This was my first time at massage envy and I had Shantrease. She was amazing! You can tell she knows what she’s doing. Conversation was great and her voice and overall vibe was very soothing. My sisters and I came in a little late but she still gave us our full hour

I’ve had a lot of different massage therapists and different massage Envys. All of them have been great! But I will say that ANDREA at Myers park is for sure the best massage I’ve ever received! If you’re looking for quality choose massage envy!

Angelo did an incredible job with my massage. I walked out feeling like a new person! I highly recommend him. He listens to what you need and customizes his approach every time. I highly recommend Bea for facials. She is incredibly knowledgeable and already has my skin so much improved!

Been trying to cancel my membership since November 4th but they still have charged me this month. I’ve emailed the cancellation form. I’ve spoken to Summer and Taylor and still nothing. They keep saying someone will reach out to me and they never do. Do NOT join the membership at this location.

Great experience. Wish Massage Envy would post credentials or some sort of information related to their physical therapists. It’s like a taking a shot in the dark based on a random name. I was lucky enough to have Johnny who was bomb and glad I dodged another bullet as of late. Finally feel like I have a good therapist now moving forward

What an amazing couple of hours of relaxing at this ME location! The facility was clean. Everyone I encountered was helpful and knowledgeable. The manager Was kind and attentive. Ontonette Did an amazing job with myMassage. She was very patient and accommodating and kind. She ensured that I was comfortable and checked in on my comfort level multiple times. Bea Was also very kind and accommodating during my facial. She was very knowledgeable and made very reasonable recommendations for my facial care. Overall, I would recommend 10 out of 10. This is definitely my new spot when I’m visiting Charlotte. Thank you, Team. Providence ME Is definitely a go to.♥️♥️♥️
