Never been here before and tried scheduling an appointment. They canceled the day of with less than an hour and a half of notice, which was inconvenient. I missed their call telling me to reschedule, but their answering machine didn’t let any of my attempts to callback or leave a voicemail through. Overall, a negative experience and I won’t be trying to reschedule my appointment.

As a long-time member of Massage Envy, I expected better treatment, especially when it came to honoring appointments and resolving issues. However, my recent experience with them has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. After being a loyal member for several years, I had to cancel my membership due to a move. Before leaving, I had one last credit to use, which I had scheduled an appointment for. To my dismay, Massage Envy canceled my appointment not once, but twice, on the same day and the day before. This meant I had to reschedule, but the next available slot wasn't until five days after my credit was set to expire. Seeking to rectify the situation, I visited the facility in person and confirmed that I could indeed use my credit since the scheduling was due to cancellation on their end. However, instead of showing any empathy or willingness to accommodate, the manager Amy's response was shockingly dismissive and unsympathetic. She callously told me, "Too bad," and refused to make any exceptions. Her attitude was not only rude but also condescending, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. It's appalling that Massage Envy can cancel appointments on their clients at the last minute without offering any support or solutions to make things right. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering Massage Envy for their massage therapy needs to steer clear of this establishment. Their inability to honor appointments and their dismissive attitude towards customer concerns make them unworthy of your time and money. Save yourself the frustration and find a massage service provider that values and respects its customers.

I moved and called the Southport location ahead to cancel rest of appointments. On the call, the lady said don’t worry I will take care of it. Then I never thought back my appointments were not canceled. At the same time, I also booked appointments at my new location, and when I got the appointment notification I thought it was my new location so I did confirm it through text. Suddenly I got a call saying I missed my appointment from Southport they will charge me cause the therapist needs to get paid. I get it, but why do I have to pay for the front desk mistake? I said I can show you I made the phone call and I even gave them the date the call was made. they still insist they have no way of verifying. Very disappointed for going to this location for years!!! Other than that, the therapist Brian here is very good. I would high recommend him.

Worst customer service!! Tired them before and then again to see if anything changed and they are still the worst front desk employees and super rude. Will NEVER go to this massage envy again because of front desk. Plus I’m sure that is the reason why they always have available appts.

Consider NOT doing the membership. Unfortunately, I feel they just rob you of monthly membership dues. They increased the price without notification. It’s extremely difficult to find an appointment. They don’t work with you if you have extra credits and charge you for every little move you make. What is suppose to be a stress free experience has caused more stress than relaxation.

Kristina added some oxygenation boost to my facial without explaining that it was $75 and I was expected to pay the new rate of the facial after I left. This place will rip you off! Avoid!

Kristina has great technique with facials. She is diligent with updating her knowledge. She performed lymphatic drainage and it was great.

My husband and mother-in-law both enjoyed their deep tissue massages. The membership was a bit confusing for me but I believe it's around $85/mo. If you want to transfer to a friend it's a $10 fee.

They do not have the capability to provide massages to their members that continue to pay monthly. There is no availability for massages for months out and what is offered when you call to complain is at times that never works with your schedule. In the last year they have canceled more than 50% of the massages I did schedule due to employees quitting or deciding not to work. The only solution they can provide is to pay $20 a month to keep membership active while not accruing any benefits.

Had the best facial I’ve had in a long while! Kristina is extremely knowledgeable and super fun to talk to. She discussed every step along the way and told me what she was doing. She made me feel super comfortable and made my skin look and feel AMAZING. Definitely request Kristina. And she had me laughing the entire time, not only did I get the best facial but left with abs from laughter. Laughter may not be guaranteed, but fabulous skin is!

I got my first facial ever with Kristina and she was absolutely fantastic!! She walked me through all the products she would use before we started, and reiterated the products as they were used throughout the service. It was incredibly relaxing and refreshing!! I scheduled my next facial as soon as I got out. The front desk ladies (Madison and Jai) were super helpful with the different enhancements I could add when scheduling my next appointment as well and answered all of my questions about my membership!

I'm not usually big on facials, but Kristina is amazing. She asks me what I want and then uses products and provides services that fit with me. I have been twice now and find it relaxing and just fun. Highly recommend!

Kristina does an amazing facial and chemical treatment! This was my first experience with a chemical treatment and she made me feel very comfortable and informed me on what to expect. I will definitely be back!

The communication at this location is very poor. I booked an appointment for a massage a month and a half ago. They texted me the day before the appointment to confirm I was still coming. I responded with 'yes'. Then a few hours later I get another text saying they have to cancel my appointment because the massage therapist is no longer available? When I call them they say they can't give me another appointment until OCTOBER. The front desk girl said she would call another location to see if they have any upcoming appointments. They did but I could only book it for 90 minutes when I wanted to only have a 60 minute massage. So, they want me to pay more money for a problem that wasn't even my fault? I would just take your money elsewhere. Service is always better at places that aren't a franchise. The employee I was supposed to be receiving a massage from, her name is Victoria, she is clearly irresponsible with her schedule.

Absolutely phenomenal services! I've gone to Kristina for a few facial services so far and I'm already booked in for the future. She definitely knows her stuff and is passionate about her work, plus we have some great conversations while she's working which always makes the experience more fun and engaging. Go see her, she's amazing!

I had my very first facial done by the one and only Kristina. My overall experience there made me feel relaxed and definitely comfortable. She was so detailed about everything and especially what I needed for my skin. I walked out feeling so fresh and rejuvenated! For the newbies I highly recommend Kristina for any type of treatment! She’s very professional and AMAZING at what she does. Thanks for making a girl feel comfortable under her own skin. I already booked my next appointment!

I have had a membership for a few years and have no complaints. Today contacted them this morning about canceling a session and charging 50%. I told them if they can waived it, and they said no company policy. So I cancel my membership. You rather lose a client than make an exception. That’s a shame. Best of luck!

Wonderful services! I've been to this location multiple times, both for massages and facials and have never walked away disappointed. My last appointment was with Kristina for a regular facial but once I described what I was looking for, she recommended a chemical peel (which I knew little about) and fully walked me through the procedure, products, and benefits. She could not have been more right and I LOVE the results. I already have a follow up appointment booked with her because she did such a great job. Go see her-- she's fantastic! The ladies at the front desk are always helpful whether it comes to questions or booking another appointment. They're always a joy to chat with! An additional service that I love is if you have a provider you consistently see and they have a last minute opening, they'll send a text letting you know it's available if you're interested. Overall I would happily recommend this location.

They have set my appointments with different massage therapists and they do a good work but one of the staff members who sits at the front (Maybe in his 20s, white) talks in a condescending way. The first time I thought that maybe it's just me but he did it again. He does answer your questions and inquiries but makes you feel bad for asking it. Maybe he is like that with others too and not just because I am brown but he needs to reduce the attitude. I am still nice to him but not every customer will be. But all the massage therapists I had were good.

One star: - Repeated cancellations with no customer support (3 cancellations in a row over a 1 month period, just get a text/call saying "Sorry, let us know if you'd like to reschedule") - Pushy/aggressive sales techniques after service (actually asking you to explain why you've turned down their membership program), leaving you with an uncomfortable departure after a session - Website/app that isn't kept updated and hence allows a customer to book an appointment that might not be available. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. The massage therapists are good, but the administrative staff just don't seem to care too much about the actual customer experience.

Great location! Kate was my esthetician and she created and kept me feeling calm during my facial. The woman at the front desk were also helpful and kind. They let me know about the membership but didn't push me on it like other locations. They are real people and not company drones. It was my first time here and I am definitely going back soon.
