it anyway, and I’ve been unable to access my account for over 4 months now. Because of this, I’m out over $500 in credits since I can't book any appointments due to the issues with the address change. What’s even worse is their lack of help. Every time I reach out, they just pass me around from one person to another like a game of telephone, refusing to take responsibility or actually resolve the problem. At this point, it feels like they’re just giving me the runaround instead of fixing a simple issue. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone!

Sadly, this location has changed ownership and the customer service is no longer the same. They immediately raised prices after taking ownership, and they don't treat customers the same as they used to. It's no longer affordable.

I originally had a not so good experience a few weeks ago but management went above and beyond to give me a better experience. I recently had a 90 minute massage with Mikeyia and it was SO relaxing and therapeutic. Highly recommend her if you want a nice, stress-relieving massage. Her technique was slow and firm which left me feeling very relaxed.

Horrible front desk. Gifted a credit to my partner who booked through text as they request you too. Shows up to the appointment that was confirmed and states they do not have her booked. No help from management or the front desk to remedy the situation. Texts were shown and confirmed that they (Massage Envy) were in the wrong. Embarrassing and disrespectful experience with the front desk staff. Did not even help to reschedule or offer any solution. I even cancelled my membership that I have had for 2 years. Will not be returning to the company.

Highly recommend Katarah for massage and Allison for facial. They custom tailored the service for my needs. Super relaxing and will come again. The only small detail is that I wish was that a robe was available to slip into between sessions.

I had not gone to Massage Envy for a while. But now that I’ve started back I realize that I’ve been missing out. The deep tissue massages I get from CYNTHIA & BONNIE are fantastic. They listens well to my needs and are very accommodating. I look forward to my regular visits now.

Trey continues to be amazing. He is a true healer. It’s like he intuitively knows what my body needs at any given time. Just a genuinely sweet human being too. I didn’t get the front desk staff’s names, but the folks working PM shift on 12/14 deserve recognition too!
