I’ve been to other Massage Envy locations as I travel for work - it’s never the best massage but it’s always good and sometimes you find a therapist that’s great. I went to this location for the first and last time this weekend after having a terrible massage with Rex, probably the worst I’ve had at any spa/masseuse. I paid for 1 hour deep tissue with the exfoliating foot scrub add on. I called the location prior to confirm Rex specialized in deep tissue massages. The check-in took some time since they were busy so my appointment started 10 minutes late, no big deal but it caused me to pay attention to the time. Start to finish I went in the room and the massage was done with me out dressed in 48 minutes. I understand they have a schedule to be on, but it was their fault my massage started late so that should never have eaten into my service. The exfoliating scrub was nice but lasted 5 minutes. The massage was a light to medium pressure at most after repeatedly asking for more pressure. He didn’t focus on any knots and wasn’t listening to my feedback asking to go deeper on my tricep or shoulder, etc. Rex spent more time pulling on my limbs and joints popping (think stereotypical nail salon massage) than he did massaging me. I told the front desk after and they said they were sorry but didn’t offer anything to resolve my experience and then proceeded to try and sell me a monthly membership… read the room. My fiance had Trey and had the same service and add on and said he had a phenomenal massage. We went in at the same time but he came out 20 minutes after me. Maybe you’ll have better luck but I wouldn’t recommend this location or Rex.

Yesterday I received a massage from Ms.Renee. It was the best massage EVER! I feel so relieved and relaxed. Especially the product she put on my back, I feel like i have a brand new back literally. If you’re a customer reading this, you should definitely book Ms.Renee for your next visit.

Absolutely amazing experience as soon as I walked in. I was scheduled for a 90 min massage and was 2 mins late but they took me right back and my service was amazing! Deborah asked me all the right questions and mad my massage enjoyable. The lady that checked me out was super sweet and very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked about facials. Already booked my next appointment and I’ll continue to come back!

Ms. Lydia at Preston & Forest is amazing! I live in Austin, but am in Dallas for a month and a half for work. I had some neck pain due to maybe sleeping in a weird position and decided to make an appointment here since it's close to my hotel. The gentlemen working the desk were all so kind, especially one who I wish I knew the name of. He had an accent and was just so thorough and helpful the entire time, from beginning to end. I instantly felt welcomed. I hadn't mentioned my neck bothering me to Lydia because it actually felt better today than the last couple of days, but within a few seconds of her running her hand across my shoulders and neck, she knew immediately something felt off. She said it'd be best to do the entire massage face-up. You can tell she's very in-tune with the way the body works and she's clearly incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. She'd have me move my neck and wiggle my fingers to check for any discomfort and increased range of motion during the massage and constantly checked in to see if I was feeling okay. She's also incredibly funny! I'm not used to talking much during a massage, but it actually made this experience a million times better. She explained her reasoning for every movement. I wish she practiced in Austin, but I hope I can get in to see her again before I go back home. I feel so much better and my neck discomfort is gone. So glad I came here!

Ali gave me my first facial, and I am hooked. Before we started the facial, she asked me what my needs were and why I came to get a facial. She then catered a customizable facial to my needs and skin type. She was kind, informative, professional, and social. She made me feel comfortable in her care. At the end of the facial, she recommended some amazing Massage Envy products so that I can maintain a healthy skincare routine between facials. I purchased the products, and while pricey, they are medical grade, dermatologically tested, and great for sensitive skin. She didn’t make me feel forced to buy these products, but educated me about their importance and vitality. She also understood I was on a budget so the products she recommended were those I could start with and build upon with products in the future after booking my next facial. I’d highly recommend seeing Ali for all your skincare needs.

They’re so rude, I called in and didn’t get a warm welcome or even a goodbye after asking one question. They just hung up on me. Luckily they’re not my home location but they need to work on being nice. I wouldn’t go to this location.

Valerie genuinely listened to my concerns and has suggested procedures and products that have increasingly improved my skin. She is very very knowledgeable, and is hands down THE BEST ESTHI I’ve ever met! She is kind and gentle, and most importantly truly cares about my skin’s texture, moisture level, and glow. She has taught me a routine which has progressively made my skin healthier and healthier over time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service! I called last month to cancel my membership, and was told my card had been removed and would not be charged anymore. Then I see a charge again this month, so I call and ask why. They say well the manager is not in and I can’t help you, so call back… ( this is the first problem- there should never be a time where you can not help a customer). So irritated, but I call back the next day and they say the manger is not there and she will call me back. No call back. Call again and demand that my account be refunded and still no one is there that can help me. FINALLY a manager calls me and says oh sorry I was on vacation and I am the only one that help with cancelling memberships ( also not my problem, because you all sure can sign people up). So the manager says did you not get the paperwork I emailed you that you need to sign to cancel? I was never advised paperwork needed to be filled when I asked you to not charge my card. So I send her paperwork and she informs me she can not refund my $70 because I didn’t send her back the paperwork??? You are charging me for something I will not use and asked to cancel last month!! Horrible place will never advise anyone to go there. Massages are nothing special either. Waste of money and time!!! Manger was rude and the simple solution here was to just refund me. That’s it.

I have severe backpain due to a pretty serious injury. As such I'm in a constant compressed and tense state. I had never received a Thai massage from Massage Envy but the therapist Summer can doing it! but had heard it could be described as the "Lazy Man's Yoga". While I was definitely not used to this type of massage, and at some points even I was contemplating "tapping out" at the pressure. I left after 90 minutes feeling like a completely different person, and my lumbar and scapula pain was completely was gone. I definitely will be returning.
