I am incredibly disappointed with the experience my daughter had at the Massage Envy Kenwood location. I booked an appointment for her as a birthday treat, hoping to give her a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the opposite. First, they only provided a 75-minute massage for the 90-minute appointment we had booked. When my daughter politely questioned the discrepancy, she was met with rude and dismissive treatment from the staff. To make matters worse, she was threatened with having the police called on her for simply asking about the shortened time. This response was not only uncalled for but completely unacceptable, especially in a customer service setting. I am deeply frustrated by how my daughter was treated, and I will not be returning to this location. Customer service is a critical part of any business, and this experience was not only unpleasant but unprofessional. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service and treatment of clients.

I strongly advise against booking at this establishment. My sister had a scheduled 90-minute appointment at noon, but her service was unexpectedly cut short, and she was fully dressed by 1:20 PM. When she inquired about the shortened session, she was met with hostility and even threatened with the police. It is deeply disappointing that a Black woman, on her own birthday, had to endure such distressing and unfair treatment while simply trying to enjoy a service. No customer should have to experience discrimination or feel unwelcome based on their race. If you are a person of color, please be mindful of this location, as it appears they do not value all customers equally. I hope the management reflects on this incident and takes steps to create a more inclusive and respectful environment for all.

1st experience at Kenwood was awesome! The staff at check in and check out were so kind. Jennifer was so sweet she hit every spot I asked for worked out my kink in my neck I felt so refreshed and relaxed when finished highly recommend her.

Today I had my first message ever with Sharon. I was so nervous I almost walked out after checking in. I am so glad I didn't because it was such an amazing experience. Sharon picked up on the fact that I was nervous and went above and beyond to help me relax so that I could enjoy the experience. The massage itself was incredible and she worked out some tensions in my shoulders and back I didn't even know needed worked on. I left feeling so relaxed and my soul was filled because we also talked and also laughed a lot! The manager, Amberly, was just a great! I ended up signing up for the monthly membership and can't wait to go back. 10/10 recommend Sharon and this location in general!!

I had an issue with the front desk staff at the Kenwood Massage Envy when I arrived for a scheduled facial. I made my payment and asked to cancel my 6 month membership as the facial would have been the 6th service within the 6 month package. Staff informed me there was no record of me enrolling in a 6 month membership and that I was enrolled in a 12 month membership. I became upset and left without getting the service. The manager was made aware of the issue and within a few days the manager contacted me back. She apologized and refunded the fee I paid for the service. She also educated staff. I appreciate the attention I was provided and felt very valued as a customer.
