I have been with Massage Envy since 2008. I love going, I have never had issues, and I think maybe once or twice in that time, I may have had a bad massage. Never had issues getting them resolved. There are so many different options with pressure and enhancements. I normally go to the Colerain or Deerfield location, but there are other locations for your convenience.

09/26/24 Kiera is still my Massage Therapist. At the present time, she is working on my feet, ankles and legs. She does magnificent job and my feet, ankles and legs and are doing a lot better. If anyone wants to excellent massage, ask for Kiera! 03/29/24 Kiera has the anointed hands. Since I have been going to Kiera and I do not have back pain anymore. She’s able to do various pressures in the area where need it. She listens to what I need for her to do and she does it. I value her input concerning my condition 🤗. She is well trained and listens to what you have to say and proceed and doing her anointed work. I am glad I let her do my massage and now I have Kiera when I need a service!

Jovon is great at deep tissue massage if you suffer from trigger points and fascial adhesions.

I updated to a five star review because I will say that the massage therapist (Michelle) is very good and I would highly recommend her. I moved back to five stars because Massage Envy heard me and others about the management of this location and took action. I received a message to contact this location and was very impressed with regional manager, Tyanna Smiley, who apologized, rectified and satisfied the situation quickly and professionally. The employees of this location are great and deserve model management.

Kierra is my therapist and she is the bomb! I'm going through a stressful patch in life and it lives in my shoulders and traps! I schedule 90 min sessions and we cry, laugh, and get to know each other. I've only been a member 3 months, but I'm so elated I chose the year plan. As soon as I leave I schedule my next appt. The staff at the desk are knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. I missed a massage and when they found out it was a tragedy in my life, they were not able to credit me the session but, 😔 I got a hug! 🫂 I recommend the StoneCreek location to anyone who needs to add self care to your regiment and that's ALL of us. When you're a member massages don't expire and you are able to transfer them to a friend! 🧡 How's that for customer service? What are you waiting for? You can't rub that stress out your lower back yourself and guess what? Those teenagers are NOT going to stop ferrying on your nerves! Mine are 21 and 23 now, and parents of any age will tell you... we go twice!

They let someone use my card to book, and when I told them it was not me, they said ain't anything they could do that the person who used the card have to call and cancel and I told them they never had Permission to use my card. Now I have to dispute all the charges.

I've been a member of the Colerain location a year and a half and always had the same therapist. She was perfection to me and I didn't want anyone else to touch me. When she left unexpectedly I thought about not going back. After speaking with Jerome I decided to try Mia. Mia could feel the arthritis before I told her where it was! After working with her a few months the tension is gone and I feel better than I have in MONTHS. Also, a nagging pain is gone and I have Mia to thank. If you're new at Massage Envy Colerain you should book with Mia!

If you have not seen Jovon you should! Very professional and kind. Not a big talker (works great for me) does ensure pressure is appropriate when starting different areas of the body.

My experience was phenomenal! Front desk staff was kind, Jermone checked me in and was professional and proficient. I felt very comfortable from checking in through the entire experience. Marlisa was my therapist and she did a wonderful full body head to toe massage.

My massage by Marlisa @ Massage Envy was EVERYTHING that I needed! She gave the proper amount of attention to my trouble areas & still made sure that my full body felt amazing! You know that your massage was all of that when you simply want to sleep on the afterwards. Request Marlisa & you will not be disappointed!

The front desk is HORRIBLE at answering the phone. It always takes me about a week to get in contact with them to book a massage and/or facial. The only reason i go to this location is because they are closest to me and the best massage therapist out here is Jenifer. If it was for that, i would completely dismiss this location for lack of the front desk customer service.

Would have totally been 5 stars, Drew’s massages was outstanding. However I arrived at 3:25, checked in and waited in eating area until 3:40. Then when she left me to undress another 10 minutes went by meaning it was almost 4:00 before the 90 minute message started and still stopped promptly at 5:00. Like I said the massage was great itself she did a wonderful job. Just felt a little cheated on time.
