I’ve had a great experience at this location, the front desk has always been very kind and friendly and pretty much everyone I went to has done a great job. Angelique is something special though, I need to give her her own shout out!

I do not leave reviews often, but need to as a result of such a scam. When I signed up for the membership I asked specifically if I could cancel at any time. The rep confirmed more than once in person. No, of course I did not read the packet they gave me as I was going back to work and believed they would answer ethically and honestly face to face. Fast forward 7 months and I have rarely used this actual location as they do not have therapists who perform at a decent level and / or reasonable availability. I use other locations occasionally, but this one is just extremely limited. So I called to cancel my membership. They would not cancel it or speak to me about it but said they’d have a manager call me. The manager calls and leaves the worst voicemail saying that I cannot cancel until February of next year. She was smug, short and super defensive on my voicemail. This is a scam and they use fraudulent business practices.

The massage I had with Lauren was good, no issues and was happy with her service. My issue is with checkout. As it was my first visit, I paid $75 and was asked if I wanted to charge the card on file $75. I confirmed and asked if I could add a 20% tip, I was told it would be charged separately. I thought that was odd but now it makes sense. When the screen popped up, I clicked the 20% option and didn’t think anything of it til I saw my card was charged $26 (34%). I called today and was told there’s a sheet at checkout that tells you their tipping rate goes off the non-member price ($125), not the price you are actually paying (I didn’t see a sheet but I wasn’t looking for one). I was never told this, I was told my price and requested how much tip I would like to add based on the price I was told, the girl checking me out knew this. This being my first visit, verbally told of this would have been nice and I would have altered my tip. This feels very shady to me and I will not return due to lack of transparency. I have contacted my CC for a partial dispute.

Rowena is the best massage therapist. I always feel like I have had the best experience at this location. Clean, friendly and the desk staff are always helpful too. Book Rowena and you will feel pampered!

First time at this facility. Will be going back. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and just making sure I was well taken care of. My therapist was great and really worked my problem areas. Great experience!

Lori is awesome!! If you need a facial she is so good! That’s really helped my skin with being hydrated and smoother. Plus it’s super relaxing. She’s the best!!

i paid for the 60 min session. my masseuse got me from the waiting room at 1:04, then he talked to me for a few mins about my goals of the massage, i had the 5 min to change, so i’m guessing we started around 1:15, and he ended the massage at 1:58. he was very nice and pleasant to work with i just feel like i got ripped off :( it was my first time at massage envy i was really looking forward to it

First off, Massage Envy’s prices do not reflect quality. After your first visit every hour appointment is a minimum of $120. My massage was not good. I think if someone gets a massage once a year this place works, but I got twice a month. I need a real masseuse. It was like I had my brother massage me. The facials are the biggest waste of money!!! They only place their Massage Envy products on your face and then do light extractions. I already have well kept skin,, but this is the week after and my skin would have been better off without their products. Rethink coming to massage envy!! Unless you don’t expect much for your money!

I need a refund for the time line where the public was lied to about a "renovation." I also need to pause my service. The other locations are not convenient to me. The other locations cannot change my cc or pause my service. This is horrible. I've been a ME customer since 2007.

The girls in the lobby are great! So friendly and inviting. Massage therapists are all great as well. I have not had a bad massage yet. Great place!

Kristen at the front desk is one of the most professional and nicest people I've ever dealt with. She may even be new but she sure is intelligent and welcoming. Not something I've seen a lot since I moved to NC. I look forward to going here again.

Very poorly run. I had cancelled my monthly recurring charges while having at the time 6 hours prepaid. In trying to book an appointment today I was told that the 3 1/2 hours remaining, which had been paid for, had been lost to me since the membership was cancelled. So ME is very comfortable taking money for services not provided. I had been a member at either Ballantyne or Blakeney a long time. I will never go back and I recommend everyone to go elsewhere!!!!
