I always enjoy my monthly massages from Massage Envy. They're establishment is always clean, and the staff if very welcoming and helpful. Also, my massage therapist, Cassandra, is really good at targeting all the areas on my body that needs to get worked on. She is really awesome at her job! 10 out of 10 service!

From tne very first appointment, I felt welcomed and comfortable in Sarah's care. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided personalized recommendations that tailored to my skin type and needs. She has demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and expertise. The products she uses always have a gentle effect leaving my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The environment is warm and friendly. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone.

Message envy has a very relaxing and profess environment. They do offer a variety of services and they work to cater to your needs. Vernette is the go to person for a full body stretch. Her expertise is phenomenal. 5 star for sure.

Never been so disrespected and shocked by the behavior of rude management. How they operate and run a franchise business blows my mind. I have been a member of massage envy for over 4 years, I've tried multiple locations, in different states and cities, and have had amazing experiences. From start to to finish this experience is horrible. I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment then, 15 minutes after my appointment time, I ask the front desk what was taking so long.....she said they were running behind. She did not find it necessary to let me know, and I was sitting there for over 25 minutes as if I had no where to be or go. The massage itself is wonderful and Ashley did a great job. After the massage, I was notified by the front desk that I owed more money even though when I booked online it said 0 balance. I did not understand the explanation from the employee behind the counter, and there was a manager sitting right next to us, listening to our argument, getting heated, and did nothing. The manager then pushed by me, did not even say excuse me to go and answer a phone call and then returned back to his office and walked past me again and did not feel the need to get involved or asked if everything was OK. I was very upset. It was on relaxing after my massage and wasting more time. I asked the employee behind the desk I was dealing with if I could speak with his manager, and he said no he is busy as I clearly saw him not busy. I asked the man behind the desk in the manager for their names, the manager said I'm not giving it to you. It's none of your business. I gave them the five dollars they were arguing with me about for 20 minutes and walked out. I told him that they not only lost me as a customer, but also my fiancé who would come here regularly. They said they did not care. They are brand new branch and I don't understand how they're going to build a clientele this way, and it is very sad. The masseuses going to suffer because she did a wonderful job but now I refuse to go back to this location again due to management. so rude & disrespectful

Cassandra is incredible !!! She knows how to respond to your needs and is extremely attentive! It’s so important to understand the interconnectivity of the muscle groups; and she’s got it down !! I look forward to getting back on the table every month!

I've done a few massages with different masseuse at massage envy and really like Karina! friendly and her massage is firm but not painful and really concentrates on areas that are stiff/tense. definitely come out relaxed after each session.

I cannot express enough the heaven that is massage envy park slope. The most warm and wonderful human beings all in one place. I feel soooo cared about. Beyond that, I have suffered from chronic pain for almost 20 years and have been to endless doctors, tried endless therapies and medications and anything else and I swear - Vernette’s stretch sessions are the most incredible part of my pain management journey. She is absolutely amazing and A huge part of my ability to live a comfortable life!!! This is a magical little place!

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for several years but a recent death in my family cause me to have to change locations. Yesterday Karina worked on me and she is OUTSTANDING! She is gentle yet firm when needed. She listened to me as I shared the areas that were aching and she took her time during our session to address everything! She is the BEST! Also, Janay at the front desk is amazing. I am still recovering a car accident so I use a cane and the meds left me with a speech disfluency. But Janay was kind, patient and knowledgeable assisting me through the process of transferring my passes from my out of state home location to the Park Slope location. I think I may have found my new M.E. home! They are helping with my healing (mind and body) and I’m deeply grateful. -Dionne B.
