Judson is by far the G.O.A.T, when it comes to massages. Tyanna (front desk), has the sweetest demeanor, her customer service was excellent.

I had Cristal for my massage and she was great! Tiara, working the front desk however, was extremely rude. I was given incorrect information about transferring a massage, and another customer chimed in to help me out. Tiara immediately gave the customer an attitude, said. "as I was saying" in an unprofessional manner and said to me that "she should apply here" once the customer stopped talking. It is a shame, because both my partner and I really enjoyed our massages, but there is no way I would recommend this location based off lack of customer service.

RUN! This location caused me nothing,but stress and aggravtion. They will not let you out of the membership. The front desk is unprofessional and rude. I have had issues with scheduling multiple times. I make my appointments a month in advance just for them to cancel and ask me to reschedule right before my appointment.I spoke with the manager Alexis on January 15th regarding cancelling my membership and she said no because I signed a contract/wellness plan. I even asked to transfer my membership. They will force you to keep the membership. I have not had any of these issues with other locations. Massage Envy has been sued for something similar to this before. Terrible customer service!

Christl has been my massage therapist for several years and she is phenomenal! I always leave feeling much better than when I came in. She is an integral part of my health and wellness and will continue to be so.

Best massage I’ve had in years. Hard to find a good masseuse. Kristen hit all my trigger points and worked them out. Used firm pressure entire time. Had pain in right shoulder and neck area and definitely feels better next day.

Joe was my Therapist. Upon arrival, he asked if there were any áreas that needed focus. He went right to those parts of my body (which was very appreciated) and worked out the kinks. I left my Massage feeling 100% better!

I go at least once a month and Crystal is amazing if you want a deep tissue massage. The front desk is always helpful when booking future appointments.

Kristen did a good job making me comfortable and asking questions to ensure the massage was tailored to my expectations. She was able to pivot when I asked for additional areas of focus. Very relaxing massage, yet was also able to work out some knots. She may move me to get back to monthly massages.

My mother in law just passed, she had a subscription with this place. She didn’t even use the last massages she had available. This place had the guts to charge an additional month before to cancel her subscription. No other words needed

Tyanna was both professional and personable. Before we got started, she gave me an overview of what to expect during our time together. She was super informative throughout, making sure I understood what products she was using and why. She also checked in regularly to ensure I was always comfortable. She gave great recommendations for products and went over some techniques to help me establish a skincare routine that would fit in my busy schedule. I walked out of my appointment that day looking and feeling like a million bucks!! Highly recommend and am looking forward to my next session with her!
